技术领域
本发明涉及面料领域,具体而言,涉及一种耐水压阻燃复合面料及应用。
背景技术
海军救援和抗险救灾等场合,救援人员往往需要在雨天或者潮湿环境下作业,一般的面料会有大量的水汽进入服装内部,使得救援人员的皮肤长期处于潮湿、高盐度、不透气的环境之中。对于火灾救援现场,又要求面料能够具有阻燃效果。因此,服装面料的透气、舒适度、耐水压、抗菌、阻燃性能对于在特殊环境下的使用尤为重要。
有鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明的第一目的在于提供一种耐水压阻燃复合面料,所述耐水压阻燃复合面料具有高可视、透气、阻燃、耐水压、抗菌等优异性能,以解决上述技术问题。
本发明的第二目的在于提供一种耐水压阻燃复合面料的应用,用于制造耐水压阻燃服装。
为了实现本发明的上述目的,特采用以下技术方案:
一种高耐水压阻燃复合面料,包括:
表层,所述表层的面料以腈氯纶和兰精阻燃黏胶纤维混纺纱线为经纱,以芳纶1313、芳砜纶或聚芳噁二唑纤维中的一种或多种混纺纱线为纬纱;所述表层的表面还设置有PU高透双组阻燃膜,所述PU高透双组阻燃膜通过阻燃胶与所述表层贴合;
中间层,所述中间层为防水透湿膜;以及
里层,所述里层的面料由硅氮系阻燃黏胶纤维与芳纶1313、芳砜纶或聚酰亚胺纤维中的一种或多种混纺得到;
所述中间层设置在所述表层和所述里层之间,所述中间层通过所述阻燃胶分别与所述表层和所述里层贴合。
通过由表及里设置表层、中间层和里层,获得阻燃、透气透湿、耐水压性能的复合;表层腈氯纶具有燃烧无熔融、收缩现象,具有优良的阻燃性能,兰精阻燃黏胶纤维也具有优异的阻燃性能;芳纶1313是指分子链排列呈锯齿状的间位芳纶纤维,具有超高强度、高模量和耐高温、耐酸耐碱、重量轻、绝缘、抗老化、生命周期长等优良性能;芳砜纶也具有很好地电绝缘性和阻燃性能;聚芳噁二唑纤维也具有耐高温性能。中间层使用防水透湿膜,达到防水、透湿的目的。里层使用硅氮系阻燃黏胶纤维与芳纶1313、芳砜纶或聚酰亚胺纤维中的一种或多种混纺,除了达到阻燃的目的之外,硅氮系阻燃黏胶纤维还有抗菌的性能,整体舒适度也会提高;聚酰亚胺纤维又称芳酰亚胺纤维,是指分子链中含有芳酰亚胺的纤维,具有很好地耐热性能。通过阻燃胶将三层贴合在一起,使得面料整体成型。为了进一步优化面料的阻燃、耐压、防水性能,在表层的表面增加一层PU高透双组阻燃膜,从而实现PU高透双组阻燃膜和防水透湿膜双重配合,达到高耐水压的效果。
优选地,所述表层的面料经荧光染色,克重为180-500g/m2
出于安全和便于搜救的需要,一般要求穿着高可视,通过使用经荧光染色之后的表层面料,获得荧光效果,可以达到穿着高可视的目的。
更加优选地,所述里层的面料的克重为50-80g/m2
对克重的控制,是为了达到轻质的效果。
优选地,所述阻燃胶为PUR热溶胶(聚氨酯热熔胶)。
更加优选地,所述PUR热溶胶为湿固化型热熔胶。
更进一步优选地,所述阻燃胶的用量为5-20g/m2
对阻燃胶的选择和用量的控制,一方面是为了保证粘合效果,另一方面是为了控制阻燃胶的厚度,避免过厚带来负面影响。
优选地,所述防水透湿膜为聚四氟乙烯膜。
优选防水透湿膜的类型,是为了使得防水透湿效果达到最佳。
优选地,所述表层的面料为双层梭织2上1下结构,所述里层的面料为针织面料。
在其他的实施方式中,也可以使用3上1下、5上1下等组织形式。对于面料的织造形式的选择,是为了对面料整体的结构强度、耐水压性能、透气性、阻燃性能等的优化。
进一步优选地,所述表层和所述里层的纱线均使用低捻技术织造。
使用低捻技术进行纺纱,使得纱线更加柔软,进而面料更加柔软舒适,进而使得经过复合加工的面料避免过于硬挺,提高服用舒适度。

兰精阻燃黏胶纤维:兰精纤维(上海)有限公司,型号LZ-FR,规格1.5D*51mm或2D*51mm;
硅氮系阻燃黏胶纤维:北京赛欧兰阻燃纤维有限公司,型号SOL-FR,规格1.5D*51mm或2D*51mm;
聚四氟乙烯膜:porelle(葆乐力)p330-5、P345、P9;
阻燃胶和PU高透双组阻燃膜购自泰兴市中纺助剂厂或浙江传化股份有限公司。

实施例1
本实施例提供了一种耐水压阻燃复合面料,请参阅图1,这种高耐水压阻燃复合面料包括:
表层1,表层的面料以腈氯纶和兰精阻燃黏胶纤维混纺纱线为经纱,以芳纶1313为纬纱,采用双层梭织2上1下结构,并经荧光染色,控制克重为180g/m2得到面料;表层的表面还设置有PU高透双组阻燃膜10,PU高透双组阻燃膜通过阻燃胶与表层贴合;
中间层3,中间层以聚四氟乙烯膜作为防水透湿膜;以及
里层4,里层的面料由硅氮系阻燃黏胶纤维与芳纶1313混纺针织得到,控制克重为80g/m2
中间层3设置在表层1和里层4之间,中间层3通过阻燃胶201与表层1贴合、通过阻燃胶202与里层4贴合,阻燃胶选用PUR热溶胶,用量为20g/m2
得到的高耐水压阻燃复合面料,可以用于制作海军、海警用救援服。
实施例2
在一个可选的实施例中,结构仍然参照图1,这种高耐水压阻燃复合面料包括:
表层1,表层的面料以腈氯纶和兰精阻燃黏胶纤维混纺纱线为经纱,以芳纶1313、芳砜纶多种混纺纱线为纬纱,控制克重为500g/m2得到面料;混纺比例可按照常规进行选择,如30:70;表层的表面还设置有PU高透双组阻燃膜10,PU高透双组阻燃膜通过阻燃胶与表层贴合;
中间层3,中间层以聚四氟乙烯膜作为防水透湿膜;以及
里层4,里层的面料由赛欧兰纤维与芳纶1313、芳砜纶多种混纺得到,控制克重为50g/m2
中间层3设置在1表层和里层4之间中间层3通过阻燃胶201与表层1贴合、通过阻燃胶202与里层4贴合,阻燃胶选用湿固化型PUR热溶胶,用量为5g/m2

表层1,表层的面料以腈氯纶和兰精阻燃黏胶纤维混纺纱线为经纱,以芳纶1313、芳砜纶、聚芳噁二唑纤维三种混纺纱线为纬纱,双层梭织2上1下结构,控制克重为300g/m2得到面料;混纺比例可按照常规进行选择;为了提高阻燃、耐压、防水性能,在表层1的上表面用阻燃胶再贴合一层PU高透双组阻燃膜10;
中间层3,中间层以聚四氟乙烯膜作为防水透湿膜;以及
里层4,里层的面料由赛欧兰纤维与芳纶1313、芳砜纶、聚酰亚胺纤维混纺得到,控制克重为70g/m2
中间层3设置在1表层和里层4之间中间层3通过阻燃胶201与表层1贴合、通过阻燃胶202与里层4贴合,阻燃胶选用湿固化型PUR热溶胶,用量为15g/m2
本申请实施例使用的纱线均是使用低捻技术进行纺纱,使得纱线更加柔软,进而面料更加柔软舒适,进而使得经过复合加工的面料避免过于硬挺,提高服用舒适度。具体而言,低捻纺纱技术改善纤维在成纱中的排列,使混纺纱的残余扭矩通过其内部平衡降低,在较低的捻度下,得到了毛羽少,强力高以及手感柔软的混纺纱。因为该纱线强度高,所以采用该低捻纱织造制备的面料具有更低面密度,原料成本低;该纱手感柔软,采用该纱制备的面料也具有柔软的手感,舒适性更佳。
本申请提供的耐水压阻燃复合面料,可以用于制造耐水压阻燃服装,例如海军或海警救援服等。
本申请提供的高耐水压阻燃复合面料,阻燃性能好,具有长久高效的高耐水压效果,且面料透湿透气、穿着舒适,并具有一定的高可视和抗菌保健功能,可广泛应用于海军救援和抗险救灾等场合。

表层,所述表层的面料以腈氯纶和兰精阻燃黏胶纤维混纺纱线为经纱,以芳纶1313、芳砜纶或聚芳噁二唑纤维中的一种或多种混纺纱线为纬纱;所述表层的表面还设置有PU高透双组阻燃膜,所述PU高透双组阻燃膜通过阻燃胶与所述表层贴合;
中间层,所述中间层为防水透湿膜;以及
里层,所述里层的面料由硅氮系阻燃黏胶纤维与芳纶1313、芳砜纶或聚酰亚胺纤维中的一种或多种混纺得到;
所述中间层设置在所述表层和所述里层之间,所述中间层通过所述阻燃胶分别与所述表层和所述里层贴合。
