本发明公开了一种保健型抗紫外线真丝面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将蚕丝去除杂质后,脱胶,用去离子水洗涤,干燥得到脱胶蚕丝;将脱胶蚕丝采用强氧化剂活化处理,然后浸渍于硝酸锌水溶液中,过滤,洗涤,再浸泡于氨水中,调节温度,保温得到预覆盖蚕丝纤维;向预覆盖蚕丝纤维中加入乙酸乙酯混合均匀,加入桑叶提取物、藏红花提取物、甘草提取物混合,微波处理,过滤,洗涤,置于加热加湿的蒸汽中静置,水洗,烘干得到氧化锌亲和抗紫外线抗菌蚕丝纤维。本发明所得蚕丝纤维不仅具有优异的抗紫外性能,而且抑菌抗菌除臭,具有一定的保健功效。

本发明涉及纺织技术领域,特别地,涉及一种保健型抗紫外线真丝面料的制备方法。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们越来越追求天然材料制品,如蚕丝,蚕丝是熟蚕结茧时分泌丝液凝固而成的连续长纤维,也称“天然丝”。它与羊毛一样,是人类最早利用的动物纤维之一,蚕丝纤维由两根呈三角形或半椭圆形的丝素外包丝胶组成,横截面呈椭圆形。蚕丝纤维为蛋白质纤维,丝胶和丝素是其主要组成部分,其中丝素约占3/4,丝胶约占1/4,蚕丝与人体的角质和胶原同为蛋白质,结构十分相近,因此,具有极好的人体生物相容性。蚕丝纤维材料由于出色的生物亲和性,成为人们的首选。但是蚕丝纤维的抗菌抗紫外线性较差;在中国专利CN104594025B(公开日2015.05.06)公开了一种氧化锌改性的抗紫外蚕丝的制备方法,将蚕丝去除杂脱胶后表面活化处理,浸渍于锌的前驱体溶液中,再浸泡于反应溶剂中反应,得到氢氧化锌覆盖的蚕丝,置于加热加湿的蒸汽中静置,取出水洗烘干,得到氧化锌改性的蚕丝,但亲和力差,经过浸泡洗涤后易流失,亟待解决。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种保健型抗紫外线真丝面料的制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种保健型抗紫外线真丝面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:A、将蚕丝去除杂质后,脱胶,用去离子水洗涤,干燥得到脱胶蚕丝;
B、将脱胶蚕丝采用强氧化剂活化处理,然后浸渍于硝酸锌水溶液中,过滤,洗涤,再浸泡于氨水中,调节温度,保温得到预覆盖蚕丝纤维;
C、向预覆盖蚕丝纤维中加入乙酸乙酯混合均匀,加入桑叶提取物、藏红花提取物、甘草提取物混合,微波处理,过滤,洗涤,置于加热加湿的蒸汽中静置,水洗,烘干,并按照常规方法纺织得到保健型真丝纤维。
本发明将脱胶蚕丝经活化处理后,在蚕丝的表面生成一层氧化锌薄膜,将表面覆盖氧化锌薄膜的蚕丝浸入乙酸乙酯中,加入桑叶提取物与藏红花提取物,在甘草提取物的催化下,所形成共聚物具有疏水嵌段末端胆酸基团,可提高氧化锌在蚕丝表面的亲和力,稳定性好,经过浸泡洗涤后不易流失,另外共聚物的亲水嵌段包绕在外形成保护性外壳,不仅对蚕丝表面无损伤,吸湿性极好,穿着舒适,而且制备方法简便,成本低廉,适用于大规模生产。
优选的,C中,预覆盖蚕丝纤维、乙酸乙酯、桑叶提取物、藏红花提取物、甘草提取物的质量比为5-10:25-40:0.3-0.5:0.05-0.1:1-3。
优选的,C中,微波处理的时间为15-25min,微波处理的功率为600-800W。
通过限定上述C中原料配比和工艺参数,使本发明所得蚕丝纤维中亲和力更高,经浸泡洗涤后不易流失,而且使所得蚕丝纤维穿着舒适。

本发明的有益之处在于:

一种保健型抗紫外线真丝面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、将蚕丝去除杂质后,脱胶,用去离子水洗涤,干燥得到脱胶蚕丝;
B、将脱胶蚕丝采用强氧化剂活化处理,然后浸渍于质量分数为12%的硫酸锌水溶液中20min,过滤,洗涤,再浸泡于质量分数为 40%的氨水中,调节温度至35℃,保温30min,得到预覆盖蚕丝纤维;
C、按重量份向预覆盖蚕丝纤维中加入乙酸乙酯混合均匀,加入桑叶提取物、藏红花提取物、甘草提取物混合,微波处理15min,微波处理的功率为800W,过滤,洗涤,置于加热加湿的蒸汽中静置,水洗,烘干,并按照常规方法纺织得到保健型真丝纤维。
预覆盖蚕丝纤维、乙酸乙酯、桑叶提取物、藏红花提取物、甘草提取物的质量比为6:35:0.35:0.08:2。
实施例2
一种保健型抗紫外线真丝面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、将蚕丝去除杂质后,脱胶,用去离子水洗涤,干燥得到脱胶蚕丝;
B、将脱胶蚕丝采用强氧化剂活化处理,然后浸渍于质量分数为15%的硫酸锌水溶液中10min,过滤,洗涤,再浸泡于质量分数为 50%的氨水中,调节温度至40℃,保温25min,得到预覆盖蚕丝纤维;
C、按重量份向预覆盖蚕丝纤维中加入乙酸乙酯混合均匀,加入桑叶提取物、藏红花提取物、甘草提取物混合,微波处理25min,微波处理的功率为750W,过滤,洗涤,置于加热加湿的蒸汽中静置,水洗,烘干,并按照常规方法纺织得到保健型真丝纤维。
预覆盖蚕丝纤维、乙酸乙酯、桑叶提取物、藏红花提取物、甘草提取物的质量比为5:40:0.3:0.1:1。
实施例3
一种保健型抗紫外线真丝面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、将蚕丝去除杂质后,脱胶,用去离子水洗涤,干燥得到脱胶蚕丝;
B、将脱胶蚕丝采用强氧化剂活化处理,然后浸渍于质量分数为10%的硫酸锌水溶液中18min,过滤,洗涤,再浸泡于质量分数为 40%的氨水中,调节温度至38℃,保温28min,得到预覆盖蚕丝纤维;
C、按重量份向预覆盖蚕丝纤维中加入乙酸乙酯混合均匀,加入桑叶提取物、藏红花提取物、甘草提取物混合,微波处理18min,微波处理的功率为720W,过滤,洗涤,置于加热加湿的蒸汽中静置,水洗,烘干,并按照常规方法纺织得到保健型真丝纤维。

C、按重量份向预覆盖蚕丝纤维中加入乙酸乙酯混合均匀,加入桑叶提取物、藏红花提取物、甘草提取物混合,微波处理22min,微波处理的功率为780W,过滤,洗涤,置于加热加湿的蒸汽中静置,水洗,烘干,并按照常规方法纺织得到保健型真丝纤维。、
预覆盖蚕丝纤维、乙酸乙酯、桑叶提取物、藏红花提取物、甘草提取物的质量比为10:25:0.5:0.05:3。
