Abstract
本发明提供了一种空气压缩机用润滑油,由以下重量份原料构成:二硫化钨0.3‑0.6份、五赤藓醇四硬酯酸酯1‑2份、芥酸酰胺0.3‑0.7份、聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯2‑3份、四苯基锡2‑4份、油酸钠1.2‑1.8份、硬酯酸丁酯1‑2份、四氟邻苯二甲酸0.6‑0.9份、1,12‑十二烷二醇1‑2份、动物油4‑8份、植物油5‑10份。本发明润滑油油,具有较高的耐腐蚀性能,其耐磨性能、抗氧化性能均优于现有技术中的润滑油脂,能够较好的应用于空气压缩机中。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种空气压缩机用润滑油。
背景技术
润滑油是由一种或多种稠化剂分散在一种或多种液体润滑剂中得到的介于半流体到固体之间的具有非牛顿流体特征的一类润滑剂。润滑脂的基本特征是具有一定的型态,易于附着,流动性低于相应的基础油。润滑脂用于机械的摩擦部分,起润滑和密封作用。
空气压缩机是一种用以压缩气体的设备。对于往复活塞式空压机,由于往复动作的频繁性,对润滑油的要求较高。
发明内容
本发明的上的是提供一种空气压缩机用润滑油,可提供较好的润滑效果。
空气压缩机用润滑油,由以下重量份原料构成:
二硫化钨0.3-0.6份、五赤藓醇四硬酯酸酯1-2份、芥酸酰胺0.3-0.7份、聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯2-3份、四苯基锡2-4份、油酸钠1.2-1.8份、硬酯酸丁酯1-2份、四氟邻苯二甲酸0.6-0.9份、1,12-十二烷二醇1-2份、动物油4-8份、植物油5-10份。
进一步,由以下重量份原料构成:二硫化钨0.5份、五赤藓醇四硬酯酸酯1.3份、芥酸酰胺0.6份、聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯2.6份、四苯基锡3份、油酸钠1.5份、硬酯酸丁酯1.4份、四氟邻苯二甲酸0.7份、1,12-十二烷二醇1.4份、动物油6份、植物油8份。
进一步,由以下重量份原料构成:二硫化钨0.6份、五赤藓醇四硬酯酸酯1.8份、芥酸酰胺0.4份、聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯2.6份、四苯基锡2.2份、油酸钠1.6份、硬酯酸丁酯1.4份、四氟邻苯二甲酸0.7份、1,12-十二烷二醇1.8份、动物油6份、植物油7份。
进一步,由以下重量份原料构成:二硫化钨0.42份、五赤藓醇四硬酯酸酯1.3份、芥酸酰胺0.6份、聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯2.2份、四苯基锡3.4份、油酸钠1.4份、硬酯酸丁酯1.7份、四氟邻苯二甲酸0.9份、1,12-十二烷二醇1.6份、动物油5份、植物油6份。
本发明润滑油油,具有较高的耐腐蚀性能,其耐磨性能、抗氧化性能均优于现有技术中的润滑油脂,能够较好的应用于空气压缩机中。
具体实施方式
实施例1 空气压缩机用润滑油,由以下重量份原料构成:二硫化钨0.5份、五赤藓醇四硬酯酸酯1.3份、芥酸酰胺0.6份、聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯2.6份、四苯基锡3份、油酸钠1.5份、硬酯酸丁酯1.4份、四氟邻苯二甲酸0.7份、1,12-十二烷二醇1.4份、动物油6份、植物油8份。
实施例2
空气压缩机用润滑油,由以下重量份原料构成:二硫化钨0.6份、五赤藓醇四硬酯酸酯1.8份、芥酸酰胺0.4份、聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯2.6份、四苯基锡2.2份、油酸钠1.6份、硬酯酸丁酯1.4份、四氟邻苯二甲酸0.7份、1,12-十二烷二醇1.8份、动物油6份、植物油7份。
实施例3
空气压缩机用润滑油,由以下重量份原料构成:二硫化钨0.42份、五赤藓醇四硬酯酸酯1.3份、芥酸酰胺0.6份、聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯2.2份、四苯基锡3.4份、油酸钠1.4份、硬酯酸丁酯1.7份、四氟邻苯二甲酸0.9份、1,12-十二烷二醇1.6份、动物油5份、植物油6份。

二硫化钨0.3-0.6份、五赤藓醇四硬酯酸酯1-2份、芥酸酰胺0.3-0.7份、聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯2-3份、四苯基锡2-4份、油酸钠1.2-1.8份、硬酯酸丁酯1-2份、四氟邻苯二甲酸0.6-0.9份、1,12-十二烷二醇1-2份、动物油4-8份、植物油5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空气压缩机用润滑油,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料构成:二硫化钨0.5份、五赤藓醇四硬酯酸酯1.3份、芥酸酰胺0.6份、聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯2.6份、四苯基锡3份、油酸钠1.5份、硬酯酸丁酯1.4份、四氟邻苯二甲酸0.7份、1,12-十二烷二醇1.4份、动物油6份、植物油8份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的空气压缩机用润滑油,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料构成:二硫化钨0.6份、五赤藓醇四硬酯酸酯1.8份、芥酸酰胺0.4份、聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯2.6份、四苯基锡2.2份、油酸钠1.6份、硬酯酸丁酯1.4份、四氟邻苯二甲酸0.7份、1,12-十二烷二醇1.8份、动物油6份、植物油7份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的空气压缩机用润滑油,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料构成:二硫化钨0.42份、五赤藓醇四硬酯酸酯1.3份、芥酸酰胺0.6份、聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯2.2份、四苯基锡3.4份、油酸钠1.4份、硬酯酸丁酯1.7份、四氟邻苯二甲酸0.9份、1,12-十二烷二醇1.6份、动物油5份、植物油6份。
