技术领域
本发明属于有机高分子复合材料技术领域,具体涉及一种阻燃高热防护复合面料。
背景技术
阻燃热防护服在国防军工、消防抢险、电力电气、冶金铸造和石油化工领域中火焰或高温作业时的特种防护着装。随着对热防护全面性和防护能力要求的提高,阻燃热防护服不仅应具备较好的阻燃性能和隔热性能,还应具备一些独特场合下的功能性,如防静电性能和防金属融液飞溅性能等。
中国专利CN201710317455.X公开了一种阻燃防火防金属熔滴的芳纶面料,该专利构筑了多层复合面料,其中外层为间位芳纶、腈氯纶纤维和吉沃尔阻燃凝胶纤维编织而成,外层和里层中间设置了聚氨酯中空纤维/气凝胶组成的隔热层,该芳纶面料具有阻燃、隔热、防金属熔滴等性能。同时,中国专利CN201811535957.0公开了一种高效阻燃隔热复合面料及应用,该专利通过在表层和里层面料之间设置了形状记忆聚氨酯/气凝胶混合物,并结合等离子表面处理技术,提高了面料的隔热、阻燃性能。但是上述面料仍然存在舒适性不佳,阻燃性能、隔热性能和防金属熔滴性能不足以满足特种领域的使用要求的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种阻燃高热防护复合面料,具有优异的阻燃、隔热、防金属熔滴、防静电、高热稳定的性能,适用于消防、冶金、焊接、石油化工等领域的安全防护。
本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种阻燃高热防护复合面料,包括采用热熔胶合方式粘接的表层、中间层和里层;
所述表层由经纱和纬纱交织而成,所述经纱由含硅氧结构聚酰亚胺纤维、芳纶1313和腈氯纶纤维混纺得到,所述纬纱由双疏型聚丙烯腈纤维、腈氯纶纤维和兰精阻燃黏胶纤维混纺得到;
所述中间层为三明治结构,由聚酰胺热熔胶膜封装的功能改性微孔聚氨酯层组成,所述功能改性微孔聚氨酯层是纳米空心SiO2颗粒改性聚氨酯纤维膜层;
所述里层由聚丙烯腈纤维、磷/氮协效阻燃棉纤维和有机复合型导电纤维混纺得到。
进一步的,所述经纱由30~50%含硅氧结构聚酰亚胺纤维、10~25%芳纶1313和40~60%腈氯纶纤维混纺得到,所述纬纱由30~50%双疏型聚丙烯腈纤维、20~45%腈氯纶纤维和20~45%兰精阻燃黏胶纤维混纺得到。
进一步的,所述硅氧结构聚酰亚胺纤维通过在聚酰亚胺聚合单体溶液中加入硅氧烷,经聚合和干法纺丝得到。
进一步的,所述硅氧烷为1,3-双(3-氨基丙基)-1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷或KH570。
进一步的,所述双疏型聚丙烯腈纤维通过多巴胺和含氟硅烷偶联剂对聚丙烯腈纤维进行改性得到。
进一步的,所述含氟硅烷偶联剂为十三氟辛基三乙氧基硅烷或十七氟癸基三甲氧基硅烷。
进一步的,所述纳米空心SiO2颗粒改性聚氨酯纤维膜层是通过将纳米空心SiO2颗粒加入到聚氨酯溶液中经静电纺丝制得。
进一步的,所述里层为20~45%聚丙烯腈纤维、40~70%磷/氮协效阻燃棉纤维和10~20%有机复合型导电纤维混纺得到。
进一步的,所述磷/氮协效阻燃棉纤维通过N,N-二亚甲基对苯磺酸基膦酸铵盐功能整理棉织物得到。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明构筑了三明治结构的复合面料,通过发挥三层面料间的协同作用,获得具有高阻燃防火、防金属熔滴、隔热、抗静电、舒适轻便的特种面料;
2、复合面料的表层中经纱采用含硅氧结构聚酰亚胺纤维、芳纶1313和腈氯纶纤维混纺得到,纬纱由双疏型聚丙烯腈纤维、腈氯纶纤维和兰精阻燃黏胶纤维混纺得到;聚酰亚胺纤维发挥高阻燃性能,可以有效提高经纱的阻燃性能;同时,经纱中的含硅氧结构聚酰亚胺纤维和纬纱中的双疏型聚丙烯腈纤维具有优异的疏水、疏油性能,可以赋予复合面料优异的防金属熔滴的性能;
3、复合面料的中间层设置了纳米空心SiO2颗粒改性聚氨酯纤维膜层,聚氨酯纤维膜层中存在显著的纤维堆积孔道,而空心SiO2颗粒可以进一步提高聚氨酯纤维单丝和堆积体系的孔隙率,极大地提高复合面料的隔热性能;采用阻燃性能优异的聚酰胺,并采用热熔胶合方式粘接面料的表层、改性聚氨酯纤维膜层和里层,维持了复合结构各层的结构完整性;
4、复合面料里层中的磷/氮协效阻燃棉纤维可以在提升面料里层阻燃性能的同时,提升面料的穿着舒适性;有机复合型导电纤维的引入有利于提高面料的抗静电性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
在聚酰亚胺聚合单体溶液中加入KH570,经聚合和干法纺丝得到硅氧结构聚酰亚胺纤维,用多巴胺和十三氟辛基三乙氧基硅烷对聚丙烯腈纤维进行改性得到双疏型聚丙烯腈纤维。
以30%含硅氧结构聚酰亚胺纤维、10%芳纶1313和60%腈氯纶纤维混纺纱线得到经纱,以50%双疏型聚丙烯腈纤维、20%腈氯纶纤维和30%兰精阻燃黏胶纤维混纺纱线得到纬纱,将经纱和交织成表层面料。
将纳米空心SiO2颗粒加入到聚氨酯溶液中经静电纺丝制得纳米空心SiO2颗粒改性聚氨酯纤维膜层,用聚酰胺热熔胶膜封装纳米空心SiO2颗粒改性聚氨酯纤维膜层,构成具有三明治结构的中间层。
通过N,N-二亚甲基对苯磺酸基膦酸铵盐功能整理棉织物得到磷/氮协效阻燃棉纤维,以聚酰亚胺为基质、加入炭黑为导电成分构成有机复合型导电纤维,以20%聚丙烯腈纤维、70%磷/氮协效阻燃棉纤维和10%有机复合型导电纤维混纺得到里层。
如图1所示,将表层1、中间层2(由聚酰胺热熔胶膜2-1封装的功能改性微孔聚氨酯层2-2组成)和里层3热熔层压制得一种具有多层结构阻燃高热防护复合面料。
经检测,该复合面料的克重为 232g/m2,中间层的比表面积为81.2m2/g,孔容为3.9cm3/g,续燃0.2s,阴燃0.3s,无熔滴,面料经15滴金属熔滴冲击后温度仅升高了10K,热防护性能达到681W•S/m2。
实施例2
在聚酰亚胺聚合单体溶液中加入1,3-双(3-氨基丙基)-1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷,经聚合和干法纺丝得到硅氧结构聚酰亚胺纤维,用多巴胺和十七氟癸基三甲氧基硅烷对聚丙烯腈纤维进行改性得到双疏型聚丙烯腈纤维。
以40%含硅氧结构聚酰亚胺纤维、10%芳纶1313和50%腈氯纶纤维混纺纱线得到经纱,以30%双疏型聚丙烯腈纤维、25%腈氯纶纤维和45%兰精阻燃黏胶纤维混纺纱线得到纬纱,将经纱和交织成表层。
将纳米空心SiO2颗粒加入到聚氨酯溶液中经静电纺丝制得纳米空心SiO2颗粒改性聚氨酯纤维膜层,用聚酰胺热熔胶膜封装纳米空心SiO2颗粒改性聚氨酯纤维膜层构成具有三明治结构的中间层。
通过N,N-二亚甲基对苯磺酸基膦酸铵盐功能整理棉织物得到磷/氮协效阻燃棉纤维,以聚酰亚胺为基质、加入炭黑为导电成分构成有机复合型导电纤维,以40%聚丙烯腈纤维、40%磷/氮协效阻燃棉纤维和20%有机复合型导电纤维混纺得到里层。
如图1所示,将表层1、中间层2和里层3热熔层压制得一种具有多层结构阻燃高热防护复合面料。
经检测,该复合面料的克重为 195g/m2,中间层的比表面积为89.8m2/g,孔容为4.1cm3/g,续燃0.3s,阴燃0.5s,无熔滴,面料经15滴金属熔滴冲击后温度仅升高了12K,热防护性能达到675W•S/m2。
实施例3
在聚酰亚胺聚合单体溶液中加入KH570,经聚合和干法纺丝得到硅氧结构聚酰亚胺纤维,用多巴胺和十三氟辛基三乙氧基硅烷对聚丙烯腈纤维进行改性得到双疏型聚丙烯腈纤维。
以30%含硅氧结构聚酰亚胺纤维、20%芳纶1313和50%腈氯纶纤维混纺纱线得到经纱,以40%双疏型聚丙烯腈纤维、30%腈氯纶纤维和30%兰精阻燃黏胶纤维混纺纱线得到纬纱,将经纱和交织成表层。
将纳米空心SiO2颗粒加入到聚氨酯溶液中经静电纺丝制得纳米空心SiO2颗粒改性聚氨酯纤维膜层,用聚酰胺热熔胶膜封装纳米空心SiO2颗粒改性聚氨酯纤维膜层构成具有三明治结构的中间层。

如图1所示,将表层1、中间层2和里层3热熔层压制得一种具有多层结构阻燃高热防护复合面料。
经检测,该复合面料的克重为 375g/m2,中间层的比表面积为76.9m2/g,孔容为3.7cm3/g,续燃0.2s,阴燃0.3s,无熔滴,面料经15滴金属熔滴冲击后温度仅升高了8K,热防护性能达到698W•S/m2。
实施例4
在聚酰亚胺聚合单体溶液中加入1,3-双(3-氨基丙基)-1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷,经聚合和干法纺丝得到硅氧结构聚酰亚胺纤维,用多巴胺和十七氟癸基三甲氧基硅烷对聚丙烯腈纤维进行改性得到双疏型聚丙烯腈纤维。
以45%含硅氧结构聚酰亚胺纤维、15%芳纶1313和40%腈氯纶纤维混纺纱线得到经纱,以35%双疏型聚丙烯腈纤维、25%腈氯纶纤维和30%兰精阻燃黏胶纤维混纺纱线得到纬纱,将经纱和交织成表层。
将纳米空心SiO2颗粒加入到聚氨酯溶液中经静电纺丝制得纳米空心SiO2颗粒改性聚氨酯纤维膜层,用聚酰胺热熔胶膜封装纳米空心SiO2颗粒改性聚氨酯纤维膜层构成具有三明治结构的中间层。
通过N,N-二亚甲基对苯磺酸基膦酸铵盐功能整理棉织物得到磷/氮协效阻燃棉纤维,以聚酰亚胺为基质、加入炭黑为走位导电成分构成有机复合型导电纤维,以30%聚丙烯腈纤维、55%磷/氮协效阻燃棉纤维和15%有机复合型导电纤维混纺得到里层。
如图1所示,将表层1、中间层2和里层3热熔层压制得一种具有多层结构阻燃高热防护复合面料。
经检测,该复合面料的克重为 495g/m2,中间层的比表面积为79.6m2/g,孔容为3.8cm3/g,续燃0.2s,阴燃0.4s,无熔滴,面料经15滴金属熔滴冲击后温度仅升高了9K,热防护性能达到695W•S/m2。
实施例5
在聚酰亚胺聚合单体溶液中加入KH570,经聚合和干法纺丝得到硅氧结构聚酰亚胺纤维,用多巴胺和十七氟癸基三甲氧基硅烷对聚丙烯腈纤维进行改性得到双疏型聚丙烯腈纤维。
以35%含硅氧结构聚酰亚胺纤维、25%芳纶1313和40%腈氯纶纤维混纺纱线得到经纱,以45%双疏型聚丙烯腈纤维、20%腈氯纶纤维和25%兰精阻燃黏胶纤维混纺纱线得到纬纱。将经纱和交织成表层。
将纳米空心SiO2颗粒加入到聚氨酯溶液中经静电纺丝制得纳米空心SiO2颗粒改性聚氨酯纤维膜层,用聚酰胺热熔胶膜封装纳米空心SiO2颗粒改性聚氨酯纤维膜层构成具有三明治结构的中间层。
通过N,N-二亚甲基对苯磺酸基膦酸铵盐功能整理棉织物得到磷/氮协效阻燃棉纤维,以聚酰亚胺为基质、加入炭黑为走位导电成分构成有机复合型导电纤维,以35%聚丙烯腈纤维、50%磷/氮协效阻燃棉纤维和15%有机复合型导电纤维混纺得到里层。
如图1所示,将表层1、中间层2和里层3热熔层压制得一种具有多层结构阻燃高热防护复合面料。
经检测,该复合面料的克重为 305g/m2,中间层的比表面积为75.1m2/g,孔容为3.5cm3/g,续燃0.3s,阴燃0.6s,无熔滴,面料经15滴金属熔滴冲击后温度仅升高了11K,热防护性能达到687W•S/m2。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变形,这些改进和变形也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种阻燃高热防护复合面料,其特征在于,包括采用热熔胶合方式粘接的表层、中间层和里层;
所述表层由经纱和纬纱交织而成,所述经纱由含硅氧结构聚酰亚胺纤维、芳纶1313和腈氯纶纤维混纺得到,所述纬纱由双疏型聚丙烯腈纤维、腈氯纶纤维和兰精阻燃黏胶纤维混纺得到;
所述中间层为三明治结构,由聚酰胺热熔胶膜封装的功能改性微孔聚氨酯层组成,所述功能改性微孔聚氨酯层是纳米空心SiO2颗粒改性聚氨酯纤维膜层;
所述里层由聚丙烯腈纤维、磷/氮协效阻燃棉纤维和有机复合型导电纤维混纺得到。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃高热防护复合面料,其特征在于,所述经纱由30~50%含硅氧结构聚酰亚胺纤维、10~25%芳纶1313和40~60%腈氯纶纤维混纺得到,所述纬纱由30~50%双疏型聚丙烯腈纤维、20~45%腈氯纶纤维和20~45%兰精阻燃黏胶纤维混纺得到。
3.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃高热防护复合面料,其特征在于,所述含硅氧结构聚酰亚胺纤维通过在聚酰亚胺聚合单体溶液中加入硅氧烷,经聚合和干法纺丝得到。
4.根据权利要求3所述的阻燃高热防护复合面料,其特征在于,所述硅氧烷为1,3-双(3-氨基丙基)-1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷或KH570。
5.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃高热防护复合面料,其特征在于,所述双疏型聚丙烯腈纤维通过多巴胺和含氟硅烷偶联剂对聚丙烯腈纤维进行改性得到。
6.根据权利要求5所述的阻燃高热防护复合面料,其特征在于,所述含氟硅烷偶联剂为十三氟辛基三乙氧基硅烷或十七氟癸基三甲氧基硅烷。
7.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃高热防护复合面料,其特征在于,所述纳米空心SiO2颗粒改性聚氨酯纤维膜层是通过将纳米空心SiO2颗粒加入到聚氨酯溶液中经静电纺丝制得。
8.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃高热防护复合面料,其特征在于,所述里层为20~45%聚丙烯腈纤维、40~70%磷/氮协效阻燃棉纤维和10~20%有机复合型导电纤维混纺得到。
9.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃高热防护复合面料,其特征在于,所述磷/氮协效阻燃棉纤维通过N,N-二亚甲基对苯磺酸基膦酸铵盐功能整理棉织物得到。
10.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃高热防护复合面料,其特征在于,所述有机复合型导电纤维是以聚酰亚胺为基质、以炭黑为导电成分的纤维材料。
