Description
技术领域
本发明属于纺织面料技术领域,具体涉及一种多层防金属熔融喷溅面料。
背景技术
在冶金、铸造、电焊、玻璃等存在高温炽烤与熔融金属喷溅的工作环境中,操作工人必须穿着防金属熔融喷溅面料制成的防护服来保护自身安全。例如,冶炼工或焊接工在高温、金属熔融飞溅、高辐射等条件下工作时,液态铝的温度可达800摄氏度、熔融金属的温度最高可达1400摄氏度,如果不正确穿着防护服,很容易对身体产生伤害。防金属熔融喷溅面料制成的防护服具有耐磨、隔热、阻燃和防喷溅等性能,特别针对冶金、铸造、电焊行业而开发,当熔融液态金属飞溅到新型防喷溅面料上时,会沿着布面滑落而不会损伤面料,为存在高温熔融金属喷溅的工作环境提供可靠有效的防护。
目前,具有防金属熔融喷溅功能的防护服所用的面料主要有三类:阻燃棉面料、铝膜复合面料、阻燃纤维与普通纤维混纺面料,但是这三类面料都存在着防护功能性和舒适性较差的缺点,不能适应一些特殊的高温作业场所。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种多层防金属熔融喷溅面料,具有优异的防火阻燃性和卓越的防金属熔融喷溅功能,提高了防金属熔融喷溅面料的强力、隔热性、耐高温性、防收缩性及穿着舒适轻便性。
一种多层防金属熔融喷溅面料,由外至内依次包括防护层、隔热层和舒适层,防护层与隔热层之间、隔热层与舒适层之间存在空隙;
所述防护层由芳纶、偏氯腈纶和吉沃尔阻燃粘胶混纺而成;
所述隔热层采用超细矿物纤维增强SiO2气凝胶和表面改性的Technora纤维经热粘制成;
所述舒适层采用吸湿性纤维素纤维和耐高温纤维混纺而成。
进一步地,防护层的经纱和纬纱的原料以重量百分比计包括:30-50%芳纶、15-40%偏氯腈纶和20-45%吉沃尔阻燃粘胶,所有原料的重量百分比之和为100%。
进一步地,所述超细矿物纤维增强SiO2气凝胶的纤维表观密度为0.125g/cm3。
进一步地,所述表面改性的Technora纤维是采用2,4-甲苯-二异氰酸酯进行表面改性制得。

本发明的面料采用了多层复合结构,通过芳纶、偏氯腈纶和吉沃尔阻燃粘胶混纺制成的防护层使面料具有良好的防金属熔融喷溅功能;中间层通过采用超细矿物纤维增强SiO2气凝胶和表面改性的Technora纤维粘合,使其具有良好的隔热性能,提高防护性;内层采用吸湿性纤维素纤维和耐高温纤维,不仅可以改善面料的舒适性,还能进一步提高面料的防护性。

由上表可知,本发明的实施例制得的面料具有良好的阻燃性、防火性,对比例中由于缺少隔热层,导致面料的阻燃性、防火性和防金属熔滴效果下降。采用本发明的面料制备防护服,适用于冶金、铸造、电焊、玻璃等炉前使用,为存在高温熔融金属喷溅的工作环境提供了可靠有效的防护。
