Abstract

本发明提供了一种专用于空压机的润滑脂,由以下重量份原料构成:三油酸甘油酯2‑4份、芥酸酰胺1‑2份、聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯0.6‑0.8份、1,2,3‑三氯苯2‑3份、2‑甲基‑2‑戊醇4‑甲基环己醇1‑2份、硬酯酸乙酯0.1‑0.5份、2,2‑二甲基丁酸0.2‑0.6份、季戊四醇1‑3份、动物油3‑6份、植物油3‑8份。本发明润滑脂,具有较高的耐腐蚀性能,其耐磨性能、抗氧化性能均优于现有技术中的润滑油脂。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种专用于空压机的润滑脂。
背景技术
润滑脂是由一种或多种稠化剂分散在一种或多种液体润滑剂中得到的介于半流体到固体之间的具有非牛顿流体特征的一类润滑剂。润滑脂的基本特征是具有一定的型态,易于附着,流动性低于相应的基础油。润滑脂用于机械的摩擦部分,起润滑和密封作用。
空气压缩机是一种用以压缩气体的设备。在日常使用中,对于润滑脂要求较高。
发明内容
本发明的上的是提供一种专用于空压机的润滑脂,可提供较好的润滑效果。
专用于空压机的润滑脂,由以下重量份原料构成:三油酸甘油酯2-4份、芥酸酰胺1-2份、聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯0.6-0.8份、1,2,3-三氯苯2-3份、2-甲基-2-戊醇4-甲基环己醇1-2份、硬酯酸乙酯0.1-0.5份、2,2-二甲基丁酸0.2-0.6份、季戊四醇1-3份、动物油3-6份、植物油3-8份。
进一步,由以下重量份原料构成: 三油酸甘油酯2.6份、芥酸酰胺1.4份、聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯0.7份、1,2,3-三氯苯2.6份、2-甲基-2-戊醇4-甲基环己醇1.8份、硬酯酸乙酯0.4份、2,2-二甲基丁酸0.4份、季戊四醇2.4份、动物油4份、植物油5份。
进一步,由以下重量份原料构成:三油酸甘油酯3.5份、芥酸酰胺1.5份、聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯0.7份、1,2,3-三氯苯2.4份、2-甲基-2-戊醇4-甲基环己醇1.4份、硬酯酸乙酯0.3份、2,2-二甲基丁酸0.5份、季戊四醇2.2份、动物油4份、植物油6份。
进一步,由以下重量份原料构成:三油酸甘油酯2.5份、芥酸酰胺1.3份、聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯0.65份、1,2,3-三氯苯2.4份、2-甲基-2-戊醇4-甲基环己醇1.7份、硬酯酸乙酯0.4份、2,2-二甲基丁酸0.3份、季戊四醇2.4份、动物油6份、植物油5份。
本发明润滑脂,具有较高的耐腐蚀性能,其耐磨性能、抗氧化性能均优于现有技术中的润滑油脂。
具体实施方式
实施例1 专用于空压机的润滑脂,由以下重量份原料构成:三油酸甘油酯2.6份、芥酸酰胺1.4份、聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯0.7份、1,2,3-三氯苯2.6份、2-甲基-2-戊醇4-甲基环己醇1.8份、硬酯酸乙酯0.4份、2,2-二甲基丁酸0.4份、季戊四醇2.4份、动物油4份、植物油5份。
实施例2
专用于空压机的润滑脂,由以下重量份原料构成:三油酸甘油酯3.5份、芥酸酰胺1.5份、聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯0.7份、1,2,3-三氯苯2.4份、2-甲基-2-戊醇4-甲基环己醇1.4份、硬酯酸乙酯0.3份、2,2-二甲基丁酸0.5份、季戊四醇2.2份、动物油4份、植物油6份。
实施例3
专用于空压机的润滑脂,由以下重量份原料构成:三油酸甘油酯2.5份、芥酸酰胺1.3份、聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯0.65份、1,2,3-三氯苯2.4份、2-甲基-2-戊醇4-甲基环己醇1.7份、硬酯酸乙酯0.4份、2,2-二甲基丁酸0.3份、季戊四醇2.4份、动物油6份、植物油5份。

1.专用于空压机的润滑脂,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料构成:三油酸甘油酯2-4份、芥酸酰胺1-2份、聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯0.6-0.8份、1,2,3-三氯苯2-3份、2-甲基-2-戊醇4-甲基环己醇1-2份、硬酯酸乙酯0.1-0.5份、2,2-二甲基丁酸0.2-0.6份、季戊四醇1-3份、动物油3-6份、植物油3-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的专用于空压机的润滑脂,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料构成:三油酸甘油酯2.6份、芥酸酰胺1.4份、聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯0.7份、1,2,3-三氯苯2.6份、2-甲基-2-戊醇4-甲基环己醇1.8份、硬酯酸乙酯0.4份、2,2-二甲基丁酸0.4份、季戊四醇2.4份、动物油4份、植物油5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的专用于空压机的润滑脂,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料构成: 三油酸甘油酯3.5份、芥酸酰胺1.5份、聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯0.7份、1,2,3-三氯苯2.4份、2-甲基-2-戊醇4-甲基环己醇1.4份、硬酯酸乙酯0.3份、2,2-二甲基丁酸0.5份、季戊四醇2.2份、动物油4份、植物油6份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的专用于空压机的润滑脂,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料构成: 三油酸甘油酯2.5份、芥酸酰胺1.3份、聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯0.65份、1,2,3-三氯苯2.4份、2-甲基-2-戊醇4-甲基环己醇1.7份、硬酯酸乙酯0.4份、2,2-二甲基丁酸0.3份、季戊四醇2.4份、动物油6份、植物油5份。
