一种防火纺织布料及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防火纺织布料及其制造方法,尤其涉及一种经特殊化学药剂浸泡后能有效阻止燃烧的纺织布料及其制造方法,属于纺织品及其制造方法领域。
背景技术
纺织布料广泛存在和应用在我们每个人的生活中,绝大部分的衣服、家室窗帘等均使用纺织布料。
纺织复合材料是以各种形式的纤维、纱线、织物为增强相,以树脂、橡胶、金属、水泥、陶瓷等材料为基体相的复合材料。纺织材料的结构、性能,纺织材料与基体界面的粘结强度以及基体的性能等因素决定了复合材料的性能。纺织增强体一般是柔性体,而纺织复合材料既可以是柔性体也可以是刚性体。由于纺织复合材料内的纤维,纱线或织物可根据用途而定向,因而可以形成纺织增强复合材料的各项异性。
目前的城市化建设使人们的生活更加密集,无论办公或生活,很多人生活在同一个大楼里,楼层数通常较大,人们更依赖电梯上下楼,对于安全通道的了解甚少,普遍缺乏消防知识,几乎没有逃生经验。发生火灾时,人们通常会很惶恐,安全通道堵塞,人员很难及时疏散,造成极大的人员伤害,财产难以保全,所以,火灾的伤害是极其大的,如何防止火灾,以及火灾发生后,如何消除火灾很重要。目前,人们并没有专门的、可以轻松便携的可用于消防用品,且现在很多的化学药剂火灾,电火灾,煤气火灾,均不适宜用水灭火,所以,对于正常的工作和生活,没有物品能帮之人们灭火,消防栓也要定期更换,常被人们忽略或忘记。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种防火纺织布料,本纺织布料能有效阻止火势蔓延,放在家里或办公场所,使用方便,铺盖在火上,火将本纺织布料烧完后,自动熄灭,不会蔓延,方便好用,能有效避免更大的火灾伤害,同时本纺织布料可以用于铺盖或粘附贴合在易燃品表面,易燃品起火燃烧完,自动熄灭,不会蔓延到周围,有效地将火灾损失降到最低。
为解决现有技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案是:
一种防火纺织布料,该布料包括至少2层面层,面层间用胶水粘合,面层由经纱和纬纱上下交错编织而成,经纱与纬纱在编织前放在特定的阻燃化学药剂溶液中浸泡,所述布料还包括屏蔽层,所述屏蔽层由钢化材料制成。
作为优选的实施方案之一,所述经纱包括不锈钢纤维、涤棉、棉纶长丝和30D锦纶消光FDY长丝,纬纱包括棉、麻、毛和30D锦纶消光FDY长丝。
优选的,所述面层的上下表面均喷涂有阻燃剂,阻燃剂的有效成分为氢氧化镁、硼酸、不饱和性二元酸与饱和二元醇。
进一步的,所述面层粘合使用的胶水为阻燃胶水,阻燃胶水的主要成分包括醋酸乙烯酯 乙酸酐、乙二醇 丙烯酸、磷酸铝、硅酸镁、硅酸钠、防火剂、无机高分子聚合剂,由醋酸乙烯酯 乙酸酐、乙二醇 丙烯酸、磷酸铝、硅酸镁、硅酸钠、防火剂、无机高分子聚合剂在经过高温环境中发生聚合化学反应,聚合而成。
更进一步的,所述特定的阻燃化学药剂溶液的有效成分包括:醋酸乙烯酯 邻苯二甲酸、乙酸乙烯、二氧化钛、浮石、氧化锌、矽酸钠、含水矽酸镁铝、粉状碳氟树脂、呋喃树脂、炭末。
进一步的,所述经纱中的不锈钢纤维、涤棉、棉纶长丝和30D锦纶消光FDY长丝的重量比例为2:5:6:7,纬纱中的棉、麻、毛和30D锦纶消光FDY长丝的重量比例为:4:4:4:8。
本发明还提供了一种防火纺织布料的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
按照重量配比:乙酸乙烯65~70%、二氧化钛1~3%、浮石3~5%、氧化锌1~3%、矽酸钠1~3%、含水矽酸镁铝2~3%、粉状碳氟树脂5~7%、呋喃树脂7~8%、炭末8~11%,称取各成分,首先将乙酸乙烯溶解到乙醇中,稀释度达到1:4~7,待乙酸乙烯的乙醇溶液冷却,液体温度不超过5°C,在环境温度不超过25°C的环境中,将浮石和炭末加入到乙酸乙烯的乙醇溶液中,并冷却到液体温度不超过5℃,摇匀,再将二氧化钛、氧化锌、矽酸钠、含水矽酸镁铝、粉状碳氟树脂和呋喃树脂,冷却到自然温度,摇匀,冷却到液体温度不超过5℃,待用;
浸泡、分料,选择经纱和纬纱,交织。

一种防火纺织布料,该布料包括至少2层面层,面层间用胶水粘合,面层由经纱和纬纱上下交错编织而成,经纱与纬纱在编织前放在特定的阻燃化学药剂溶液中浸泡,所述布料还包括屏蔽层,所述屏蔽层由钢化材料制成。
作为优选的实施方案之一,所述经纱包括不锈钢纤维、涤棉、棉纶长丝和30D锦纶消光FDY长丝,纬纱包括棉、麻、毛和30D锦纶消光FDY长丝。
所述面层的上下表面均喷涂有阻燃剂,阻燃剂的有效成分为氢氧化镁、硼酸、不饱和性二元酸与饱和二元醇。
所述面层粘合使用的胶水为阻燃胶水,阻燃胶水的主要成分包括醋酸乙烯酯 乙酸酐、乙二醇 丙烯酸、磷酸铝、硅酸镁、硅酸钠、防火剂、无机高分子聚合剂,由醋酸乙烯酯乙酸酐、乙二醇 丙烯酸、磷酸铝、硅酸镁、硅酸钠、防火剂、无机高分子聚合剂在经过高温环境中发生聚合化学反应,聚合而成。
所述特定的阻燃化学药剂溶液的有效成分包括:醋酸乙烯酯 邻苯二甲酸、乙酸乙烯、二氧化钛、浮石、氧化锌、矽酸钠、含水矽酸镁铝、粉状碳氟树脂、呋喃树脂、炭末。
所述经纱中的不锈钢纤维、涤棉、棉纶长丝和30D锦纶消光FDY长丝的重量比例为2:5:6:7,纬纱中的棉、麻、毛和30D锦纶消光FDY长丝的重量比例为:4:4:4:8。
一种防火纺织布料的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:

1.一种防火纺织布料,其特征在于,该布料包括至少2层面层,面层间用胶水粘合,面层由经纱和纬纱上下交错编织而成,经纱与纬纱在编织前放在特定的阻燃化学药剂溶液中浸泡,所述布料还包括屏蔽层,所述屏蔽层由钢化材料制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火纺织布料,其特征在于,所述经纱包括不锈钢纤维、涤棉、棉纶长丝和30D锦纶消光FDY长丝,纬纱包括棉、麻、毛和30D锦纶消光FDY长丝。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种防火纺织布料,其特征在于,所述面层的上下表面均喷涂有阻燃剂,阻燃剂的有效成分为氢氧化镁、硼酸、不饱和性二元酸与饱和二元醇。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火纺织布料,其特征在于,所述面层粘合使用的胶水为阻燃胶水,阻燃胶水的主要成分包括醋酸乙烯酯乙酸酐、乙二醇丙烯酸、磷酸铝、硅酸镁、硅酸钠、防火剂、无机高分子聚合剂,由醋酸乙烯酯乙酸酐、乙二醇丙烯酸、磷酸铝、硅酸镁、硅酸钠、防火剂、无机高分子聚合剂在经过高温环境中发生聚合化学反应,聚合而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火纺织布料,其特征在于,所述特定的阻燃化学药剂溶液的有效成分包括:醋酸乙烯酯邻苯二甲酸、乙酸乙烯、二氧化钛、浮石、氧化锌、矽酸钠、含水矽酸镁铝、粉状碳氟树脂、呋喃树脂、炭末。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火纺织布料,其特征在于,所述经纱中的不锈钢纤维、涤棉、棉纶长丝和30D锦纶消光FDY长丝的重量比例为2:5:6:7,纬纱中的棉、麻、毛和30D锦纶消光FDY长丝的重量比例为:4:4:4:8。
7.制备如权利要求1或2或4或5或6所述的阻燃纺织布料的方法,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤:
按照重量配比:乙酸乙烯65~70%、二氧化钛1~3%、浮石3~5%、氧化锌1~3%、矽酸钠1~3%、含水矽酸镁铝2~3%、粉状碳氟树脂5~7%、呋喃树脂7~8%、炭末8~11%,称取各成分,首先将乙酸乙烯溶解到乙醇中,稀释度达到1:4~7,待乙酸乙烯的乙醇溶液冷却,液体温度不超过5°C,在环境温度不超过25°C的环境中,将浮石和炭末加入到乙酸乙烯的乙醇溶液中,并冷却到液体温度不超过5℃,摇匀,再将二氧化钛、氧化锌、矽酸钠、含水矽酸镁铝、粉状碳氟树脂和呋喃树脂,冷却到自然温度,摇匀,冷却到液体温度不超过5℃,待用;
浸泡、分料,选择经纱和纬纱,交织。
