本发明涉及隔离垫布生产技术领域,具体公开了一种异形支撑胶条垫布及其制造方法,包括包括主体骨架布和支撑胶条,支撑胶条的数量为两块,两块支撑胶条分别与主体骨架布固定连接,并分别位于主体骨架布的两侧,主体骨架布包括聚氨酯层、第一聚酯纤维层和第二聚酯纤维层,第一聚酯纤维层和第二聚酯纤维层分别与聚氨酯层粘接,并分别位于聚氨酯层的上下两侧。以上方法的制备,可以增加异形支撑胶条垫布的挺性,使得异形支撑胶条垫布的使用寿命得到提高,在生产制备轮胎的过程中可以降低制备成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及隔离垫布生产技术领域,尤其涉及一种异形支撑胶条垫布及其制造方法。
背景技术
目前,在轮胎生产过程中,当胎面挤压成型后,需要在胎面的下方铺设一层垫布,并卷绕在胎面辊上进行下一步成型工序。
在轮胎生产过程中垫布需要进行反复使用,但在现有技术中,普通垫布的挺性低,使用寿命低,导致在生产轮胎的成本增加。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种异形支撑胶条垫布及其制造方法,旨在解决现有技术中的普通垫布的挺性低,使用寿命低,导致在生产轮胎的成本增加的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的一种异形支撑胶条垫布,包括包括主体骨架布和支撑胶条,所述支撑胶条的数量为两块,两块所述支撑胶条分别与所述主体骨架布固定连接,并分别位于所述主体骨架布的两侧,所述主体骨架布包括聚氨酯层、第一聚酯纤维层和第二聚酯纤维层,所述第一聚酯纤维层和所述第二聚酯纤维层分别与所述聚氨酯层粘接,并分别位于所述聚氨酯层的上下两侧。
其中,所述支撑胶条采用PVC材料制成。
本发明还提供一种异形支撑胶条垫布的制造方法,制备如上述所述的一种异形支撑胶条垫布,包括如下步骤:
在所述聚氨酯层的上下两面均匀涂抹胶水,并将所述第一聚酯纤维层和所述第二聚酯纤维层置于所述聚氨酯层的上下两面进行贴合;
并通过滚压筒对第一聚酯纤维层的上方进行初步压制,使得所述第一聚酯纤维层、所述第二聚酯纤维层和所述聚氨酯层进行贴合,并且达到初步定位定型;
在初步定型后,使用滚筒将所述第一聚酯纤维层、所述第二聚酯纤维层和所述聚氨酯层进行压实,并将多余的胶液排出,并通过烘干仓进行烘干,以此所述主体骨架布制备完成;
将两块所述支撑胶条置于所述主体骨架布的两侧,并通过硫化工艺贴合;
在经过硫化工艺后,使用帘线对所述主体骨架布和两块所述支撑胶条进行缝制,至此所述异形支撑胶条垫布制备完成。
其中,所述胶水采用环保水性胶进行粘接复合。
其中,所述烘干仓采用红外烘干灯对所述主体骨架布进行烘干。
其中,在所述主体骨架布制备完成的步骤后:使用剪裁装置对所述主体骨架布的两侧进行修剪,将参差不齐的料层和多余的胶液进行剪裁。
其中,在对所述聚氨酯层的上下两面均匀涂抹胶水采用上下涂胶筒进行涂抹,将两个所述涂胶筒设置于所述所述聚氨酯层的上下两侧,使得两个所述涂胶筒与所述聚氨酯层接触,并达到可以使得所述聚氨酯层能够传动状态,每个所述涂胶筒的外表壁上设置有通孔,将胶水灌入至每个所述涂胶筒之中,通过压力使得胶水由所述通孔排出,使得排出的胶水与所述聚氨酯层接触,并在所述聚氨酯层不断传动的过程中,实现对所述聚氨酯层均匀涂抹胶水的目的。
本发明的一种异形支撑胶条垫布及其制造方法的有益效果为:通过采用聚酯纤维和聚氨酯制成的垫布,具有较高的强度,耐磨性好,并且还具有耐酸耐碱的能力,使得可以对垫布进行反复使用,并且再增设由PVC制成的支撑胶条可以增加所述异形支撑胶条垫布的挺性,使得所述异形支撑胶条垫布的使用寿命得到提高,在生产制备轮胎的过程中可以降低制备成本。

请参阅图1,本发明提供了一种异形支撑胶条垫布,包括主体骨架布和支撑胶条1,所述支撑胶条1的数量为两块,两块所述支撑胶条1分别与所述主体骨架布固定连接,并分别位于所述主体骨架布的两侧,所述主体骨架布包括聚氨酯层2、第一聚酯纤维层3和第二聚酯纤维层4,所述第一聚酯纤维层3和所述第二聚酯纤维层4分别与所述聚氨酯层2粘接,并分别位于所述聚氨酯层2的上下两侧。
所述支撑胶条1采用PVC材料制成。

S1:在所述聚氨酯层2的上下两面均匀涂抹胶水,并将所述第一聚酯纤维层3和所述第二聚酯纤维层4置于所述聚氨酯层2的上下两面进行贴合;
S2:并通过滚压筒对第一聚酯纤维层3的上方进行初步压制,使得所述第一聚酯纤维层3、所述第二聚酯纤维层4和所述聚氨酯层2进行贴合,并且达到初步定位定型;
S3:在初步定型后,使用滚筒将所述第一聚酯纤维层3、所述第二聚酯纤维层4和所述聚氨酯层2进行压实,并将多余的胶液排出,并通过烘干仓进行烘干,以此所述主体骨架布制备完成;
S4:使用剪裁装置对所述主体骨架布的两侧进行修剪,将参差不齐的料层和多余的胶液进行剪裁;
S5:将两块所述支撑胶条1置于所述主体骨架布的两侧,并通过硫化工艺贴合;
S6:在经过硫化工艺后,使用帘线对所述主体骨架布和两块所述支撑胶条1进行缝制,至此所述异形支撑胶条1垫布制备完成。
以上所述的一种异形支撑胶条垫布的制造方法同时对所述聚氨酯层2的上下两面同时进行涂抹胶水,并且同时将所述第一聚酯纤维层3和所述第二聚酯纤维层4进行粘接复合,可以加快对所述主体骨架布的加工,同时通过硫化工艺和帘线缝纫在所述主体骨架布的两侧固定连接支撑胶条1,可以大幅提升所述异形支撑胶条1垫布的挺性,进而延长所述异形支撑胶条1垫布的使用寿命。
进一步地,所述胶水采用环保水性胶进行粘接复合。
在本实施方式中,采用环保水性胶可以便于涂抹于所述聚氨酯层2的上下两面,同时环保水性胶还具有环保作用,可以降低对环境的污染。
进一步地,所述烘干仓采用红外烘干灯对所述主体骨架布进行烘干。
在本实施方式中,采用红外烘干灯作为烘干源,具有效率高、传热快和对控制装置反应灵敏的特点,便于按需求进行实时调节控制。

在本实施方式中,通过所述聚氨酯层2不断在两个所述涂胶筒之间进行传动,使得所述聚氨酯层2的上下表面不断涂抹胶水,以此可以达到快速且均匀涂抹胶水的目的。
进一步地,在所述涂胶筒对所述聚氨酯层2均匀涂抹胶水的工序后,在所述聚氨酯层2的上下两面设置由刮胶板,且两块所述刮胶板的一端呈圆角设置。
在本实施方式中,通过两块所述刮胶板可以将所述聚氨酯层2上多余的胶水阻挡刮下,同时部分未涂抹胶水的所述聚氨酯层2,由于通过所述刮胶板会接触被阻挡的胶水,以此将未涂抹胶水的部位进行涂覆胶水,达到所述聚氨酯层2的每一处均匀涂抹胶水的目的,同时将多余的胶水排出。
进一步地,所述滚压筒由架体、滚筒、电机、弹簧和压片组成,所述架体对所述滚筒进行支撑,同时由所述电机对所述滚筒进行驱动,将多根弹簧设置于所述滚筒的外表壁上,再将多块所述压片设置于所述弹簧上,所述滚筒的转速与所述主体骨架布的传导速度一致,对所述主体骨架布通过所述弹簧的反作用力进行初步挤压。
在本实施方式中,通过所述弹簧的反作用力和所述压片对所述主体骨架布进行初步挤压,以此可以达到定型的目的,防止在后续进行挤压时产生褶皱,进而影响产品质量。
进一步地,在通过所述滚筒对所述主体骨架布进行压制时,所述滚筒采用紫铜制成,并且在所述滚筒的内部设置由电热丝,通过所述电热丝对所述滚筒进行加热,可以更好的对所述主体骨架布进行挤压。
在本实施方式中,通过对所述电热丝通电,由所述电热丝对所述滚筒进行加热,进而由所述滚筒对主体骨架布进行热压,进行高温热压后,可以加快胶水之中丁酮的挥发,使得所述聚氨酯层2与所述第一聚酯纤维层3和所述第二聚酯纤维层4贴合更加紧密,以此可以提高产品的品质。

Claims (7)
1.一种异形支撑胶条垫布,其特征在于,
包括主体骨架布和支撑胶条,所述支撑胶条的数量为两块,两块所述支撑胶条分别与所述主体骨架布固定连接,并分别位于所述主体骨架布的两侧,所述主体骨架布包括聚氨酯层、第一聚酯纤维层和第二聚酯纤维层,所述第一聚酯纤维层和所述第二聚酯纤维层分别与所述聚氨酯层粘接,并分别位于所述聚氨酯层的上下两侧。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种异形支撑胶条垫布,其特征在于,
所述支撑胶条采用PVC材料制成。
3.一种异形支撑胶条垫布的制造方法,制备如权利要求2所述的一种异形支撑胶条垫布,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
在所述聚氨酯层的上下两面均匀涂抹胶水,并将所述第一聚酯纤维层和所述第二聚酯纤维层置于所述聚氨酯层的上下两面进行贴合;
并通过滚压筒对第一聚酯纤维层的上方进行初步压制,使得所述第一聚酯纤维层、所述第二聚酯纤维层和所述聚氨酯层进行贴合,并且达到初步定位定型;
在初步定型后,使用滚筒将所述第一聚酯纤维层、所述第二聚酯纤维层和所述聚氨酯层进行压实,并将多余的胶液排出,并通过烘干仓进行烘干,以此所述主体骨架布制备完成;
将两块所述支撑胶条置于所述主体骨架布的两侧,并通过硫化工艺贴合;
在经过硫化工艺后,使用帘线对所述主体骨架布和两块所述支撑胶条进行缝制,至此所述异形支撑胶条垫布制备完成。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种异形支撑胶条垫布的制造方法,其特征在于,所述胶水采用环保水性胶进行粘接复合。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种异形支撑胶条垫布的制造方法,其特征在于,所述烘干仓采用红外烘干灯对所述主体骨架布进行烘干。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种异形支撑胶条垫布的制造方法,其特征在于,
在所述主体骨架布制备完成的步骤后:使用剪裁装置对所述主体骨架布的两侧进行修剪,将参差不齐的料层和多余的胶液进行剪裁。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种异形支撑胶条垫布的制造方法,其特征在于,
在对所述聚氨酯层的上下两面均匀涂抹胶水采用上下涂胶筒进行涂抹,将两个所述涂胶筒设置于所述所述聚氨酯层的上下两侧,使得两个所述涂胶筒与所述聚氨酯层接触,并达到可以使得所述聚氨酯层能够传动状态,每个所述涂胶筒的外表壁上设置有通孔,将胶水灌入至每个所述涂胶筒之中,通过压力使得胶水由所述通孔排出,使得排出的胶水与所述聚氨酯层接触,并在所述聚氨酯层不断传动的过程中,实现对所述聚氨酯层均匀涂抹胶水的目的。
