Abstract
Description
技术领域
本公开一般涉及印刷机械,尤其涉及一种进料机双进料控制方法。
背景技术
随着我国经济的飞速发展,人们对产品包装的精美要求也越来越高,消费领域纸质包装向金属包装转化的趋势十分显现,因此,金属薄板印刷和涂料装备的市场前景非常广阔。据我国包装技术联合会金属容器委员会2010年统计数据显示,我国金属包装使用的罐、盒、盖的耗量只有欧美发达国家的1/40,是世界平均耗量的1/7,我国罐、盒、盖的需求还有很大的发展空间。预计每年新建生产线200多条。进料机是生产线的必要配套设备,它的效率直接关系到整条线的生产率,因此,国内外公司对提高进料机的效率作为产品开发中的大事来抓。国际上有德国的高宝、日本的富士公司目前开发出了减少切换时间的进料机辅助机构,但是还是不够理想,切换中断的铁皮在20至30张左右,这样的切换时间对印刷机的水墨传递、涂料机的涂料的稳定性均有一定影响。因此开发出切换时间更短的进料机就显得十分重要。
如图1所示为现有技术中进料机的结构示意图,现有技术换铁切换是采用辅助小车加辅助升降臂实现的,工作原理:进料机工作过程中当铁皮剩下100张左右时,人工将辅助小车从空闲位置开到工作位置,极限位置设限位开关,控制辅助小车停止,这时辅助升降臂准好对准木脚的空档中,提升辅助升降臂至托住木脚,并自动切换到间隙上升模式,升降平台下降到底,送入第二包铁,待第一包铁全部输送完毕,将辅助小车从工作位置开到空闲位置,同时升降平台上升,将第二包铁升至工作位置,开气送铁,这样便完成了整个切换工作,其中,切换过程约需要20秒钟、大约中断20到30张铁。
从上面的工作原理分析,现有技术的切换时间长,切换中断20到30张铁,这么长的时间切换,对印刷、涂料质量均有影响。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术中的上述缺陷或不足,期望提供一种进料机双进料控制方法。
第一方面,提供一种进料机双进料控制方法,所述方法包括:
S1:探测装置检测位于第一位置的升降平台上的铁皮张数;
S2:比较该铁皮张数是否等于第一设定值,若是,立即切换另一进料机开始进料。
可选的,S1中还包括:位于第一位置的升降平台对应的输送带向前输送铁皮。
可选的,所述探测装置中第一设定值为1张铁皮。
可选的,所述探测装置还检测位于第一工作位置的升降平台上铁皮高度连续减小值是否为第二设定值;
若是,调整位于第一工作位置的升降平台上升固定值。
可选的,所述第二设定值为2~3mm铁皮高度。
可选的,输送带上安装有双张检测装置,所述双张检测装置检测所述输送带上的铁皮数量是否多于一张铁皮;
若是,剔除该多张铁皮。
根据本申请实施例提供的技术方案,进料机由两台单个进料机组成,具有两套升降平台,其中一台机器的升降平台在进铁生产,另一台机器的升降平台在做准备,通过探测装置检测每台进料机中升降平台上的铁皮厚度,当正在工作的进料机上的铁皮用完,立即切换到另一台进料机开始铁皮的输送,切换间隔较短甚至没有间隔时间,大大提高了生产效率和印刷、涂料的质量。

下面结合附图和实施例对本申请作进一步的详细说明。可以理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释相关发明,而非对该发明的限定。另外还需要说明的是,为了便于描述,附图中仅示出了与发明相关的部分。
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本申请。
请参考图2,本发明实施例提供一种进料机双进料控制方法所述方法包括:
S1:探测装置检测位于第一位置的升降平台上的铁皮张数;
S2:比较该铁皮张数是否等于第一设定值,若是,立即切换另一进料机开始进料本发明实施例提供的进料机双进料控制方法中包括两台单个进料机,具有两套升降平台,其中一台机器的升降平台在进铁生产,另一台机器的升降平台在做准备,上述的第一位置即为升降平台的工作位置,第二位置为升降平台的初始位置,通过探测装置检测每台进料机中升降平台上的铁皮高度,当正在工作的进料机上的铁皮用完,立即切换到另一台进料机开始铁皮的输送,切换间隔较短甚至没有间隔时间,大大提高了生产效率和印刷、涂料的质量。
进一步的,S1中还包括:位于第一位置的升降平台对应的输送带向前输送铁皮。
如图3所示为本发明实施例提供的进料机结构示意图,其中相连接的第一进料机1和第二进料机2分别有升降平台,第一进料机1的升降平台和第二进料机2的升降平台上分别放置有铁皮,任一进料机的升降平台上升至第一位置即工作位置,图2中第一进料机1的升降平台上升至工作位置,第一进料机1升降平台上的铁皮经过连接升降平台对应的第一输送带3向前输送铁皮,第一进料机1的升降平台上的铁皮高度由控制器进行检测,当探测装置检测到第一进料机1的升降平台上铁皮为1张时,立即切换另一进料机开始进料,第一进料机1的升降平台下降至初始位置,在该升降平台上放上另一包铁皮;
第二进料机2升降平台上的铁皮经过连接升降平台对应的第二输送带4向前输送铁皮,第二进料机2的升降平台上的铁皮高度由控制器进行检测,当探测装置检测到第二进料机2的升降平台上铁皮为1张时,立即切换另一进料机开始进料,升降平台上的铁皮经第一输送带3向前输送铁皮,第二进料机2的升降平台下降至初始位置,在该升降平台上放另一包铁皮;上述工作过程循环实现换铁时间大大缩短,进一步提高了印刷和涂料的质量。
进一步的,所述探测装置中第一设定值为1张铁皮。
上述探测装置对当前工作位置的升降平台上的铁皮高度进行检测,当工作位置的升降平台上的铁皮运输完之前进行升降平台的切换,将切换升降平台的铁皮设置为1张,当工作的升降平台上的铁皮只剩一张时,切换另一台进料机进料,因此,不会造成换铁时间过长,生产效率低下,影响印刷涂料的质量。
进一步的,所述探测装置还检测位于第一工作位置的升降平台上铁皮高度连续减小值是否为第二设定值;
若是,调整位于第一工作位置的升降平台上升固定值。
在升降平台上放置的铁皮较多,当进行传输一段时间之后工作位置的升降平台上铁皮高度会减少,为了保证输送带能够顺利进行铁皮传输,不会出现铁皮传送不到输送带上的情况,当工作位置的升降平台上的铁皮连续减少一定高度,调整工作位置的升降平台上升一段距离,使得升降平台和对应的输送带之间顺利工作。
进一步的,所述第二设定值为2~3mm铁皮高度。
通常将第二设定值设定为近十张铁皮的厚度,工作位置的升降平台输送近十张铁皮之后调整工作位置的升降平台上升固定值,一般为九或十张铁皮厚度。
本发明实施例还提供了探测装置的一种结构,参考图4、图5,探测装置包括连接杆10,所述连接杆10上安装有挡板9,所述挡板9上安装有可移动感应块5,所述感应块5下端通过轴连接有探测脚7和高度感应开关6,所述感应块5随着所述探测脚7的升降而升降;在轴上还安装有高度感应开关,通过该高度感应开关实现对升降平台上铁皮的整体高度进行监控,当该高度感应开关感应不到信号时即需要提升升降平台。
挡板9上还安装有间隙上升感应开关8,感应块5最高位置高于所述间隙上升感应开关8位置。
在挡板上安装间隙上升感应开关用来感应感应块的上升和下降情况,当感应块下降距离较大,间隙上升感应开关感应不到感应块便发送信号使得升降平台上升一定距离直至该间隙上升感应开关再次感应到感应块为止,在感应块未下降和下降距离未达到设定值时,间隙上升感应开关都能够感应到感应块。
进一步的,输送带上安装有双张检测装置,所述双张检测装置检测所述输送带上的铁皮厚度是否大于一张铁皮厚度;
若是剔除该铁皮。
本发明实施的进料机中第一输送带3与第一进料机1的升降平台相连,用来输送第一进料机1升降平台上的铁皮,第二输送带4与第二进料机2的升降平台相连,用来输送第二进料机2升降平台上的铁皮,铁皮由升降平台传输到输送带上会出现两张或者多张粘连的情况,影像后续印刷涂料等工作,造成材料的浪费和产品质量低下,在第一输送带3和第二输送带4上分别安装双张检测装置,当双张检测装置检测对应输送带上铁皮为两张或者多张时,将该多张铁皮进行自动剔除。
本发明实施例提供的进料机还安装有吹松装置,吹松装置用来将升降平台上的铁皮吹松,尽量避免传送至输送带上的铁皮为双张或者多张,保证了铁皮传送的效率和工作的顺畅。
本发明实施例提供的双进料进控制方法通过探测装置随时对升降平台上铁皮厚度进行检测,每当工作位置的升降平台上的铁皮用完,即进行进料机的切换,将用完的升降平台降下至初始位置,切换间隔较短甚至没有间隔时间,大大提高了生产效率和印刷、涂料的质量。
