Abstract
本发明涉及一种复合钛基润滑脂,包括以下重量份的原料:植物油18份、聚α‑烯烃油65份、钛酸异丙酯7份、12‑羟基硬脂酸4份、邻苯二甲酸1.5份、极压抗磨剂A 1.2份、极压抗磨剂B 0.8份、防锈剂1.2份、固体添加剂A 0.7份、固体添加剂B 0.6份、抗氧化剂A 0.7份、抗氧化剂B 0.4份。本发明的润滑脂选用的基础油、稠化剂、极压抗磨剂等都具有优越的生物降解性能,使得润滑脂的生物降解率高,通过添加硫化脂肪和二烷基二硫代磷酸锌具有协同作用的极压抗磨剂,大大提高了复合钛基润滑脂极压抗磨性,通过同时加入M oS2和石墨作为固体添加剂,不仅提高了提高润滑脂的烧结负荷,同时减小磨痕直径。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及润滑脂领域,具体涉及一种复合钛基润滑脂。
背景技术
润滑脂是一种介于液体与固体之间的润滑材料,其产量在整个润滑产品中所占比例远不及润滑油。但是润滑脂润滑性能要比润滑油的好,在常温状态时,其能吸附于金属表面上而不流动;在受热或机械作用时,润滑脂变稀,能像液体一样润滑摩擦表面,当热作用和机械作用逐渐变小至消失时,润滑脂恢复其状态。由于润滑脂具有这种特殊性,因此,在工业、农业、交通运输、国防工业等领域得到广泛的应用,而成为最有发展前途的润滑材料之一。
随着目前润滑脂工业不断发展壮大,已形成一系列品种丰富的润滑脂产品;复合钛基润滑脂是一种新产品,与传统复合锂基润滑脂相比,即使不添加功能剂,也表现出极好的物化性能;复合钛基润滑脂在印度的生产量较大,品种齐全,但国内对于复合钛基润滑脂的研究尚不成熟。研制一种各方面性能都优越的复合钛基润滑脂是目前润滑脂行业的一个重要方向。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种性能优越的复合钛基润滑脂。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种复合钛基润滑脂,包括以下重量份的原料:
植物油15-20份、聚α-烯烃油55-70份、钛酸异丙酯4-9份、12-羟基硬脂酸2-5份、邻苯二甲酸1-2份、极压抗磨剂A 1-1.5份、极压抗磨剂B 0.6-1份、防锈剂0.5-1.5份、固体添加剂A 0.5-1份、固体添加剂B 0.5-1份、抗氧化剂A 0.5-0.8份、抗氧化剂B 0.3-0.5份。
优选地,所述的复合钛基润滑脂,包括以下重量份的原料:
植物油18份、聚α-烯烃油65份、钛酸异丙酯7份、12-羟基硬脂酸4份、邻苯二甲酸1.5份、极压抗磨剂A 1.2份、极压抗磨剂B 0.8份、防锈剂1.2份、固体添加剂A 0.7份、固体添加剂B 0.6份、抗氧化剂A 0.7份、抗氧化剂B 0.4份。
优选地,所述的极压抗磨剂A为硫化脂肪,极压抗磨剂B为二烷基二硫代磷酸锌。
优选地,所述的防锈剂为丁二酸半酯。
优选地,所述的固体添加剂A为M oS2,固体添加剂B为石墨。
优选地,所述的抗氧化剂A为二叔丁基对甲酚、抗氧化剂B为氨基甲酸钛。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的润滑脂选用的基础油、稠化剂、极压抗磨剂等都具有优越的生物降解性能,使得制备而成的润滑脂的生物降解率高,通过添加硫化脂肪和二烷基二硫代磷酸锌具有协同作用的极压抗磨剂,大大提高了复合钛基润滑脂极压抗磨性,通过同时加入M oS2和石墨作为固体添加剂,不仅提高了提高润滑脂的烧结负荷,同时减小磨痕直径。

一种复合钛基润滑脂,包括以下重量份的原料:
植物油15份、聚α-烯烃油55份、钛酸异丙酯4份、12-羟基硬脂酸2份、邻苯二甲酸1份、硫化脂肪1份、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌0.6份、丁二酸半酯0.5份、M oS20.5份、石墨0.5份、二叔丁基对甲酚0.5份、氨基甲酸钛0.3份。
实施例2
一种复合钛基润滑脂,包括以下重量份的原料:
植物油18份、聚α-烯烃油65份、钛酸异丙酯7份、12-羟基硬脂酸4份、邻苯二甲酸1.5份、硫化脂肪1.2份、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌0.8份、丁二酸半酯1.2份、M oS20.7份、石墨0.6份、二叔丁基对甲酚0.7份、氨基甲酸钛0.4份。
实施例3
一种复合钛基润滑脂,包括以下重量份的原料:
植物油17份、聚α-烯烃油62份、钛酸异丙酯6份、12-羟基硬脂酸3份、邻苯二甲酸1.2份、硫化脂肪1.3份、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌0.7份、丁二酸半酯1份、M oS20.8份、石墨0.7份、二叔丁基对甲酚0.6份、氨基甲酸钛0.35份。
实施例4
一种复合钛基润滑脂,包括以下重量份的原料:
植物油20份、聚α-烯烃油70份、钛酸异丙酯9份、12-羟基硬脂酸5份、邻苯二甲酸2份、硫化脂肪1.5份、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌1份、丁二酸半酯1.5份、M oS21份、石墨1份、二叔丁基对甲酚0.8份、氨基甲酸钛0.5份。

植物油15-20份、聚α-烯烃油55-70份、钛酸异丙酯4-9份、12-羟基硬脂酸2-5份、邻苯二甲酸1-2份、极压抗磨剂A 1-1.5份、极压抗磨剂B 0.6-1份、防锈剂0.5-1.5份、固体添加剂A0.5-1份、固体添加剂B 0.5-1份、抗氧化剂A 0.5-0.8份、抗氧化剂B 0.3-0.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合钛基润滑脂,其特征在于:包括以下重量份的原料:
植物油18份、聚α-烯烃油65份、钛酸异丙酯7份、12-羟基硬脂酸4份、邻苯二甲酸1.5份、极压抗磨剂A 1.2份、极压抗磨剂B 0.8份、防锈剂1.2份、固体添加剂A 0.7份、固体添加剂B0.6份、抗氧化剂A 0.7份、抗氧化剂B 0.4份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的复合钛基润滑脂,其特征在于:所述的极压抗磨剂A为硫化脂肪,极压抗磨剂B为二烷基二硫代磷酸锌。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的复合钛基润滑脂,其特征在于:所述的防锈剂为丁二酸半酯。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的复合钛基润滑脂,其特征在于:所述的固体添加剂A为MoS2,固体添加剂B为石墨。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的复合钛基润滑脂,其特征在于:所述的抗氧化剂A为二叔丁基对甲酚、抗氧化剂B为氨基甲酸钛。
