本发明涉及包装机取袋装置,具体的说尤其涉及包装机取袋机构。
背景技术:
包装机在进行包装时,包装袋由于摆放位置有偏差,导致取袋时出现错位,影响开袋效果,传统的包装机由于在设计在存在不合理,自动化效率低,严重影响生产效率。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供包装机取袋机构,为了改进背景技术的缺陷,使得包装机取袋更为准确,提高机械自动化效率。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题,本发明是采用以下技术方案:包装机取袋机构,它包括有取袋机构组焊件,所述的取袋机构组焊件下端设有吸盘座,且取袋机构组焊件两端纠偏装置,所述的取袋机构组焊件上端设有吸盘气缸。
优选地,所述的纠偏装置为设置在取袋机构组焊件两端的弹簧触点开关,所述的取袋机构组焊件上设有滑槽,且簧触点开关安装在滑槽内。
优选地,所述的吸盘气缸内设有取袋气缸导轴。
本发明的工作原理为:包装袋在被取袋吸盘吸起时,吸盘气缸动作将吸盘下降,首先弹簧开关触碰到包装袋,吸盘开始工作将包装袋隔空吸附,如果包装袋处于偏差状态,包装袋会沿着弹簧开关方向上浮,纠正吸附位置后。吸盘气缸继续动作将包装袋再次吸附,完成一次取袋工作。
本发明的有益效果:该装置结构设计合理,操作简单,使用对包装袋进行纠偏,方便进行后续的落料处理,提高机械自动化效率。

优选地,所述的吸盘气缸内设有取袋气缸导轴。

2.根据权利要求1所述的包装机取袋机构,其特征在于,所述的纠偏装置为设置在取袋机构组焊件两端的弹簧触点开关,所述的取袋机构组焊件上设有滑槽,且簧触点开关安装在滑槽内。
