本发明公开了一种阻燃防火防金属熔滴的芳纶面料,一种阻燃防火防金属熔滴的芳纶面料,包括外层、中间的隔热层和内层;所述外层是由20‑35%的间位芳纶、40‑55%腈氯纶纤维和20‑35%吉沃尔阻燃凝胶纤维原料构成;所述隔热层是由密度为2.2kg/m3的聚氨酯中空纤维/SiO2气凝胶与Technora纤维交叉缠绕编制而成;所述内层为莫代尔纤维纱线、阻燃黏胶纱线和涤纶单丝的经编间隔织物。本发明芳纶面料防火阻燃、隔热、防金属熔滴,不易断裂,用它所做成的面料,高温下,失重率低,热收缩率低,热稳定性高,而且可以在很轻重量的情况下,实现优异的防护性能。

一种阻燃防火防金属熔滴的芳纶面料
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织材料技术领域,具体是一种阻燃防火防金属熔滴的芳纶面料。
背景技术
在高温炽烤与熔融金属喷溅的工作环境中,操作工人必须穿着防金属熔融喷溅面料制成的防护服来保护自身安全。例如,冶炼工或焊接工在高温、金属熔融飞溅、高辐射等条件下工作的,如果不正确穿着防护服,很容易对身体产生伤害。防金属熔融喷溅面料制成的防护服具有耐磨、隔热、阻燃和防喷溅等性能,特别针对冶金、铸造、电焊行业而开发,当熔融液态金属飞溅到新型防喷溅面料上时,会沿着布面滑落而不会损伤面料,为存在高温熔融金属喷溅的工作环境提供可靠有效的防护。
目前市场上实用的阻燃纤维与普通纤维混纺的阻燃隔热防护服,只能作为普通的阻燃防护使用,不能适应一些特殊的作业场所。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种阻燃防火防金属熔滴的芳纶面料,具有防火阻燃、隔热、防金属熔滴的性能,不易断裂,高温下,失重率低,热收缩率低,热稳定性高,适用于消防、冶金、焊接等领域的安全防护。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种阻燃防火防金属熔滴的芳纶面料,包括外层、中间的隔热层和内层;
所述外层是由经纱和纬纱交织而成,经纱和纬纱是由20-35%的间位芳纶、40-55%腈氯纶纤维和20-35%吉沃尔阻燃凝胶纤维原料构成;
所述隔热层是由密度为2.2kg/m3的聚氨酯中空纤维/SiO2气凝胶与Technora纤维交叉缠绕编制而成;
所述内层为莫代尔纤维纱线、阻燃黏胶纱线和涤纶单丝的经编间隔织物,内表面为莫代尔纤维纱线层,外表面为阻燃黏胶纱线层,通过涤纶单丝进行间隔编织而成。
进一步的,所述外层的原料为30%的间位芳纶、45%腈氯纶纤维和25%吉沃尔阻燃凝胶纤维。
进一步的,所述外层的原料为35%的间位芳纶、40%腈氯纶纤维和25%吉沃尔阻燃凝胶纤维。
进一步的,所述外层的质量为200-300g,中间的隔热层质量为80-100g,内层质量为80-100g。
上述任一项一种阻燃防火防金属熔滴的芳纶面料制备得到的防护服。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明芳纶面料具有防火阻燃、隔热、防金属熔滴,不易断裂,高温下,失重率低,热收缩率低,热稳定性高,适用于消防、冶金、焊接等领域的安全防护,大大提高安全性,而且可以在很轻重量的情况下,实现优异的防护性能。

下面结合具体实施方式对本专利的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
实施例1
一种阻燃防火防金属熔滴的芳纶面料,包括外层、中间的隔热层和内层;所述外层是由经纱和纬纱交织而成,经纱和纬纱是由20%的间位芳纶、55%腈氯纶纤维和25%吉沃尔阻燃凝胶纤维原料构成;所述隔热层是由密度为2.2kg/m3的聚氨酯中空纤维/SiO2气凝胶与Technora纤维交叉缠绕编制而成;所述内层为莫代尔纤维纱线、阻燃黏胶纱线和涤纶单丝的经编间隔织物,内表面为莫代尔纤维纱线层,外表面为阻燃黏胶纱线层,通过涤纶单丝进行间隔编织而成。
上述一种阻燃防火防金属熔滴的芳纶面料制备得到的防护服。
实施例2
一种阻燃防火防金属熔滴的芳纶面料,包括外层、中间的隔热层和内层;所述外层是由经纱和纬纱交织而成,经纱和纬纱是由35%的间位芳纶、40%腈氯纶纤维和25%吉沃尔阻燃凝胶纤维原料构成;所述隔热层是由密度为2.2kg/m3的聚氨酯中空纤维/SiO2气凝胶与Technora纤维交叉缠绕编制而成;所述内层为莫代尔纤维纱线、阻燃黏胶纱线和涤纶单丝的经编间隔织物,内表面为莫代尔纤维纱线层,外表面为阻燃黏胶纱线层,通过涤纶单丝进行间隔编织而成。所述外层的质量为150g,中间的隔热层质量为90g,内层质量为85g。
上述任一项一种阻燃防火防金属熔滴的芳纶面料制备得到的防护服。
实施例3
一种阻燃防火防金属熔滴的芳纶面料,包括外层、中间的隔热层和内层;所述外层是由经纱和纬纱交织而成,经纱和纬纱是由30%的间位芳纶、45%腈氯纶纤维和25%吉沃尔阻燃凝胶纤维原料构成;所述隔热层是由密度为2.2kg/m3的聚氨酯中空纤维/SiO2气凝胶与Technora纤维交叉缠绕编制而成;所述内层为莫代尔纤维纱线、阻燃黏胶纱线和涤纶单丝的经编间隔织物,内表面为莫代尔纤维纱线层,外表面为阻燃黏胶纱线层,通过涤纶单丝进行间隔编织而成。所述外层的质量为160g,中间的隔热层质量为100g,内层质量为90g。
上述一种阻燃防火防金属熔滴的芳纶面料制备得到的防护服。
实施例4
一种阻燃防火防金属熔滴的芳纶面料,包括外层、中间的隔热层和内层;所述外层是由经纱和纬纱交织而成,经纱和纬纱是由25%的间位芳纶、45%腈氯纶纤维和30%吉沃尔阻燃凝胶纤维原料构成;所述隔热层是由密度为2.2kg/m3的聚氨酯中空纤维/SiO2气凝胶与Technora纤维交叉缠绕编制而成;所述内层为莫代尔纤维纱线、阻燃黏胶纱线和涤纶单丝的经编间隔织物,内表面为莫代尔纤维纱线层,外表面为阻燃黏胶纱线层,通过涤纶单丝进行间隔编织而成。
上述一种阻燃防火防金属熔滴的芳纶面料制备得到的防护服。
对比例1
一种双层防金属熔融喷溅面料,包括外层面料和里层面料,两层面料之间存在空隙;以质量百分比计,双层防金属熔融喷溅面料的原料包括40%的羊毛,40%的吉沃尔阻燃粘胶和20%的芳纶1313纤维;外层面料的经纱和纬纱的原料均包括所述羊毛和所述吉沃尔阻燃粘胶;里层面料的经纱的原料包括所述羊毛和所述吉沃尔阻燃粘胶,里层面料的纬纱的原料包括芳纶1313纤维。
应用例
将实施例和对比例制备的芳纶面料进行实际性能测试;其评价结果如表1所示。

从表1可以看出,实施例1-4制备的芳纶面料符合织物面料的相关阻燃、防火性能,而且相对对比例具有更好的防火阻燃、隔热、防金属熔滴的性能,不易断裂。另外本申请的芳纶面料隔热、保温,染色性均优于纯棉产品和普通的阻燃纤维与普通纤维混纺面料;高温下,失重率低,热收缩率在沸水中只有0.3-0.5%,在300℃的空气中也保持在1-1.5%。热稳定性高,在250℃的热空气中处理100小时后,强度保持率也保持在90%以上。
上面对本专利的较佳实施方式作了详细说明,但是本专利并不限于上述实施方式,在本领域的普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本专利宗旨的前提下做出各种变化。

Claims (5)

1.一种阻燃防火防金属熔滴的芳纶面料,其特征在于,包括外层、中间的隔热层和内层;
所述外层是由经纱和纬纱交织而成,经纱和纬纱是由20-35%的间位芳纶、40-55%腈氯纶纤维和20-35%吉沃尔阻燃凝胶纤维原料构成;
所述隔热层是由密度为2.2kg/m3的聚氨酯中空纤维/SiO2气凝胶与Technora纤维交叉缠绕编制而成;
所述内层为莫代尔纤维纱线、阻燃黏胶纱线和涤纶单丝的经编间隔织物,内表面为莫代尔纤维纱线层,外表面为阻燃黏胶纱线层,通过涤纶单丝进行间隔编织而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃防火防金属熔滴的芳纶面料,其特征在于,所述外层的原料为30%的间位芳纶、45%腈氯纶纤维和25%吉沃尔阻燃凝胶纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃防火防金属熔滴的芳纶面料,其特征在于,所述外层的原料为35%的间位芳纶、40%腈氯纶纤维和25%吉沃尔阻燃凝胶纤维。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃防火防金属熔滴的芳纶面料,其特征在于,所述外层的质量为200-300g,中间的隔热层质量为80-100g,内层质量为80-100g。
5.权利要求1至4任一项一种阻燃防火防金属熔滴的芳纶面料制备得到的防护服。
