Abstract

本发明公开了一种橡胶隔离用PET压花离型膜,涉及离型膜技术领域,本发明的包括PE层和若干PET层,所述PE层为两层,一层淋膜在最上层PET层的上表面,另一层淋膜在最底层PET层的下表面,所述上层PE层的上表面和下层PE层的下表面设有压花纹路,每层PE层的厚度小于0.038±0.008mm,每层PET层的厚度可根据客户的总厚度而定。采用在PET上设置PE淋膜层的结构,增加了离型膜的抗冲击强度,不易撕裂,热收缩变形率小,因此可反复使用,且PE淋膜具有良好的耐腐蚀特点,在PE淋膜上再设置压花纹路,可以使离型膜表面与橡胶表面保持良好的通气性且易剥离。

技术领域
本发明涉及离型膜技术领域,具体涉及一种用于隔离橡胶半成品的离型膜。
背景技术
现有技术中用于隔离橡胶半成品的离型膜大多为一次性聚乙烯薄膜,其虽然价格低廉,但是其抗拉伸强度低、热收缩变形率大、抗冲击强度小、尺寸稳定性差、易撕裂、表面张力大、不易剥离,对轮胎注塑橡胶的保鲜性差且只能一次性使用,无形中增加了生产成本和能源消耗。
现有的PET离型膜因PET表面比较光滑而使表面的硅油比较容易脱落,基本使用一两次就没有离型作用了,且这种脱落的硅油对橡胶的注塑成形有严重的影响,根本达不到隔离防尘的作用。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种反复使用的橡胶隔离用PET压花离型膜。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种橡胶隔离用PET压花离型膜,包括PE层和若干PET层,所述PE层为两层,一层淋膜在最上层PET层的上表面,另一层淋膜在最底层PET层的下表面,所述上层PE层的上表面和下层PE层的下表面设有压花纹路。
进一步的,每层PE层的厚度为0.03-0.046mm,每层PET层的厚度小于0.5mm。
通过上述技术方案可以看出本发明具有以下优点:此PET压花离型膜用作轮胎生产过程中的垫布时,对轮胎橡胶半成品起到良好的保鲜效果,压花设计可以使之易与橡胶剥离而又有一定附着力,收卷时不易串卷、不易变形,PET 作为其内芯层抗撕裂性能好且可多次反复使用,有效降低轮胎的生产成本、减少能源消耗和污染,实用性强,主要用于轮胎生产中的上胶压延工序、裁切工序、胎面模内衬层工序等的橡胶保鲜隔离、防尘作用。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做详细说明;
实施例1如图1所示,采用厚度为250μm的PET膜制成PET层1,在PET层的上下两个表面设置PE淋膜层2,每层PE淋膜层2的厚度为0.038±0.008mm,在PE淋膜层2的表面设置呈网格状的压花纹路,当然压花纹路还可以是别的形状,此处并不对本发明起到限制作用,此为单层的橡胶隔离用PET压花离型膜。
实施例2如图2所示,采用厚度为100μm的PET膜制成两个PET层1,每个PET层1的其中一个表面上设置PE淋膜层2,每层PE淋膜层2的厚度为0.038±0.008mm,在PE淋膜层2的表面设置呈网格状的压花纹路,然后再将两个PET层通过PET复合胶复合,复合时,保持PE淋膜层2分别位于该离型膜的上下外表面,此结构为双层的橡胶隔离用PET压花离型膜。
实施例3的结构和实施例2基本相同,其不同点在于在PET层之间又添加了一层PET层,增加该离型膜整体的强度和韧度。
本发明的橡胶隔离用PET压花离型膜,采用在PET上设置PE淋膜层的结构,增加了离型膜的抗冲击强度,不易撕裂,热收缩变形率小,因此可反复使用,且PE淋膜具有良好的耐腐蚀特点,在PE淋膜上再设置压花纹路,可以使离型膜表面与橡胶表面保持良好的通气性且易剥离。

Claims (6)

1.一种橡胶隔离用PET压花离型膜,包括PE层,其特征在于:还包括若干PET层,所述PE层为两层,一层淋膜在最上层PET层的上表面,另一层淋膜在最底层PET层的下表面,所述上层PE层的上表面和下层PE层的下表面设有压花纹路。
2.根据权利要求1所述的橡胶隔离用PET压花离型膜,其特征在于:所述PET层为一层,PE层淋膜该PET层的上下表面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的橡胶隔离用PET压花离型膜,其特征在于:所述PET层为两层,两层PET层之间通过PET复合胶复合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的橡胶隔离用PET压花离型膜,其特征在于:所述PET层为三层,三层PET层之间通过PET复合胶复合。
5.根据权利要求1-4所述的橡胶隔离用PET压花离型膜,其特征在于:每层PE层的厚度在0.03-0.046mm之间,每层PET层的厚度小于等于0.5mm。
6.根据权利要求5所述的橡胶隔离用PET压花离型膜,其特征在于:所化纹路呈网格型。
