Abstract

本发明公开一种防静电压纹型离型膜,包括聚酯薄膜层和和涂覆于聚酯薄膜层表面的淋膜涂覆层,此淋膜涂覆层与聚酯薄膜层相背的表面具有压纹图案区,此压纹图案区的表面涂布一有机硅离型剂层,所述淋膜涂覆层由下列重量份的组分组成:高密度聚乙烯、低密度聚乙烯、苯乙烯‑异戊二烯‑苯乙烯嵌段共聚物SIS、苯乙烯与丁二烯的嵌段共聚物SBS。本发明形成的网状纹路压纹清晰、深浅统一,分布线均匀,形成的压纹淋膜离型纸在与压敏胶贴合时两者之间不会产生气泡。

Description

防静电压纹型离型膜
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防静电压纹型离型膜,属于离型材料技术领域。
背景技术
通常离型膜是指在聚酯薄膜表面涂布有机硅油,起到防粘的作用;离型膜表面可以有光面和哑面,但这种传统的离型膜制作的压敏胶胶带及标签胶带时,胶面美化效果不理想,普通的离型膜与压敏胶胶带贴合时,两者之间容易产生气泡。采用压纹离型纸,虽然可以达到排气泡的效果,但是由于离型纸容易吸水、抗撕裂强度不高,不易观察胶面、模切后,边缘有纸屑等缺点,不能被高端产品所使用。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种防静电压纹型离型膜,该防静电压纹型离型膜其形成的网状纹路压纹清晰、深浅统一,分布线均匀,形成的压纹淋膜离型膜在与压敏胶贴合时两者之间不会产生气泡,从而不会影响到使用效果。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种防静电压纹型离型膜,包括聚酯薄膜层和和涂覆于聚酯薄膜层表面的淋膜涂覆层,此淋膜涂覆层与聚酯薄膜层相背的表面具有压纹图案区,此压纹图案区的表面涂布一有机硅离型剂层,所述淋膜涂覆层由下列重量份的组分组成:
高密度聚乙烯 100份,
低密度聚乙烯 120~180份,
苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物SIS 10份~30份,
苯乙烯与丁二烯的嵌段共聚物SBS 5份~15份;
石蜡0.8份,甘油0.5份, POE聚烯烃弹性体5份,偶联剂0.3份;
所述POE聚烯烃弹性体为乙烯和丁烯的高聚物或者乙烯和辛烯的高聚物。
上述技术方案中进一步改进的方案如下:
1. 上述方案中,所述POE聚烯烃弹性体为乙烯和辛烯的高聚物。
2. 上述方案中,所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂。
3. 上述方案中,所述苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物与苯乙烯与丁二烯的嵌段共聚物的比例2:0.9~1。
4. 上述方案中,所述聚酯薄膜层为PP、PET、PBT、PEN和PBN中的一种。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点和效果:
本发明防静电压纹型离型膜,其形成的网状纹路压纹清晰、深浅统一,分布线均匀,形成的压纹淋膜离型纸在与压敏胶贴合时两者之间不会产生气泡,从而不会影响到使用效果;其次,其加入苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物10份~30份、苯乙烯与丁二烯的嵌段共聚物5份~15份和POE聚烯烃弹性体 5~10份,使得离型剂层与聚酯薄膜层间的粘结力更加紧密,并大大改善了残余接着率,离型层不易脱落,并目还改善了膜的防静电性能。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步描述:
实施例:一种防静电压纹型离型膜,包括聚酯薄膜层和和涂覆于聚酯薄膜层表面的淋膜涂覆层,此淋膜涂覆层与聚酯薄膜层相背的表面具有压纹图案区,此压纹图案区的表面涂布一有机硅离型剂层,所述淋膜涂覆层由下列重量份的组分组成:

上述POE聚烯烃弹性体,实施例1为乙烯和辛烯的高聚物,实施例2为乙烯和辛烯的高聚物,实施例2为乙烯和丁烯的高聚物,实施例2为乙烯和丁烯的高聚物,实施例2为乙烯和辛烯的高聚物。
上述苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物与苯乙烯与丁二烯的嵌段共聚物的比例为:实施例1为2:1、实施例2为2:1.05、实施例3为2:0.9、实施例4为2:1、实施例4为2:0.95。
上述聚酯薄膜层为PP、PET、PBT、PEN和PBN中的一种。
对比例1:一种防静电压纹型离型膜,包括聚酯薄膜层和和涂覆于聚酯薄膜层表面的淋膜涂覆层,此淋膜涂覆层与聚酯薄膜层相背的表面具有压纹图案区,此压纹图案区的表面涂布一有机硅离型剂层,所述淋膜涂覆层由下列重量份的组分组成:高密度聚乙烯100份、低密度聚乙烯125份。
对比例2:一种防静电压纹型离型膜,包括聚酯薄膜层和和涂覆于聚酯薄膜层表面的淋膜涂覆层,此淋膜涂覆层与聚酯薄膜层相背的表面具有压纹图案区,此压纹图案区的表面涂布一有机硅离型剂层,所述淋膜涂覆层由下列重量份的组分组成:高密度聚乙烯100份、低密度聚乙烯150份。
将实施例1~5和对比例所得的防静电压纹型离型膜进行测试,如表2所示:

采用上述防静电压纹型离型膜时,其形成的网状纹路压纹清晰、深浅统一,分布线均匀,形成的压纹淋膜离型膜在与压敏胶贴合时两者之间不会产生气泡,从而不会影响到使用效果;其次,其加入苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物10份~30份、苯乙烯与丁二烯的嵌段共聚物5份~15份和POE聚烯烃弹性体 5~10份,偶联剂0.3-0.8份,使得淋膜涂覆层与聚酯薄膜层间的粘结力更加紧密,并大大改善了残余接着率,离型层不易脱落,并目还改善了膜的防静电性能。
上述实施例只为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人士能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围。凡根据本发明精神实质所作的等效变化或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (3)

1.一种防静电压纹型离型膜,其特征在于:包括聚酯薄膜层和和涂覆于聚酯薄膜层表面的淋膜涂覆层,此淋膜涂覆层与聚酯薄膜层相背的表面具有压纹图案区,此压纹图案区的表面涂布一有机硅离型剂层,所述淋膜涂覆层由下列重量份的组分组成:
高密度聚乙烯 100份,
低密度聚乙烯 120~180份,
苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物SIS 10份~30份,
苯乙烯与丁二烯的嵌段共聚物SBS 5份~15份;
石蜡0.8份,甘油0.5份,POE聚烯烃弹性体5份,偶联剂0.3份;
所述POE聚烯烃弹性体为乙烯和丁烯的高聚物或者乙烯和辛烯的高聚物;所述POE聚烯烃弹性体为乙烯和辛烯的高聚物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防静电压纹型离型膜,其特征在于:所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防静电压纹型离型膜,其特征在于:所述苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物与苯乙烯与丁二烯的嵌段共聚物的比例为2:0.9~1。
