本发明的目的在于克服上述传统技术的不足之处，提供一种缓解青少年紧张不安和焦虑的心境，改善睡眠，易于服用，副作用小，不影响青少年成长发育的安神促眠含片制备方法
本发明的目的是通过以下技术措施来达到的：
安神促眠含片制备方法，其特征在于：包括以下步骤：
步骤一，准备第一组原料药，第一组原料药由以下组分构成：刺五加、蚕蛾、桑椹、黄芪、枸杞子、山楂、熟地黄、淫羊藿、陈皮、茯苓、法半夏、泽泻、山药、莲子、大枣、桂圆；各组分按重量份比例为：刺五加3～10、蚕蛾1～3、桑椹5～12、黄芪3～8、枸杞子2～6、山楂5～15、熟地黄2～6、淫羊藿1～3、陈皮1～3、茯苓5～12、法半夏2～6、泽泻1～3、山药5～15、莲子5～15、大枣5～15、桂圆5～15；按重量份比例称取上述各组分，粉碎至粒径1～2毫米，混合，得第一组预混药；
步骤二，将第一组预混药加水微沸动态回流提取两次，第一次加5～12倍量水提取1～2小时，第二次加5～12倍量水提取0.5～1.5小时，合并药液，滤过，得滤液；
步骤三，将滤液减压浓缩至50℃时相对密度1.15～1.25的浸膏，加入醇沉罐中，在搅拌条件下缓慢加入浸膏5～10倍量浓度90～95％乙醇，继续搅拌20～30分钟，静置24～48小时，提取第一组上清液；
步骤四，准备第二组原料药，第二组原料药由以下组分构成：黄精、灵芝、百合、核桃仁、黑芝麻、柏子仁；各组分按重量份比例为：黄精3～10、灵芝2～6、百合1～3、核桃仁3～10、黑芝麻3～10、柏子仁3～10；按重量份比例称取上述各组分，粉碎至粒径1～2毫米，混合，以5～10倍量乙醇为溶剂渗漉法提取，过滤，得第二组提取液；
步骤五，将第一组上清液与第二组提取液混合，注入乙醇回收塔内回收乙醇，并浓缩至无醇味，得到无醇味浓缩液，备用；
步骤六，准备第三组原料药，第二组原料药中各组分按重量份比例为：蜂蜜20～50、香蕉20～50、奶粉10～30，将香蕉碾成泥状，与蜂蜜和奶粉混合，得预混膏；
步骤七，准备调味组分，调味组分按重量份比例为：罗汉果甜苷3～5、麦芽糖浆10～20、水3～5，将罗汉果甜苷、麦芽糖浆、水混合，得调味预混料；
步骤八，将步骤五获得的无醇味浓缩液、步骤六获得的预混膏与步骤七获得的调味预混料混合后，搅拌均匀，静置3～4h，得药膏；
步骤九，将步骤八获得的药膏切成小块，置入真空干燥机，真空干燥至含水率4～6％后，加入粉碎机粉碎至40～60目，再加入2～6重量份的92～95°的食用酒精，混合均匀后，得到细粉，备用；
步骤十，将所述细粉通过压片机压制成形后，即得安神促眠含片。
作为一种优选方案，步骤八中还添加3～5重量份的罗通定。罗通定常用于镇痛和催眠，如胃溃疡及十二指肠溃疡的疼痛、月经痛、分娩后宫缩痛、紧张性失眠、痉挛性咳嗽等，在本发明中，罗通定用以与刺五加配合，以缓解紧张不安和焦虑情绪。刺五加具有补中益精、坚筋骨、强志意的作用，与罗通定配伍有明显改善情绪、增强记忆的作用，尤其是对于失眠症状明显的青少年添加罗通定后效果尤其明显，还可以改善睡眠。
作为一种优选方案，步骤九中真空干燥机的设置为温度40～60℃、真空度为-0.07～-0.09MPa下真空干燥。在负压下水份更易挥发，能够在不提高温度、充分保留药物有效成分的情况下加快干燥速度，节约制备时间。
本发明以刺五加、蚕蛾、桑椹、黄芪、枸杞子、山楂、熟地黄、淫羊藿、陈皮、茯苓、法半夏、泽泻、山药、莲子、大枣、桂圆、黄精、灵芝、百合、柏子仁等多味传统中药配合，加以核桃仁、黑芝麻、蜂蜜、香蕉、奶粉等常用健脑益智食品，采用中医药药食同源理念，创造出传统中药与食品的配伍，其特性互补，效力增加，最终成品几无毒副作用，尤其适合青少年使用，成品制备成为含片，口味略有药香，具有浓郁香甜奶味，适合含化。蜂蜜在本发明中不仅仅是调节口味，蜂蜜对神经系统疾病等都有良好的辅助医疗作用，睡前使用蜂蜜有助于治疗神经衰弱。香蕉含有多种微量元素和维生素，能帮助肌肉松弛，使人身心愉悦，并具有一定的减肥功效。奶粉中的L-色氨酸可用于制造诱发睡眠的荷尔蒙5-羟色胺与褪黑激素，虽然少量奶粉不足以产生充足的“催眠激素”，但是奶粉与蜂蜜、香蕉配伍作用，可起到较好的稳定情绪、缓解焦虑、改善睡眠的作用。
由于采用了上述技术方案，与现有技术相比，本发明的优点是：
本发明以刺五加、蚕蛾、桑椹、黄芪、陈皮、黄精、柏子仁等多味传统中药配合，加以核桃仁、黑芝麻、蜂蜜、香蕉、奶粉等常用健脑益智食品，采用中医药药食同源理念，创造出传统中药与食品的配伍，其特性互补，效力增加，稳定情绪、缓解焦虑、改善睡眠的作用，最终成品几无毒副作用，尤其适合青少年使用，成品制备成为含片，口味略有药香，具有浓郁香甜奶味，适合含化。
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
具体实施方式
实施例1：安神促眠含片制备方法，包括以下步骤：
步骤一，准备第一组原料药，第一组原料药由以下组分构成：刺五加、蚕蛾、桑椹、黄芪、枸杞子、山楂、熟地黄、淫羊藿、陈皮、茯苓、法半夏、泽泻、山药、莲子、大枣、桂圆；各组分按重量份比例为：刺五加3～10、蚕蛾1～3、桑椹5～12、黄芪3～8、枸杞子2～6、山楂5～15、熟地黄2～6、淫羊藿1～3、陈皮1～3、茯苓5～12、法半夏2～6、泽泻1～3、山药5～15、莲子5～15、大枣5～15、桂圆5～15；按重量份比例称取上述各组分，粉碎至粒径1～2毫米，混合，得第一组预混药；
步骤二，将第一组预混药加水微沸动态回流提取两次，第一次加5～12倍量水提取1～2小时，第二次加5～12倍量水提取0.5～1.5小时，合并药液，滤过，得滤液；

步骤六，准备第三组原料药，第二组原料药中各组分按重量份比例为：蜂蜜20～50、香蕉20～50、奶粉10～30，将香蕉碾成泥状，与蜂蜜和奶粉混合，得预混膏；
步骤七，准备调味组分，调味组分按重量份比例为：罗汉果甜苷3～5、麦芽糖浆10～20、水3～5，将罗汉果甜苷、麦芽糖浆、水混合，得调味预混料；

步骤九，将步骤八获得的药膏切成小块，置入真空干燥机，真空干燥机的设置为温度40～60℃、真空度为-0.07～-0.09MPa下真空干燥，真空干燥至含水率4～6％后，加入粉碎机粉碎至40～60目，再加入2～6重量份的92～95°的食用酒精，混合均匀后，得到细粉，备用；
步骤十，将所述细粉通过压片机压制成形后，即得安神促眠含片。
实施例2：安神促眠含片制备方法，包括以下步骤：
步骤一，准备第一组原料药，第一组原料药由以下组分构成：刺五加、蚕蛾、桑椹、黄芪、枸杞子、山楂、熟地黄、淫羊藿、陈皮、茯苓、法半夏、泽泻、山药、莲子、大枣、桂圆；各组分按重量份比例为：刺五加3～10、蚕蛾1～3、桑椹5～12、黄芪3～8、枸杞子2～6、山楂5～15、熟地黄2～6、淫羊藿1～3、陈皮1～3、茯苓5～12、法半夏2～6、泽泻1～3、山药5～15、莲子5～15、大枣5～15、桂圆5～15；按重量份比例称取上述各组分，粉碎至粒径1～2毫米，混合，得第一组预混药；
步骤二，将第一组预混药加水微沸动态回流提取两次，第一次加5～12倍量水提取1～2小时，第二次加5～12倍量水提取0.5～1.5小时，合并药液，滤过，得滤液；

步骤六，准备第三组原料药，第二组原料药中各组分按重量份比例为：蜂蜜20～50、香蕉20～50、奶粉10～30，将香蕉碾成泥状，与蜂蜜和奶粉混合，得预混膏；
步骤七，准备调味组分，调味组分按重量份比例为：罗汉果甜苷3～5、麦芽糖浆10～20、水3～5，将罗汉果甜苷、麦芽糖浆、水混合，得调味预混料；
步骤八，将步骤五获得的无醇味浓缩液、步骤六获得的预混膏与步骤七获得的调味预混料以及3～5重量份的罗通定混合后，搅拌均匀，静置3～4h，得药膏；
步骤九，将步骤八获得的药膏切成小块，置入真空干燥机，真空干燥机的设置为温度40～60℃、真空度为-0.07～-0.09MPa下真空干燥，真空干燥至含水率4～6％后，加入粉碎机粉碎至40～60目，再加入2～6重量份的92～95°的食用酒精，混合均匀后，得到细粉，备用；
步骤十，将所述细粉通过压片机压制成形后，即得安神促眠含片。
本实施例与实施例1不同之处在于添加有罗通定，更适合紧张不安和焦虑情绪症状明显的患者，罗通定用以与刺五加配合，能够更好的缓解紧张不安和焦虑情绪。刺五加具有补中益精、坚筋骨、强志意的作用，与罗通定配伍有明显改善情绪、增强记忆的作用，尤其是对于失眠症状明显的青少年添加罗通定后效果尤其明显，还可以改善睡眠。

步骤一，准备第一组原料药，第一组原料药由以下组分构成：刺五加、蚕蛾、桑椹、黄芪、枸杞子、山楂、熟地黄、淫羊藿、陈皮、茯苓、法半夏、泽泻、山药、莲子、大枣、桂圆；各组分按重量份比例为：刺五加3～10、蚕蛾1～3、桑椹5～12、黄芪3～8、枸杞子2～6、山楂5～15、熟地黄2～6、淫羊藿1～3、陈皮1～3、茯苓5～12、法半夏2～6、泽泻1～3、山药5～15、莲子5～15、大枣5～15、桂圆5～15；按重量份比例称取上述各组分，粉碎至粒径1～2毫米，混合，得第一组预混药；
