- 如权利要求5所述的电芯状态采集装置,其特征在于,所述第二侧壁包括收缩段,所述收缩段由所述支撑板沿该第二侧壁的轴向呈向内收缩状。
- 如权利要求6所述的电芯状态采集装置,其特征在于,所述第二侧壁还包括导向段,所述导向段由所述收缩段沿该第二侧壁的轴向呈向外扩张状。
- 如权利要求5所述的电芯状态采集装置,其特征在于,所述固定块上凸设有经所述第一开孔配合插入所述第二接口中的插头。
- 如权利要求8所述的电芯状态采集装置,其特征在于,所述信号采集模块包括探测所述第二接口对应的所述电芯温度的温度探头,所述温度探头安装于所述插头上。
- 如权利要求2所述的电芯状态采集装置,其特征在于,所述信号采集模块还包括用于与所述第二接口对应的所述电芯正、负极电连接以探测该电芯的电压的两个探针,两个所述探针安装于所述固定块上,所述连接座还包括与所述第二接口对应的所述电芯侧面相连的引脚电极,所述引脚电极固定于所述绝缘外壳上,所述引脚电极与所述支撑板间隔设置。
- 如权利要求10所述的电芯状态采集装置,其特征在于,所述引脚电极的横截面呈L型,包括用于对应抵顶一所述探针的插入段和用于抵顶所述第二接口对应的所述电芯的侧面的抵顶段,所述抵顶段与所述插入段相连,所述插入段插装入所述绝缘外壳中。
- 如权利要求11所述的电芯状态采集装置,其特征在于,所述插入段位于所述第二侧壁对应的所述支撑板的一面的上方,所述支撑板上对应一所述探针的位置开设有第二开孔,所述绝缘外壳上对应所述第二开孔的位置开设有露出部分所述插入段的第三开孔。
- 如权利要求12所述的电芯状态采集装置,其特征在于,所述插入段位于所述第三开孔中的部分设有供相应的所述探针插入的第一凹陷槽。
- 如权利要求13所述的电芯状态采集装置,其特征在于,所述支撑板上对应另一所述探针的位置设有供该探针插入的第二凹陷槽。
- 如权利要求2所述的电芯状态采集装置,其特征在于,所述绝缘外壳包括固定所述支撑板的支撑座、包裹于所述第一侧壁外侧的第一侧板和包裹于所述第二侧壁外侧的第二侧板,所述第一侧板和第二侧板分别固定于所述支撑座的相对两面上。
- 如权利要求15所述的电芯状态采集装置,其特征在于,所述绝缘外壳的一侧还设有连接插块,所述绝缘外壳的相对另一侧上设有与另一所述绝缘外壳的所述连接插块相配合的插口。
- 如权利要求1-16任一项所述的电芯状态采集装置,其特征在于,所述第一接口包括用于与相应地所述电芯的底面固定相连的第一金属底板和用于插装入所述连接座中的两个第一金属侧壁,两个所述第一金属侧壁相对设于所述第一金属底板上,两个所述第一金属侧壁间具有供所述PCB板的连接部伸出的开口。
- 如权利要求17所述的电芯状态采集装置,其特征在于,所述第一金属底板上开设有便于将该第一金属底板固定在所述电芯的底面的第一通孔。
- 如权利要求17所述的电芯状态采集装置,其特征在于,所述第一金属底板呈圆形,所述第一金属侧壁沿平行于所述第一金属底板的截面呈圆弧状。
- 如权利要求1-16任一项所述的电芯状态采集装置,其特征在于,所述第二接口包括用于与相应地所述电芯的顶端固定相连的第二金属底板和用于插装入所述连接座中的第二金属侧壁,所述第二金属侧壁环绕于所述第二金属底板上。
- 如权利要求20所述的电芯状态采集装置,其特征在于,所述第二金属底板上开设有便于将该第二金属底板固定在所述电芯的顶端的第二通孔。
- 如权利要求20所述的电芯状态采集装置,其特征在于,所述第二金属底板呈圆形。
- 如权利要求22所述的电芯状态采集装置,其特征在于,所述第二金属侧壁呈渐扩状,且所述第二金属侧壁沿其高度方向上具有向外倾斜的锥度。
- 如权利要求23所述的电芯状态采集装置,其特征在于,所述第二金属侧壁上沿其高度方向上开设有若干狭长的缺口。
- 如权利要求1-16任一项所述的电芯状态采集装置,其特征在于,所述PCB板上设有多个所述连接部,每一所述连接部上均安装有所述固定块。
- 一种动力电池,包括若干电芯,其特征在于,还包括如权利要求1-25任一项所述的电芯状态采集装置,所述电芯安装于所述电芯状态采集装置上。
