Abstract
本发明公开了一种防火复合面料,包括外层、内层和中间层,外层、内层和中间层均由经纱和纬纱上下交错编织而成,外层、内层和中间层之间用热熔胶粘合;外层为阻燃层,且阻燃层上下表面喷涂有阻燃剂,内层为透湿层,中间层为隔热材料。内层采用了苎麻纤维、亚麻纤维、黄麻纤维、罗布麻纤维及聚乳酸纤维,具有舒适度高、透湿、保护皮肤的优点;中间层采用膨胀性石墨、含磷或含氮化合物及发泡基材阻隔外部热量,进一步保证人的生命安全。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于防火面料技术领域,涉及一种防火复合面料。
背景技术
纺织原意是取自纺纱与织布的总称,但是随着纺织知识体系和学科体系的不断发展和完善,特别是非织造纺织材料和三维复合编织等技术产生后,纺织不仅是传统的纺纱和织布,也包括无纺布技术,三维编织技术,静电纳米成网技术等,所以现代纺织是指一种纤维或纤维集合体的多尺度结构加工技术。中国古代的纺织与印染技术具有非常悠久的历史,早在原始社会时期,古人为了适应气候的变化,已懂得就地取材,利用自然资源作为纺织和印染的原料,以及制造简单的纺织工具。直至今天,我们日常的衣、某些生活用品和艺术品都是纺织和印染技术的产物。
随着生产科技的进步,各种功能性的面料也层出不穷,可以满足人们在不同场合下对面料的要求,尤其是在特殊环境下对于面料功能性的要求就越强。防火面料则是在危机情况下可以保护人们免受伤害,但是普通的阻燃布料仅能阻燃,但隔热透湿性能不佳,无法在火场中更好的保护人们的人身安全。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防火复合面料,解决了现有技术中存在的阻燃面料隔热透湿效果不佳的问题。
本发明所采用的技术方案是,一种防火复合面料,包括外层、内层和中间层,外层、内层和中间层均由经纱和纬纱上下交错编织而成,外层、内层和中间层之间用热熔胶粘合;外层为阻燃层,且阻燃层上下表面喷涂有阻燃剂,内层为透湿层,中间层为隔热材料。
本发明的特点还在于:
外层为经纱和纬纱上下交错编织而成,经纱包括不锈钢纤维、涤棉、腈纶和20D锦纶消光FDY长丝,纬纱包括棉、麻、毛和30D锦纶消光FDY长丝,单层外层的厚度为1.2~1.5mm。
中间层的材料包括:膨胀性石墨、含磷或含氮化合物及发泡基材。
内层为混纺面料,其组成为:苎麻纤维20-32%,亚麻纤维6-20%,黄麻纤维10-15%,罗布麻纤维10-13%,聚乳酸纤维20-35%。
阻燃剂的成分为氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁、磷酸一铵、磷酸二铵、氯化铵、硼酸。
热熔胶为Pa热熔胶膜、Pes热熔胶膜、Tpu热熔胶膜、Eva热熔胶膜以及Eaa热熔胶膜中的一种。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的复合面料,内层采用了苎麻纤维、亚麻纤维、黄麻纤维、罗布麻纤维及聚乳酸纤维,具有舒适度高、透湿、保护皮肤的优点;中间层采用膨胀性石墨、含磷或含氮化合物及发泡基材阻隔外部热量,进一步保证人的生命安全。
具体实施方式
下面具体实施方式对本发明进行详细说明。
本发明的一种防火复合面料,包括外层、内层和中间层,外层、内层和中间层均由经纱和纬纱上下交错编织而成,外层、内层和中间层之间用热熔胶粘合;外层为阻燃层,且阻燃层上下表面喷涂有阻燃剂,内层为透湿层,中间层为隔热材料。
外层为经纱和纬纱上下交错编织而成,经纱包括不锈钢纤维、涤棉、腈纶和20D锦纶消光FDY长丝,纬纱包括棉、麻、毛和30D锦纶消光FDY长丝,单层外层的厚度为1.2~1.5mm。
中间层的材料包括:膨胀性石墨、含磷或含氮化合物及发泡基材。

实施例
一种防火复合面料,包括外层、内层和中间层,外层、内层和中间层均由经纱和纬纱上下交错编织而成,外层、内层和中间层之间用Eva热熔胶膜粘合;外层为经纱和纬纱上下交错编织而成,经纱包括不锈钢纤维、涤棉、腈纶和20D锦纶消光FDY长丝,纬纱包括棉、麻、毛和30D锦纶消光FDY长丝,单层外层的厚度为1.2~1.5mm;且阻燃层上下表面喷涂有成分为氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁、磷酸一铵、磷酸二铵、氯化铵及硼酸的阻燃剂,内层为苎麻纤维32%、亚麻纤维20%、黄麻纤维14%、罗布麻纤维8%及聚乳酸纤维28%混纺而成的透湿层,中间层为膨胀性石墨、含磷或含氮化合物及发泡基材组成的隔热材料。
Claims (6)
1.一种防火复合面料,其特征在于,包括外层、内层和中间层,外层、内层和中间层均由经纱和纬纱上下交错编织而成,外层、内层和中间层之间用热熔胶粘合;所述外层为阻燃层,且阻燃层上下表面喷涂有阻燃剂,所述内层为透湿层,所述中间层为隔热材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火复合面料,其特征在于,所述外层为经纱和纬纱上下交错编织而成,经纱包括不锈钢纤维、涤棉、腈纶和20D锦纶消光FDY长丝,纬纱包括棉、麻、毛和30D锦纶消光FDY长丝,所述单层外层的厚度为1.2~1.5mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火复合面料,其特征在于,所述中间层的材料包括:膨胀性石墨、含磷或含氮化合物及发泡基材。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火复合面料,其特征在于,所述内层为混纺面料,其组成为:苎麻纤维20-32%,亚麻纤维6-20%,黄麻纤维10-15%,罗布麻纤维10-13%,聚乳酸纤维20-35%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火复合面料,其特征在于,所述阻燃剂的成分为氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁、磷酸一铵、磷酸二铵、氯化铵、硼酸。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火复合面料,其特征在于,所述热熔胶为Pa热熔胶膜、Pes热熔胶膜、Tpu热熔胶膜、Eva热熔胶膜以及Eaa热熔胶膜中的一种。
