Abstract
本发明提供了一种空压机组合润滑油,由以下重量份原料构成:三苯基锑0.6‑0.8份、4‑甲基环己醇1‑3份、硬酯酸乙酯1‑2份、乙酰丙酮0.6‑0.9份、角鲨烷2‑4份、硬酯酸丁酯0.1‑0.6份、四氟邻苯二甲酸2‑4份、油酸甲酯2.2‑2.8份、聚二甲基硅氧烷1.2‑1.8份、油酸丁酯0.4‑0.8份、动物油6‑10份、植物油3‑5份。本发明组合润滑油,具有较高的耐腐蚀性能,其耐磨性能、抗氧化性能均优于现有技术中的润滑油脂,能够较好的应用于恶劣条件下的空气压缩机工作中。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种空压机组合润滑油。
背景技术
润滑油是由一种或多种稠化剂分散在一种或多种液体润滑剂中得到的介于半流体到固体之间的具有非牛顿流体特征的一类润滑剂。润滑脂的基本特征是具有一定的型态,易于附着,流动性低于相应的基础油。润滑脂用于机械的摩擦部分,起润滑和密封作用。
空气压缩机是一种用以压缩气体的设备。对于极热和极冷的恶劣条件下,对润滑效果要求较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种空压机组合润滑油,可在恶劣条件下提供较好的润滑效果。
空压机组合润滑油,由以下重量份原料构成:三苯基锑0.6-0.8份、4-甲基环己醇1-3份、硬酯酸乙酯1-2份、乙酰丙酮0.6-0.9份、角鲨烷2-4份、硬酯酸丁酯0.1-0.6份、四氟邻苯二甲酸2-4份、油酸甲酯2.2-2.8份、聚二甲基硅氧烷1.2-1.8份、油酸丁酯0.4-0.8份、动物油6-10份、植物油3-5份。
进一步,由以下重量份原料构成:三苯基锑0.7份、4-甲基环己醇2.6份、硬酯酸乙酯1.6份、乙酰丙酮0.7份、角鲨烷3份、硬酯酸丁酯0.5份、四氟邻苯二甲酸2.6份、油酸甲酯2.5份、聚二甲基硅氧烷1.6份、油酸丁酯0.7份、动物油8份、植物油3份。
进一步,由以下重量份原料构成:三苯基锑0.7份、4-甲基环己醇2.3份、硬酯酸乙酯1.6份、乙酰丙酮0.7份、角鲨烷3份、硬酯酸丁酯0.15份、四氟邻苯二甲酸3.3份、油酸甲酯2.5份、聚二甲基硅氧烷1.6份、油酸丁酯0.45份、动物油8份、植物油3.8份。
进一步,由以下重量份原料构成:三苯基锑0.6份、4-甲基环己醇2.6份、硬酯酸乙酯1.2份、乙酰丙酮0.85份、角鲨烷2.9份、硬酯酸丁酯0.45份、四氟邻苯二甲酸2.6份、油酸甲酯2.3份、聚二甲基硅氧烷1.5份、油酸丁酯0.7份、动物油9份、植物油5份。
本发明组合润滑油,具有较高的耐腐蚀性能,其耐磨性能、抗氧化性能均优于现有技术中的润滑油脂,能够较好的应用于恶劣条件下的空气压缩机工作中。
具体实施方式
实施例1 空压机组合润滑油,由以下重量份原料构成:三苯基锑0.7份、4-甲基环己醇2.6份、硬酯酸乙酯1.6份、乙酰丙酮0.7份、角鲨烷3份、硬酯酸丁酯0.5份、四氟邻苯二甲酸2.6份、油酸甲酯2.5份、聚二甲基硅氧烷1.6份、油酸丁酯0.7份、动物油8份、植物油3份。
实施例2
空压机组合润滑油,由以下重量份原料构成:三苯基锑0.7份、4-甲基环己醇2.3份、硬酯酸乙酯1.6份、乙酰丙酮0.7份、角鲨烷3份、硬酯酸丁酯0.15份、四氟邻苯二甲酸3.3份、油酸甲酯2.5份、聚二甲基硅氧烷1.6份、油酸丁酯0.45份、动物油8份、植物油3.8份。
实施例3
空压机组合润滑油,由以下重量份原料构成:三苯基锑0.6份、4-甲基环己醇2.6份、硬酯酸乙酯1.2份、乙酰丙酮0.85份、角鲨烷2.9份、硬酯酸丁酯0.45份、四氟邻苯二甲酸2.6份、油酸甲酯2.3份、聚二甲基硅氧烷1.5份、油酸丁酯0.7份、动物油9份、植物油5份。

1.空压机组合润滑油,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料构成:三苯基锑0.6-0.8份、4-甲基环己醇1-3份、硬酯酸乙酯1-2份、乙酰丙酮0.6-0.9份、角鲨烷2-4份、硬酯酸丁酯0.1-0.6份、四氟邻苯二甲酸2-4份、油酸甲酯2.2-2.8份、聚二甲基硅氧烷1.2-1.8份、油酸丁酯0.4-0.8份、动物油6-10份、植物油3-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空压机组合润滑油,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料构成:三苯基锑0.7份、4-甲基环己醇2.6份、硬酯酸乙酯1.6份、乙酰丙酮0.7份、角鲨烷3份、硬酯酸丁酯0.5份、四氟邻苯二甲酸2.6份、油酸甲酯2.5份、聚二甲基硅氧烷1.6份、油酸丁酯0.7份、动物油8份、植物油3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的空压机组合润滑油,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料构成:三苯基锑0.7份、4-甲基环己醇2.3份、硬酯酸乙酯1.6份、乙酰丙酮0.7份、角鲨烷3份、硬酯酸丁酯0.15份、四氟邻苯二甲酸3.3份、油酸甲酯2.5份、聚二甲基硅氧烷1.6份、油酸丁酯0.45份、动物油8份、植物油3.8份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的空压机组合润滑油,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料构成:三苯基锑0.6份、4-甲基环己醇2.6份、硬酯酸乙酯1.2份、乙酰丙酮0.85份、角鲨烷2.9份、硬酯酸丁酯0.45份、四氟邻苯二甲酸2.6份、油酸甲酯2.3份、聚二甲基硅氧烷1.5份、油酸丁酯0.7份、动物油9份、植物油5份。
