本发明公开了一种抗菌保健、防紫外线的环保复合面料及其生产装置,其中抗菌保健、防紫外线的环保复合面料带有外层面料、夹层面料和里层面料,里层面料为羊绒复合面料,外层面料为棉/聚乳酸纤维混纺纱线A和涤纶纱线制成的缎纹组织,夹层面料为蚕丝蛋白纤维纱线和大豆蛋白纤维纱线制成的透孔组织,采用三层不同组织结构的织物复合而成,具有抗菌保健、防紫外线且环保等优点,外层面料中带有聚乳酸纱线和涤纶纱线,都具有良好的抗紫外性能,是涤纶因其分子结构中的苯环对紫外线有很强的吸收性,进一步提升防紫外性能,而聚乳酸纱线具有较佳的抗菌性能,经混合整理液浸渍处理改善羊绒抗菌、防紫外线和抗毡缩性。

随着人们对健康的重视,市场对具有抗菌、保健等特殊功能的纺织品愈加需求。现代服装承载的社会属性,要求服装还要兼备时尚与美观,紫外性无处不在,适度的紫外线照射有利于身体健康,夏季天气炎热服装普遍轻薄,皮肤更容易遭受紫外线的侵害,紫外线更是成为爱美、追求养生健康人士的头号天敌,一旦紫外线过于强烈则会对身体健康产生危害,引发皮肤癌、甚至危害生病健康。因此,服装除了要满足亲肤舒适、排气透湿、轻薄飘逸等基本要求以外,是否具备抗菌保健、抗紫外性能显得尤为重要,为此,我们推出一种抗菌保健、防紫外线的环保复合面料及其生产装置。

S1:将纳米活性炭粉在干燥箱中100~105℃预热干燥1-2小时,保持温度加入十二氟庚基丙基三甲氧基硅烷搅拌10-15分钟,真空干燥得改性纳米活性炭粉;
S2:将果胶常温干燥后挤压成粉末状,加入适量水配成6%的果胶溶液,加入搅拌机中,加热到80-90℃,搅拌10-11分钟,加入天然丝胶蛋白溶液、加入步骤S1取得的改性纳米活性炭粉,利用超声波震荡30-40分钟得混合整理液;
S3:将1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑乙酸盐投入反应釜中加入羊绒、亚麻布纤维研磨20-40分钟,加热到100-105℃,搅拌反应50-70分钟,纺丝得羊绒复合纤维;
S4:将步骤S3中取得的羊绒复合纤维投入步骤S2中取得的混合整理液中,浴比1∶50,浸渍30-40分钟,取出,用蒸馏水冲洗干净,室温晾干,出料,即可得到里层面料。
优选的,所述外层面料中,棉/聚乳酸纤维混纺纱线A作为纬纱,涤纶纱线作为经纱,通过顺穿法织成缎纹组织;
优选的,所述夹层面料中,经纱为大豆蛋白纤维纱线,纬纱为蚕丝蛋白纤维纱线,通过顺穿法织成透孔组织;
优选的,所述夹层面料、外层面料和里层面料通过反应型胶水粘合,反应型胶水组分包括:乙烯酸酯/丙烯酸酯共聚乳液55~65wt%、甲壳质17~22wt%、聚乳酸(聚丙交脂)17~23wt%。
另外本发明公开了一种生产装置,用于生产所述的抗菌保健、防紫外线的环保复合面料。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明带有外层面料、夹层面料和里层面料,里层面料为羊绒复合面料,外层面料为棉/聚乳酸纤维混纺纱线A和涤纶纱线制成的缎纹组织,夹层面料为蚕丝蛋白纤维纱线和大豆蛋白纤维纱线制成的透孔组织,采用三层不同组织结构的织物复合而成,具有抗菌保健、防紫外线且环保等优点,外层面料中带有聚乳酸纱线和涤纶纱线,都具有良好的抗紫外性能,是涤纶因其分子结构中的苯环对紫外线有很强的吸收性,进一步提升防紫外性能,而聚乳酸纱线具有较佳的抗菌性能,经混合整理液浸渍处理改善羊绒抗菌、防紫外线和抗毡缩性。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例一
本发明提供一种技术方案:一种抗菌保健、防紫外线的环保复合面料,由下列重量份的原料制成:羊绒25份、亚麻布纤维7份、果胶9份、天然丝胶蛋白溶液15份、氨基硅油5份、纳米活性炭粉4份、十二氟庚基丙基三甲氧基硅烷3份、1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑乙酸盐14份和水20份;
所述外层面料为棉/聚乳酸纤维混纺纱线A和涤纶纱线制成的缎纹组织,其中棉/聚乳酸纤维混纺纱线的棉和聚乳酸纤维的混纺比为25wt%:75wt%;
所述夹层面料为蚕丝蛋白纤维纱线和大豆蛋白纤维纱线制成的透孔组织;
所述外层面料中,棉/聚乳酸纤维混纺纱线A作为纬纱,线密度为11特克斯;涤纶纱线作为经纱,线密度为24特克斯;所述外层面料厚度为0.3mm,经纬密度为120×80。
所述夹层面料经纱为大豆蛋白纤维纱线,线密度为20特克斯,纬纱为蚕丝蛋白纤维纱线,线密度为15特克斯;所述夹层面料厚度为0.1mm,经纬密度为65×75。
所述里层面料通过以下几个步骤制备:
S1:将纳米活性炭粉在干燥箱中100℃预热干燥1小时,保持温度加入十二氟庚基丙基三甲氧基硅烷搅拌13分钟,真空干燥得改性纳米活性炭粉;
S2:将果胶常温干燥后挤压成粉末状,加入适量水配成6%的果胶溶液,加入搅拌机中,加热到90℃,搅拌11分钟,加入天然丝胶蛋白溶液、加入步骤S1取得的改性纳米活性炭粉,利用超声波震荡40分钟得混合整理液;
S3:将1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑乙酸盐投入反应釜中加入羊绒、亚麻布纤维研磨29分钟,加热到102℃,搅拌反应57分钟,纺丝得羊绒复合纤维;
S4:将步骤S3中取得的羊绒复合纤维投入步骤S2中取得的混合整理液中,浴比1∶50,浸渍35分钟,取出,用蒸馏水冲洗干净,室温晾干,出料,即可得到里层面料。
所述外层面料中,棉/聚乳酸纤维混纺纱线A作为纬纱,涤纶纱线作为经纱,通过顺穿法织成缎纹组织;
所述夹层面料中,经纱为大豆蛋白纤维纱线,纬纱为蚕丝蛋白纤维纱线,通过顺穿法织成透孔组织;
所述夹层面料、外层面料和里层面料通过反应型胶水粘合,反应型胶水组分包括:乙烯酸酯/丙烯酸酯共聚乳液60wt%、甲壳质23wt%、聚乳酸(聚丙交脂)17wt%。
实施例二
一种抗菌保健、防紫外线的环保复合面料,包括外层面料、夹层面料和里层面料,所述里层面料为羊绒复合面料,由下列重量份的原料制成:羊绒27份、亚麻布纤维7份、果胶8份、天然丝胶蛋白溶液15份、氨基硅油5份、纳米活性炭粉3份、十二氟庚基丙基三甲氧基硅烷2份、1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑乙酸盐15份和水18份;
所述外层面料为棉/聚乳酸纤维混纺纱线A和涤纶纱线制成的缎纹组织,其中棉/聚乳酸纤维混纺纱线的棉和聚乳酸纤维的混纺比为30wt%:70wt%;
所述夹层面料为蚕丝蛋白纤维纱线和大豆蛋白纤维纱线制成的透孔组织;
所述外层面料中,棉/聚乳酸纤维混纺纱线A作为纬纱,线密度为18特克斯;涤纶纱线作为经纱,线密度为19特克斯;所述外层面料厚度为0.2mm,经纬密度为120×80。
所述夹层面料经纱为大豆蛋白纤维纱线,线密度为20特克斯,纬纱为蚕丝蛋白纤维纱线,线密度为15特克斯;所述夹层面料厚度为0.1mm,经纬密度为65×75。
所述里层面料通过以下几个步骤制备:
S1:将纳米活性炭粉在干燥箱中105℃预热干燥2小时,保持温度加入十二氟庚基丙基三甲氧基硅烷搅拌15分钟,真空干燥得改性纳米活性炭粉;
S2:将果胶常温干燥后挤压成粉末状,加入适量水配成6%的果胶溶液,加入搅拌机中,加热到90℃,搅拌11分钟,加入天然丝胶蛋白溶液、加入步骤S1取得的改性纳米活性炭粉,利用超声波震荡40分钟得混合整理液;
S3:将1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑乙酸盐投入反应釜中加入羊绒、亚麻布纤维研磨40分钟,加热到100℃,搅拌反应70分钟,纺丝得羊绒复合纤维;
S4:将步骤S3中取得的羊绒复合纤维投入步骤S2中取得的混合整理液中,浴比1∶50,浸渍40分钟,取出,用蒸馏水冲洗干净,室温晾干,出料,即可得到里层面料。
所述外层面料中,棉/聚乳酸纤维混纺纱线A作为纬纱,涤纶纱线作为经纱,通过顺穿法织成缎纹组织;
所述夹层面料中,经纱为大豆蛋白纤维纱线,纬纱为蚕丝蛋白纤维纱线,通过顺穿法织成透孔组织;
所述夹层面料、外层面料和里层面料通过反应型胶水粘合,反应型胶水组分包括:乙烯酸酯/丙烯酸酯共聚乳液65wt%、甲壳质22wt%、聚乳酸(聚丙交脂)23wt%。
另外本发明公开了一种生产装置,用于生产所述的抗菌保健、防紫外线的环保复合面料。
本抗菌保健、防紫外线的环保复合面料及其生产装置,带有外层面料、夹层面料和里层面料,里层面料为羊绒复合面料,外层面料为棉/聚乳酸纤维混纺纱线A和涤纶纱线制成的缎纹组织,夹层面料为蚕丝蛋白纤维纱线和大豆蛋白纤维纱线制成的透孔组织,采用三层不同组织结构的织物复合而成,具有抗菌保健、防紫外线且环保等优点,外层面料中带有聚乳酸纱线和涤纶纱线,都具有良好的抗紫外性能,是涤纶因其分子结构中的苯环对紫外线有很强的吸收性,进一步提升防紫外性能,而聚乳酸纱线具有较佳的抗菌性能,经混合整理液浸渍处理改善羊绒抗菌、防紫外线和抗毡缩性。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (8)

1.一种抗菌保健、防紫外线的环保复合面料,包括外层面料、夹层面料和里层面料,其特征在于:所述里层面料为羊绒复合面料,由下列重量份的原料制成:羊绒20~28份、亚麻布纤维5~10份、果胶8~12份、天然丝胶蛋白溶液11~15份、氨基硅油4~5份、纳米活性炭粉2~4份、十二氟庚基丙基三甲氧基硅烷1~3份、1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑乙酸盐10~19份和水10~20份;
所述外层面料为棉/聚乳酸纤维混纺纱线A和涤纶纱线制成的缎纹组织,其中棉/聚乳酸纤维混纺纱线的棉和聚乳酸纤维的混纺比为25~35wt%:75~65wt%;
所述夹层面料为蚕丝蛋白纤维纱线和大豆蛋白纤维纱线制成的透孔组织。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌保健、防紫外线的环保复合面料,其特征在于:所述外层面料中,棉/聚乳酸纤维混纺纱线A作为纬纱,线密度为11~25特克斯;涤纶纱线作为经纱,线密度为11~24特克斯;所述外层面料厚度为0.2~0.3mm,经纬密度为120×80。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌保健、防紫外线的环保复合面料,其特征在于:所述夹层面料经纱为大豆蛋白纤维纱线,线密度为15~20特克斯,纬纱为蚕丝蛋白纤维纱线,线密度为10~15特克斯;所述夹层面料厚度为0.05~0.1mm,经纬密度为65×75。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌保健、防紫外线的环保复合面料,其特征在于:所述里层面料通过以下几个步骤制备:
S1:将纳米活性炭粉在干燥箱中100~105℃预热干燥1-2小时,保持温度加入十二氟庚基丙基三甲氧基硅烷搅拌10-15分钟,真空干燥得改性纳米活性炭粉;
S2:将果胶常温干燥后挤压成粉末状,加入适量水配成6%的果胶溶液,加入搅拌机中,加热到80-90℃,搅拌10-11分钟,加入天然丝胶蛋白溶液、加入步骤S1取得的改性纳米活性炭粉,利用超声波震荡30-40分钟得混合整理液;
S3:将1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑乙酸盐投入反应釜中加入羊绒、亚麻布纤维研磨20-40分钟,加热到100-105℃,搅拌反应50-70分钟,纺丝得羊绒复合纤维;
S4:将步骤S3中取得的羊绒复合纤维投入步骤S2中取得的混合整理液中,浴比1∶50,浸渍30-40分钟,取出,用蒸馏水冲洗干净,室温晾干,出料,即可得到里层面料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌保健、防紫外线的环保复合面料,其特征在于:所述外层面料中,棉/聚乳酸纤维混纺纱线A作为纬纱,涤纶纱线作为经纱,通过顺穿法织成缎纹组织。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌保健、防紫外线的环保复合面料,其特征在于:所述夹层面料中,经纱为大豆蛋白纤维纱线,纬纱为蚕丝蛋白纤维纱线,通过顺穿法织成透孔组织。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌保健、防紫外线的环保复合面料,其特征在于:所述夹层面料、外层面料和里层面料通过反应型胶水粘合,反应型胶水组分包括:乙烯酸酯/丙烯酸酯共聚乳液55~65wt%、甲壳质17~22wt%、聚乳酸(聚丙交脂)17~23wt%。
8.一种生产装置,其特征在于:用于生产权利要求1-7中任意一项所述的抗菌保健、防紫外线的环保复合面料。
