Abstract

本发明提出一种高强度银离子抗菌混纺纱线的制作方法,通过如下步骤实现:首先,将PTT纤维进行加热预处理,之后再将PTT纤维与银离子芳纶纤维并丝形成纱芯,在对PTT纤维与银离子芳纶纤维并丝加捻形成纱芯纱芯的过程中,使纱芯加捻方向与后续包覆过程中的加捻方向相反,纱芯捻度与后续包覆过程中的捻度相等,其次,采用摩擦纺纱包覆技术,将外层包覆纱,通过螺旋形的方式沿纱芯轴向方向进行包覆,控制包覆度在1000圈/米。具有良好的包覆效果、能防止纤维在使用过程中产生起毛球现象,并且能够提高纱线的抗拉强度、韧性以及抗菌性能。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织工艺领域,具体涉及一种高强度银离子抗菌混纺纱线的制作方法。
背景技术
包覆纱是一种优良的纺织材料,具有弹性好、无压迫感、尺寸稳定、恢复性好、质地柔软、活动舒适等特点,为纺织、针织、袜业、服装等领域提供高档的原材料。其生产工艺是将纤维加捻包覆在纱芯,然而,在包覆加捻的过程中,也会对纱芯起到一定的加捻作用。为了防止纱芯加捻后回复其原始状态,使包覆纱收缩,目前大都采用保温定型工艺对包覆纱进行处理,但是这样的处理方式只是将纱线定型,其内部的纤维仍然处于扭曲的状态,这样使得纱线的抗拉强度及韧性受到了极大的影响,并且由于现有的包覆纱的包覆度较小,经常会出现纱芯裸露的现象,导致其内部的纱芯受到磨损,容易使内部纱芯的性能过快的丧失;另外,随着物质生活水平的提高,人们对纺织品的要求不再局限于保暖、舒适等原有的基本特性,人们还希望其具有保健、安全等特殊功能,如抗菌、防瞒、负离子、远红外、防紫外线、防毒、阻燃、防电磁波辐射、磁疗、香味、吸湿排汗、防油防水等,其中抗菌织物可广泛用作医院、宾馆、家庭的床单、被套、毛毯、餐巾、毛巾、鞋里布、沙发布、窗帘布、医用职业装、食品和服务行业的工作服、军队的服装以及绷带、纱布等,具有重大的社会意义。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种具有良好的包覆效果、能防止纤维在使用过程中产生起毛球现象,并且能够提高纱线的抗拉强度、韧性以及抗菌性能的高强度银离子抗菌混纺纱线的制作工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种高强度银离子抗菌混纺纱线的制作方法,通过如下步骤实现:首先,将PTT纤维进行加热预处理,之后再将PTT纤维与银离子芳纶纤维并丝形成纱芯,在对PTT纤维与银离子芳纶纤维并丝加捻形成纱芯纱芯的过程中,使纱芯加捻方向与后续包覆过程中的加捻方向相反,纱芯捻度与后续包覆过程中的捻度相等,其次,采用摩擦纺纱包覆技术,将外层包覆纱,通过螺旋形的方式沿纱芯轴向方向进行包覆,控制包覆度在1000圈/米。
优选的,所述PTT纤维的重量百分比为5—10%。
优选的,所述外层包覆纱为竹炭纤维。
优选的,所述加热预处理的加热温度为108—115℃,加热时间为3-4分钟。
优选的,所述纱芯捻度与后续包覆过程中的捻度均为500-1500。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:采用摩擦纺纱包覆技术,优选45D银离子芳纶纤维为纱芯,通过螺旋形的方式沿芯丝轴向方向进行包覆,控制包覆度在1000圈/米,实现产品良好的包覆效果,避免其内部的纱芯受到磨损,解决现有镀银纤维包芯纱生产技术因包覆效果不好而露芯的问题,大幅提升产品的抗菌性能;在PTT纤维与银离子芳纶纤维混纺加捻前,通过对PTT纤维进行预加热处理,使PPT纤维产生一定热收缩,增加邻近纤维间的抱合力,从而防止纤维在使用过程中产生起毛球现象,克服现有混纺产品难以满足高档产品的要求,极大的拓展了混纺包覆纱在高档面料中的应用,提升了产品市场竞争力,通过在纱芯的形成过程中,进行后续包覆过程中的加捻方向相反、捻度相等的加捻预处理,使纱芯预处理得到的捻度和包覆纤维产生的捻度互相抵消,有效避免了加捻包覆纤维对纱芯的定型干扰,提高纱线的抗拉强度及韧性。
具体实施方式
一种高强度银离子抗菌混纺纱线的制作方法,通过如下步骤实现:首先,将PTT纤维进行加热预处理,之后再将PTT纤维与银离子芳纶纤维并丝形成纱芯,在对PTT纤维与银离子芳纶纤维并丝加捻形成纱芯纱芯的过程中,使纱芯加捻方向与后续包覆过程中的加捻方向相反,纱芯捻度与后续包覆过程中的捻度相等,其次,采用摩擦纺纱包覆技术,将外层包覆纱,通过螺旋形的方式沿纱芯轴向方向进行包覆,控制包覆度在1000圈/米。PTT纤维是聚对苯二甲酸1.3丙二醇酯(英文为polytrimethylene-tereph-thalate)纤维的英文缩写,俗称弹性涤纶。本发明采用现有摩擦纺纱包覆技术,优选45D银离子芳纶纤维为纱芯,通过螺旋形的方式沿芯丝轴向方向进行包覆,控制包覆度在1000圈/米,实现产品良好的包覆效果,避免其内部的纱芯受到磨损,解决现有镀银纤维包芯纱生产技术因包覆效果不好而露芯的问题,大幅提升产品的抗菌性能;在PTT纤维与银离子芳纶纤维混纺加捻前,通过对PTT纤维进行预加热处理,使PPT纤维产生一定热收缩,增加邻近纤维间的抱合力,从而防止纤维在使用过程中产生起毛球现象,克服现有混纺产品难以满足高档产品的要求,极大的拓展了混纺包覆纱在高档面料中的应用,提升了产品市场竞争力,通过在纱芯的形成过程中,进行后续包覆过程中的加捻方向相反、捻度相等的加捻预处理,使纱芯预处理得到的捻度和包覆纤维产生的捻度互相抵消,有效避免了加捻包覆纤维对纱芯的定型干扰,提高纱线的抗拉强度及韧性。
进一步,所述PTT纤维的重量百分比为5—10%。
进一步,所述外层包覆纱为竹炭纤维,利用竹炭纤维天然抗菌、抑菌、除螨、防臭和抗紫外线功能,可以对人体产生一定的保健作用。
进一步,所述加热预处理的加热温度为108—115℃,加热时间为3-4分钟,这样就能使PPT纤维产生较好的热收缩现象,进一步防止纤维在使用过程中产生起毛球现象。
进一步,所述纱芯捻度与后续包覆过程中的捻度均为500-1500。

1.一种高强度银离子抗菌混纺纱线的制作方法,其特征在于:通过如下步骤实现:首先,将PTT纤维进行加热预处理,之后再将PTT纤维与银离子芳纶纤维并丝形成纱芯,在对PTT纤维与银离子芳纶纤维并丝加捻形成纱芯纱芯的过程中,使纱芯加捻方向与后续包覆过程中的加捻方向相反,纱芯捻度与后续包覆过程中的捻度相等,其次,采用摩擦纺纱包覆技术,将外层包覆纱,通过螺旋形的方式沿纱芯轴向方向进行包覆,控制包覆度在1000圈/米,所述PTT纤维的重量百分比为5—10%,所述外层包覆纱为竹炭纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度银离子抗菌混纺纱线的制作方法,其特征在于:所述加热预处理的加热温度为108—115℃,加热时间为3-4分钟。
