本发明为一种水貂皮鞣质工艺,包括浸水、去肉、脱脂、浸酸软化、鞣制、中和加脂、干整理步骤,所述鞣制工序中使用淀粉双醛鞣剂,同时配合其他辅助鞣制材料完成鞣制作用。本发明的优点如下:首先,在淀粉双醛鞣剂鞣制之前,通过圆刀去肉与浴液脱脂作用,为淀粉双醛鞣剂的渗透做了铺垫;其次,淀粉双醛本身无油性,不会使水貂皮毛被、皮板被油污粘起来;再次,用本发明做出的水貂皮,柔软性好,同时不存在传统鞣法鞣出的产品在多次干洗后变硬、遇水退鞣的现象;最后,传统鞣法不仅涉及铝鞣,加脂时要用到大型专用木质转鼓与踢皮机,操作麻烦,而本发明涉及到的淀粉双醛鞣剂使用方法简单。

一种水貂皮鞣制工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及毛皮鞣制工艺领域,尤其是一种水貂皮鞣制工艺。
背景技术
水貂皮鞣制过程,是水貂皮变成熟皮,使之成为可以进行纺织加工的原材料的过程;水貂皮的鞣制涉及浸水、圆刀去肉、脱脂、复浸、浸酸、软化、鞣制、干燥、加脂、滚木糠等过程,其中鞣制与加脂工序是水貂皮从生皮变为熟皮的决定一环。
目前水貂皮鞣制所通用的鞣剂是明矾与踢皮油,成品皮收缩温度不高,但是皮张柔软、面积大;明矾中三价铝离子能与皮胶原纤维结合,提升胶原纤维的耐湿热稳定性;水貂皮加脂时会用到踢皮油,踢皮油是一种碘值很高的油鞣剂,具有高的氧化性,在物理机械作用条件下会很好的渗透到水貂皮内部,附着在皮纤维上,与纤维上特定结合点发生氧化还原反应,产生鞣性,水貂皮在这两种鞣剂的作用下从生皮变为熟皮;但值得注意的是铝离子与胶原纤维的结合是可逆结合,结合的并不牢固,正常水洗甚至淋水条件下,会造成退鞣现象,硝熟的成品水貂皮会重新变成生皮,机械强度降低,耐腐蚀性降低;踢皮油中高碘值成分与皮纤维的结合是一个漫长的过程,并非刚加入便全部结合,但踢皮油中的油成分含量很高,不作处理会有味道甚至变质,因此要做干洗处理,洗掉部分结合不牢和表面附着的踢皮油,在成品服饰做出后,为了服饰的清洁,也需要进行干洗操作,造成皮中油含量的进一步损失,皮板退鞣变硬;在本专利中,利用新的工艺方法,不仅使水貂在手感上达到客户要求,同时成品的退鞣现象得到很大改善。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服传统水貂皮油铝鞣鞣法中的技术不足,提供一种水貂皮鞣制工艺,该工艺鞣制前工序按正常工序做,鞣制时使用淀粉双醛鞣剂,同时配合其他辅助鞣制材料完成鞣制作用,可以明显提升水貂皮成品手感、耐穿着性。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种水貂皮鞣质工艺,包括浸水、去肉、脱脂、浸酸软化、鞣制、中和加脂、干整理步骤,所述鞣制工序中使用淀粉双醛鞣剂,同时配合其他辅助鞣制材料完成鞣制作用。
上述水貂鞣制新工艺的工作原理为:先做浸水,使水貂皮恢复到鲜皮状态,再进行圆刀去肉,去除肉块与脂肪块,再利用脱脂剂进行浴液脱脂将水貂皮皮板上的油膜去除,利于鞣剂渗透;然后进行浸酸软化,松散纤维的同时将浴液pH值调至适于鞣制的酸性条件;加入鞣剂与辅助材料后,在皮内外化料浓度差与机械作用下,鞣剂向皮内不断渗透,最后在不断提升pH的条件下,鞣剂发挥其鞣制作用,使生皮变成熟皮。
作为优选,所述鞣制工序为:温度25-28℃,50-60g/L盐,每张皮1-1.5L水;先加入0.5g/L非离子表面活性剂,转动20min,再加入淀粉双醛鞣剂WT-112-18g/L,淀粉双醛在非离子表面活性剂的作用下均匀分散在浴液中,转动20min,然后每30min转动3min,总时间3-5h,再加入辅料鞣制剂T-34-6g/L,P-302-4g/L,转动30min,然后每停20min转动2min,过夜;次日提碱,加入高效提碱剂BBA-3,每30min加一次,每次0.5g/L,加至pH=3.8-4.0,稳定2h,总提碱用时6-8h,然后升温至38℃,转动20-30min后,每停20min,转动2min,2-3h后出皮,静置,次日正常干整理至成品皮入库存放。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点如下:首先,在淀粉双醛鞣剂鞣制之前,通过圆刀去肉与浴液脱脂作用,为淀粉双醛鞣剂的渗透做了铺垫;其次,淀粉双醛本身无油性,不会使水貂皮毛被、皮板被油污粘起来;再次,用本发明做出的水貂皮,柔软性好,同时不存在传统鞣法鞣出的产品在多次干洗后变硬、遇水退鞣的现象;最后,传统鞣法不仅涉及铝鞣,加脂时要用到大型专用木质转鼓与踢皮机,操作麻烦,而本发明涉及到的淀粉双醛鞣剂使用方法简单。
具体实施方式
本发明的具体实施方式如下:
实施例1
正常浸水、去肉、脱脂、浸酸软化;鞣制时,温度25-28℃,50-60g/L盐,每张皮1-1.5L水;先加入0.5g/L非离子表面活性剂,转动20min,再加入淀粉双醛鞣剂WT-112-18g/L,淀粉双醛在非离子表面活性剂的作用下均匀分散在浴液中,转动20min,然后每30min转动3min,总时间3-5h,再加入辅料T-34-6g/L,P-302-4g/L,转动30min,然后每停20min转动2min,过夜;次日提碱,加入高效提碱剂BBA-3,每30min加一次,每次0.5g/L,加至pH=3.8-4.0,稳定2h,总提碱用时6-8h,然后升温至38℃,转动20-30min后,每停20min,转动2min,2-3h后出皮,静置,次日正常干整理至成品皮入库存放。

1.一种水貂皮鞣质工艺,其特征在于,包括浸水、去肉、脱脂、浸酸软化、鞣制、中和加脂、干整理步骤,所述鞣制工序中使用淀粉双醛鞣剂,同时配合其他辅助鞣制材料完成鞣制作用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水貂皮鞣制工艺,其特征在于,所述鞣制工序为:温度25-28℃,50-60g/L盐,每张皮1-1.5L水;先加入0.5g/L非离子表面活性剂,转动20min,再加入淀粉双醛鞣剂WT-1 12-18g/L,淀粉双醛在非离子表面活性剂的作用下均匀分散在浴液中,转动20min,然后每30min转动3min,总时间3-5h,再加入辅料鞣制剂T-34-6g/L,P-30 2-4g/L,转动30min,然后每停20min转动2min,过夜;次日提碱,加入高效提碱剂BBA-3,每30min加一次,每次0.5g/L,加至pH=3.8-4.0,稳定2h,总提碱用时6-8h,然后升温至38℃,转动20-30min后,每停20min,转动2min,2-3h后出皮,静置,次日正常干整理至成品皮入库存放。
