Abstract

本发明实施例公开了一种海绵垫布及其制备方法与应用,所述海绵垫布,包括两个夹心层、设置在两个夹心层之间的中心层、以及设置在两个夹心层表面的外表层,所述的夹心层与中心层固定连接,所述的外表层与夹心层固定连接。本发明实施例公开的海绵垫布通过设置两个夹心层、在两个夹心层之间设置中心层、在两个夹心层表面设置外表层从而有效解决轮胎在生产中存在的受力不均匀、保鲜性能差的问题。本申请的中心层为高密聚酯布大大提高了挺性,保护胶片在卷曲过程中受力均匀不易变形。夹心层的海绵配合外表层的针织涤纶布很好地起到了保鲜、吸湿性效果,成品中的一道线起到双重保护由于长期与橡胶片接触而导致层与层之间剥离的目的。

Description

一种海绵垫布及其制备方法与应用
技术领域
本发明实施例涉及轮胎制造技术领域,具体涉及一种海绵垫布及其制备方法与应用。
背景技术
随着汽车工业的崛起与蓬勃发展,人们对橡胶轮胎的质量要求越来越高。在轮胎制造过程中,通常使用垫布来分隔成卷放置的橡胶料。但由于橡胶重量大,因此对垫布的性能有较高要求,只有垫布的性能高了,才能够防止胎体等橡胶产品在成卷放置时不会变形。轮胎厂在最初生产轮胎时,用蛇皮袋进行橡胶之间的隔离卷曲。但是卷曲中,胶片受力不匀,保鲜性能很差等现象,大大影响了橡胶的质量,造成橡胶的浪费,同时也影响着轮胎的品质。随着轮胎厂的需求,纺织行业开始慢慢研究其技术,随而生产出了第一批垫布—丙纶垫布。
目前使用的丙纶垫布虽然比蛇皮袋的效果好些,却仍然无法解决轮胎在生产中存在的受力不均匀、保鲜性能差的现象。
发明内容
为此,本发明实施例提供一种海绵垫布及其制备方法与应用,以解决现有技术中轮胎在生产中存在的受力不均匀、保鲜性能差的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的实施方式提供如下技术方案:
在本发明的实施方式的第一方面中,提供了一种海绵垫布,包括两个夹心层、设置在两个夹心层之间的中心层、以及设置在两个夹心层表面的外表层,所述的夹心层与中心层固定连接,所述的外表层与夹心层固定连接。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述夹心层的材料为弹性材料。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述弹性材料包括海绵。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述中心层的材料包括高密聚酯布。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述外表层的材料包括针织涤纶布。
在本发明的实施方式的第二方面中,提供了一种海绵垫布的制备方法,包括在夹心层中间设置中心层,在夹心层的两侧设置外表层,中心层、夹心层和外表层之间通过火焰复合而成。
在本发明的实施方式的第三方面中,提供了一种海绵垫布于汽车轮胎生产中的应用。
在本发明的实施方式的第四方面中,提供了一种汽车轮胎的制备方法,包括用海绵垫布对橡胶之间进行隔离卷曲。
根据本发明的实施方式,具有如下优点:本发明实施例公开了一种海绵垫布及其制备方法与应用,所述海绵垫布通过设置两个夹心层、在两个夹心层之间设置中心层、在两个夹心层表面设置外表层从而有效解决轮胎在生产中存在的受力不均匀、保鲜性能差的问题。本申请的中心层为高密聚酯布大大提高了挺性,保护胶片在卷曲过程中受力均匀不易变形。夹心层的海绵配合外表层的针织涤纶布很好地起到了保鲜、吸湿性效果,成品中的一道线起到双重保护由于长期与橡胶片接触而导致层与层之间剥离的目的。从根本上解决了其它产品在卷曲过程中出现胶片受力不匀,保鲜性能差等问题。

实施例1
本实施例提供一种海绵垫布,包括两个夹心层、设置在两个夹心层之间的中心层、以及设置在两个夹心层表面的外表层,所述的夹心层与中心层固定连接,所述的外表层与夹心层固定连接。所述夹心层的材料为弹性材料,所述弹性材料包括海绵,但不限于此。优选的,所述中心层的材料包括高密聚酯布,所述外表层的材料包括针织涤纶布。
进一步的,提供了一种海绵垫布的制备方法,包括在夹心层中间设置中心层,在夹心层的两侧设置外表层,中心层、夹心层和外表层之间通过火焰复合而成。
进一步的,提供了一种海绵垫布于汽车轮胎生产中的应用,从而有效解决了轮胎在生产中存在的受力不均匀、保鲜性能差的问题。
进一步的,提供了一种汽车轮胎的制备方法,包括用海绵垫布对橡胶之间进行隔离卷曲。
本实施例提供的海绵垫布通过设置两个夹心层、在两个夹心层之间设置中心层、在两个夹心层表面设置外表层有效解决轮胎在生产中存在的受力不均匀、保鲜性能差的问题。本申请的中心层为高密聚酯布大大提高了挺性,保护胶片在卷曲过程中受力均匀不易变形。夹心层的海绵配合外表层的针织涤纶布很好地起到了保鲜、吸湿性效果,成品中的一道线起到双重保护由于长期与橡胶片接触而导致层与层之间剥离的目的。从根本上解决了其它产品在卷曲过程中出现胶片受力不匀,保鲜性能差等问题。

1.一种海绵垫布于汽车轮胎生产中对橡胶之间进行隔离卷曲的应用,其特征在于:所述海绵垫布包括两个夹心层、设置在两个夹心层之间的中心层、以及设置在两个夹心层表面的外表层,所述的夹心层与中心层固定连接,所述的外表层与夹心层固定连接;
所述夹心层的材料为弹性材料;所述弹性材料包括海绵;所述中心层的材料包括高密聚酯布;所述外表层的材料包括针织涤纶布;
所述海绵垫布的制备方法包括在夹心层中间设置中心层,在夹心层的两侧设置外表层,中心层、夹心层和外表层之间通过火焰复合而成。
