技术领域
本发明涉及面料领域,具体而言,涉及一种高效阻燃隔热复合面料及应用。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,国内外对于服用面料的阻燃性能要求也越来越高。除了人们日常服装对阻燃有一定要求外,火灾救援等特殊环境下的专用服装对面料的阻燃、耐热性能也有很高的要求。随着阻燃技术的不断发展,从安全的角度出发,人们对于防火服的性能要求越来越严格。
现有的面料虽然也在一定程度上对阻燃性能采取了一定程度的措施予以提高,但是很多仍然达不到特殊环境下使用的要求。
有鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明的第一目的在于提供一种高效阻燃隔热复合面料,所述高效阻燃隔热复合面料具有长久高效的阻燃、隔热效果。
本发明的第二目的在于提供所述高效阻燃隔热复合面料的应用,用于制造阻燃隔热服装。
为了实现本发明的上述目的,特采用以下技术方案:
一种高效阻燃隔热复合面料,包括:
表层,所述表层的面料以腈氯纶和兰精阻燃黏胶纤维混纺纱线为经纱,以芳纶1313、芳纶1414、导电纤维混纺纱线为纬纱;所述表层的面料的表面还设置有纳米陶瓷涂层;
中间层,所述中间层为气凝胶与形状记忆聚氨酯的混合物;以及
里层,所述里层的面料由硅氮系阻燃黏胶纤维与芳纶1313、芳砜纶、聚酰亚胺纤维中的一种或两种混纺得到;
所述中间层设置在所述表层和所述里层之间,所述中间层通过阻燃胶分别与所述表层和所述里层贴合。
通过由表及里设置表层、中间层和里层,获得阻燃、隔热的效果;其中,芳纶1313是指分子链排列呈锯齿状的间位芳纶纤维,具有超高强度、高模量和耐高温、耐酸耐碱、重量轻、绝缘、抗老化、生命周期长等优良性能;芳纶1414又名PPTA纤维,具有高耐热性、高抗拉强度和起始弹性模量,高绝缘性和耐化学腐蚀性;导电纤维是指在聚合物中混入导电介质所纺制成的化学纤维或金属纤维、碳纤维等,具有远高于抗静电纤维的优异的消除和防止静电的性能。芳砜纶也具有很好地电绝缘性和阻燃性能。里层使用硅氮系阻燃黏胶纤维与芳纶1313、芳砜纶或聚酰亚胺纤维中的一种或两种混纺,除了达到阻燃的目的之外,硅氮系阻燃黏胶纤维还有抗菌的性能,整体舒适度也会提高,还具有远红外和抗菌保健的功能;聚酰亚胺纤维又称芳酰亚胺纤维,是指分子链中含有芳酰亚胺的纤维,具有很好地耐热性能。通过阻燃胶将三层贴合在一起,使得面料整体成型。中间层使用了气凝胶与形状记忆聚氨酯混合物,常温下具有较好的透气和透湿性;而受热时形状记忆聚氨酯膨胀,孔隙变小增强气凝胶混合物隔热性能。使用等离子技术对表层的面料进行处理,有助于提高表层面料与中间层的结合强度,进而提升耐洗牢度,增加使用寿命。
纳米陶瓷涂层由液体纳米陶瓷涂料制成,在高温环境下具有优异的隔热保温效果,不脱落、不燃烧,耐水、防潮,无毒、对环境没有污染。通过采用中间层气凝胶阻燃隔热和表面的纳米陶瓷涂层,利用气凝胶和纳米陶瓷隔热系数很小的性质,使面料具有双重阻燃隔热作用,大幅提高复合面料的隔热性能。使用等离子处理技术对表层的面料进行处理之后,可以提高表层面料和纳米陶瓷涂层之间的结合度,提高面料整体的耐洗牢度,延长面料的使用寿命。
更加优选地,所述表层的面料的克重为160-400g/m2
进一步优选地,所述表层的面料为斜纹。
更为优选地,所述表层的面料为5上1下人字形斜纹组织。
采用5上1下的织造方式,其主要目的是为了使得表层的面料中有更多的经纱(腈氯纶和兰精阻燃黏胶纤维,易于进行荧光染色)裸露在表面,将纬纱(芳纶1313、芳纶1414、导电纤维等难以进行荧光染色)覆盖在经纱下面,减少经纬交织的节点,提高面料的可视性,达到高可视的效果。
优选地,里层的面料为斜纹,克重为50-200g/m2
对克重的控制,是为了达到控制织物整体重量的效果。对于面料的织造方式的选择,是为了对面料整体的结构强度、透气性、阻燃性能等的优化。
优选地,所述阻燃胶为阻燃聚氨酯或者阻燃EVA。
更加优选地,所述阻燃胶的含量为5-20g/m2
对阻燃胶的选择和用量的控制,一方面是为了保证粘合效果,另一方面是为了控制阻燃胶的厚度,避免过厚带来负面影响。
优选地,所述中间层的含量为10-30g/m2

中间层2,中间层为气凝胶与形状记忆聚氨酯的混合物;以及
里层3,里层的面料由硅氮系阻燃黏胶纤维与芳砜纶、聚酰亚胺纤维混纺得到平纹面料,控制克重为100g/m2;织造后使用等离子处理;
中间层2设置在1表层和里层3之间中间层2通过阻燃胶401与表层1贴合、通过阻燃胶402与里层3贴合,阻燃胶选用阻燃聚氨酯,用量为10g/m2
实施例5
在另一个可选的实施例中,这种高效阻燃隔热复合面料包括:
表层1,表层的面料以腈氯纶和兰精阻燃黏胶纤维混纺纱线为经纱,以芳纶1313、芳纶1414、导电纤维混纺纱线为纬纱,采用5上1下方式织成人字形斜纹组织面料,控制克重为250g/m2,织造后使用等离子处理,然后在表面通过涂层机设置纳米陶瓷涂层10;混纺比例可按照常规进行选择;
中间层2,中间层为气凝胶与形状记忆聚氨酯的混合物;以及
里层3,里层的面料由硅氮系阻燃黏胶纤维与芳砜纶、聚酰亚胺纤维混纺得到斜纹面料,控制克重为120g/m2;织造后使用等离子处理;
中间层2设置在1表层和里层3之间中间层2通过阻燃胶401与表层1贴合、通过阻燃胶402与里层3贴合,阻燃胶选用阻燃聚氨酯,用量为8g/m2
实施例1-5得到的高效阻燃隔热复合面料,可以用于制作阻燃隔热服装,如消防员专用服装、救援服装等。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例中,纳米陶瓷涂层使用纳米陶瓷液体,先调制至粘度25000CPS,通过涂层机,控速20米/分钟,将配好的纳米陶瓷溶液均匀涂在要加工的表层的面料上,涂层的厚度在5微米左右,这样作业出来的面料,可在明火中使用5分钟,人员不会被烧到。
本申请提供的高效阻燃隔热复合面料,通过采用中间层气凝胶阻燃隔热和表面层纳米陶瓷涂层,使面料具有双重阻燃隔热作用,大幅提高复合面料的隔热性能;采用气凝胶和纳米陶瓷材料增强面料的隔热性能,气凝胶和纳米陶瓷隔热系数很小,可使面料具备优异的阻燃隔热性能;使用了气凝胶与形状记忆聚氨酯混合技术,常温下具有较好的透气和透湿性;而受热时形状记忆聚氨酯膨胀,孔隙变小增强气凝胶混合物隔热性能;里层面料使用了硅氮系阻燃粘胶、芳砜纶等干热收缩性能优异的纤维,既具有优异的隔热性能,又具有较佳的舒适性;里层面料使用了硅氮系阻燃粘胶,使面料具有了远红外和抗菌保健的功能。
尽管已用具体实施例来说明和描述了本发明,然而应意识到,在不背离本发明的精神和范围的情况下可以作出许多其它的更改和修改。因此,这意味着在所附权利要求中包括属于本发明范围内的所有这些变化和修改。

Claims (10)

1.一种高效阻燃隔热复合面料,其特征在于,包括:
表层,所述表层的面料以腈氯纶和兰精阻燃黏胶纤维混纺纱线为经纱,以芳纶1313、芳纶1414、导电纤维混纺纱线为纬纱;所述表层的面料的表面还设置有纳米陶瓷涂层;
中间层,所述中间层为气凝胶与形状记忆聚氨酯的混合物;以及
里层,所述里层的面料由硅氮系阻燃黏胶纤维与芳纶1313、芳砜纶、聚酰亚胺纤维中的一种或两种混纺得到;
所述中间层设置在所述表层和所述里层之间,所述中间层通过阻燃胶分别与所述表层和所述里层贴合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高效阻燃隔热复合面料,其特征在于,所述表层的面料的克重为160-400g/m2
3.根据权利要求2所述的高效阻燃隔热复合面料,其特征在于,所述表层的面料为斜纹。
4.根据权利要求3所述的高效阻燃隔热复合面料,其特征在于,所述表层的面料为5上1下人字形斜纹组织。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高效阻燃隔热复合面料,其特征在于,所述里层的面料为斜纹,克重为50-200g/m2
6.根据权利要求1所述的高效阻燃隔热复合面料,其特征在于,所述阻燃胶为阻燃聚氨酯或者阻燃EVA。
7.根据权利要求6所述的高效阻燃隔热复合面料,其特征在于,所述阻燃胶的含量为5-20g/m2
8.根据权利要求1所述的高效阻燃隔热复合面料,其特征在于,所述中间层的含量为10-30g/m2
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的高效阻燃隔热复合面料,其特征在于,所述表层的面料和所述里层的面料织造后使用等离子处理。
10.一种权利要求1-9任一项所述的高效阻燃隔热复合面料的应用,其特征在于,用于制造阻燃隔热服装。
