Description

组合式滚轧机
本发明一般涉及滚轧机,特别涉及一种用来精轧长型产品、诸如线材、棒材和具有某种形状的产品的组合式滚轧机装置。
例如美国专利4,537,055号(伍德罗等人)和5,152,165号(肖尔等人)所揭示的,现有的组合式精轧机通常在一普通的底座上安装着多个轧钢机架,并使其置于一共有的罩盖之下。轧钢机架与一共有的驱动装置机械互连并由其驱动,该驱动装置一般包括一单独的齿轮箱和驱动马达。精轧机可通过设置另外的轧钢机架加以扩充。然而,用户和轧机生产厂家必须一开始就预见到这种扩展将是需要的,然后,那些关键性的部件,如底座、齿轮箱和驱动马达必须依一定的尺寸和形状制造。这涉及相当大的早期投资,而其效益只有在扩展真正实行时才可能完全实现,而这种扩展可能几年也没有一次。
此外,德国专利DE 2845052 A1公开了一种连轧机,其中沿轧制线布置多个轧制部件,各轧制部件中设置有Y形布置的轧辊,轧制部件一侧通过连接部件与驱动装置连接,并且在与驱动装置相对的另一侧设置有轨道网,可分别或同时拆/装各轧制部件。但该技术方案与上述美国专利公开的技术方案都存在着一个致命的缺陷。
众所周知,长型产品是通过高速连续轧制而成的。其中所述的“连续”是指产品同时在许多轧辊型缝里被轧制;而“高速”则是指精轧的棒材(对5.5mm的棒材)以相当于100米/秒的速度出现在轧机里。
轧制棒材时的轧道程序通常是“椭圆-圆形”,即当产品依次通过各轧辊型缝而被轧制时,产品的横截面交替地成为椭圆形和圆形。而横截面积上的每次缩减总是伴随着产品向前速度的增加。
这样,对于组合式滚轧机来说,连续的轧辊对的操作速度必须依次增加。此外,为了确保产品的前端进人并光滑地通过各轧辊型缝,要选择轧辊对的操作速度,以使产品总是处于拉紧状态和被“拉入”各轧辊型缝。使轧辊型缝之间的拉紧状态保持基本不变对于组合式滚轧机特别重要。否则,产品的横截面尺寸将受到不利的影响。例如,过度的拉紧将减少横截面积(一般叫做“断面收缩”),反之,太松的拉紧将起相反作用。
为了稳定的操作条件、即使产品光滑地通过所有的轧辊型缝,保持不变的拉紧所需要的参数是可以预测和计算的。然而,当一个新的产品前端依次通过轧机时,由于各轧辊型缝中的轧辊受到产品前端的撞击而会即时降低速度,从而使得这种稳定状态被破坏。这样,当后面的一个轧辊型缝中的轧辊受到产品前端的撞击而即刻降低速度时,前面的轧辊型缝中的轧辊将仍保持它们原有的设计速度。这意味着产品在前面的轧辊型缝和后面的轧辊型缝之间的拉紧程度将立刻下降。当这种情况发生时,产品的横截面积增加,而这是不允许的,特别是如果在产品前端通过轧机时接连发生这种现象。
曾有人尝试过用电子方法使组合式滚轧机中的各轧辊型缝的操作速度保持同步,以便在预计产品前端将到达时使各轧辊型缝立刻加速,但这显然是不够的,这种尝试也没有被证明是成功的。因为这种电子控制不能快速反应,而且还有太多的可变因素影响产品前端精确地到达各轧辊型缝。
上述德国专利公开的、包括许多轧辊对的连续的轧机机座或轧制部件是由分开的电动机驱动的,而目前的控制技术又不能精确地协调以驱动分开的连续机座或轧制部件,因此依然存在着在连轧机的各轧辊型缝之间的同一产品未被稳定拉紧,从而使产品的横截面积未能稳定变化的问题。
本发明的主要目的是提供一种精轧机装置,它具有首先可组装成适应现有轧制需要的组合结构,然后,可在其上增加另外的部件以适应今后的扩展需要。且这种组合式精轧机装置能使同一产品在各轧辊型缝之间被稳定拉紧。
本发明的其次一个目的是,该组合式精轧机装置具有可快速地安装在轧制线上和从轧制线上卸下的轧制部件,从而提供了适应不同的轧制工艺的高度的适用性。
按照本发明,一组合式滚轧机包括若干沿轧制线连续安装的轧制部件。各轧制部件具有多对机械互连的工作轧辊。各分离的驱动齿轮减速部件连续地沿轧制线的一侧布置。除了第一个和最后一个轧制部件之外,其余的轧制部件都可与两个连续的齿轮减速部件的输出轴上的接头可折卸地连接,而第一个和最后一个轧制部件的输入轴以类似方式连接到单个齿轮减速部件的输出轴上。且轧制部件可移动地安装在一轨道网上。
本发明的优点是,轧制部件、齿轮减速部件和相关的驱动装置的数量一开始就可按适合现在的需要加以选择,并且以后为适应进一步的扩展可增添部件的数量。又因轧制部件可沿着轨道网移动,由此使它们能快速方便地安装在轧制线上和从轧制线上卸下。尤其重要的是,这种组合式精轧机装置能使同一产品在各轧辊型缝之间被稳定拉紧,从而使同一产品的横截面积稳定变化。
本发明的这些和其它的优点将结合附图而被详细描述。
图1是按照本发明的一组合式滚轧机的平面图,其中轧制部件上的罩盖已被卸掉,以便较好地显示下面的零件;
图2是沿着图1中的2-2线的滚轧机的端视图;
图3是图2中的相同透视图的局部端视图,表示一滚轧机罩盖被调整到它的最低位置,以作为一导向件而代替从轧制线上卸掉的滚轧机部件;
图4是典型的轧制部件的内部驱动零件的示意图;
图5A和5B类似于图1的平面图,表示在图1所示的滚轧机布局的形成过程中的连续步骤。
首先参看图1和2,组合式滚轧机包括若干沿轧制线PL连续排列的轧制部件10。各轧制部件具有多对相对的、倾斜的、带槽的工作轧辊12a和12b(轧辊型缝)。工作轧辊12a和12b可制成具有一般的高缩减的椭圆一圆形孔型轧道顺序,或者它们可制成低缩减尺寸的圆一圆形孔型轧道顺序。
最好参看图4,它是一典型的轧制部件10的内部驱动零件的示意图,工作轧辊12a和12b以悬臂方式安装在由轴承16可转动支承的轧辊轴14的端部。轧辊轴上的齿轮18与中间啮合的中间驱动齿轮20啮合,而后者安装在轴承24之间的、也可转动的中间驱动轴22上。其中一根中间驱动轴还有一伞齿轮26,它与在输入轴30上的伞齿轮28啮合。输入轴从轧制部件的“驱动侧”处突出,在那里它们终止于半个法兰接头32a。
两根输入轴30上另外还安装着齿轮34,它们与一个较大直径的中间齿轮36啮合。由此可见,由于输入轴30上的齿轮34与中间齿轮36互相啮合,使得工作轧辊12a和12b通过机械方法互相联接。
齿轮减速部件38连续地、并沿着轧制线PL的一侧布置,并面对着轧制部件10的驱动侧。每一齿轮减速部件由一驱动马达40单独驱动,并各有一对输出轴42,它们终止于半个法兰接头32b。可以看到,在轧制部件10的输入轴30上的半个法兰接头32a与在齿轮减速部件38的输出轴42上的半个法兰接头32b拼接,以提供便于分离的驱动连接,由此使轧制部件10和与其相关的齿轮减速部件38可方便地啮合或分离。
再参看图1,可以看到除了一系列轧制部件10的第一个和最后一个之外,其余的全都与两个依次相邻的齿轮减速部件38连接。而第一个和最后一个轧制部件则分别地和唯一地与第一和最后一个齿轮减速部件连接。
导轨44以与轧制线PL平行的关系沿着与齿轮减速部件38相对的一侧延伸。平板架46安装在导轨44上,以便按平行于轧制线的相反方向运动。各平板架有导轨48,它们以与导轨44垂直的关系延伸,并被安装成与在轧制线之下延伸的导轨50对齐。
各轧制部件10适合在标号52处与活塞缸式部件56的活塞杆54连接。部件56可有选择地用来横向移动经选择的轧制部件,使它们从轧制线移到空的平板架46上,而后者沿轨道44可依次地移动,以便为安装在另一平板架上的备用的或替换的轧制部件的装配让出位置。
最好参看图2,罩盖组件58与各轧制部件配合以闭合工作轧辊12a和12b。较佳的是,罩盖组件是美国专利5,247,820号所述的型式,其中的描述在这里被引用参考。一导向槽60与各罩盖组件整体地相连。罩盖组件可枢转地安装在支承构件62上,且一般是可调整的,即从图2实线所示的、支承在各轧制部件的工作位置移向由同一视图的虚线所示的完全打开的位置。另外,当轧制部件“空轧通过”时,也即当轧制部件从轧制线上移去而没有其它的轧制部件替换时,可降低罩盖组件58(图3所示),以使导向槽60位于轧制线上,由此桥接由空设的轧制部件形成的间隔。
如果需要,导向槽60可包括喷水嘴,以便在产品穿过由空设的轧制部件形成的间隔时冷却该产品。
根据上述内容,本技术领域的熟练人员将看到,与大多数通常的组合式精轧机相比,本发明提供了许多显著的优点。首先,参看图5A,最初的装备可仅包括由一个齿轮减速部件和与其相关的驱动马达驱动的两个轧制部件。当轧制量增加和/或轧制较宽范围的产品的需求上升时,轧制的量可通过增加另外的轧制部件和齿轮减速部件而逐步地增加,如图5B所示。这种扩展可逐渐进行,并与逐渐增加的需求保持同步。这样,当产品前端撞击各对轧辊时,由于它们特有的机械互连方式,所有的轧辊都将立刻降低速度。从而既不需要特别复杂的控制,又可在整个轧制过程中使产品的拉紧保持稳定。
除了驱动轧制部件10之外,齿轮减速部件38还在连续的轧制部件之间建立重要的、机械上的互相啮合。这是随轧制量增加而逐渐出现的。
由于可方便地将轧制部件从轧制线上取下,以及用备用的轧制部件或导向组件来替换,使它的适用性有了进一步的增加,这种适用性有助于滚轧机本身以消耗最少的宝贵生产时间而方便地获得较宽范围的产品尺寸。

Claims (4)

1.一种组合式滚轧机,包括:
诸轧制部件(10),它们连续地安装在一条轧制线(PL)上,各轧制部件具有多对机械互连的工作轧辊(12a,12b);
诸齿轮减速部件(38),它们连续地沿着所述轧制线的一侧布置,各齿轮减速部件由一驱动马达驱动;
其特征在于,还包括接头装置(32a,32b),它们将除了第一个和最后一个之外的各轧制部件可拆卸地连接在两个连续的齿轮减速部件上,而将第一个和最后一个轧制部件分别地和唯一地与第一个和最后一个齿轮减速部件连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的滚轧机,其特征在于,所述的轧制部件在所述的轧制线方向上相对于所述的齿轮减速部件是交错排列的。
3.如权利要求1所述的滚轧机,其特征在于,所述的齿轮减速部件沿着所述轧制线的一侧安装,而所述轧制部件可从所述轧制线的另一侧卸下。
4.如权利要求3所述的滚轧机,其特征在于,所述的轧制部件可移动地安装在一轨道网上,该轨道网被安装成可从所述的轧制线上卸下选定的轧制部件,并用备用的轧制部件替换该卸下的轧制部件。
