Abstract
本发明公开了一种石墨润滑油,按质量份数计包括如下原料:石墨30‑50份,硫化异丁烯5‑15份,环己胺2‑3份,镁粉3‑8份,油酸甲酯5‑8份,基础油10‑20份,硼酸钾3‑10份,石油磺酸钙2‑5份,抗磨剂3‑5份、分散剂1‑3份以及石蜡2‑8份。本发明的石墨润滑油可以在各种恶劣工况下工作,从而避免液体润滑剂的长时间使用导致的失效,降低更换频率,可在高速、高温、高压的条件下工作,而且耐高温性好。

技术领域
本发明涉及精细化工技术领域,特别是涉及一种石墨润滑油。
背景技术
润滑油是用在汽车、机械设备上以减少摩擦、保护机械及加工件的液体或半固体润滑剂,主要起润滑、冷却、防锈、清洁、密封和缓冲等作用。润滑油由基础油和添加剂两部分组成,基础油是润滑油的主要成分,决定着润滑油的基本性质,添加剂则可弥补和改善基础油性能方面的不足,赋予某些新的性能,是润滑油的重要组成部分。
因为近几年随着工业的发展,润滑油需求量越来越大,可是单纯用基础油作为润滑油成本太高,石墨可以解决这一问题,在润滑油中加入超微细石墨,使石墨悬浮在润滑油中所形成的一种节能型润滑油。且一般商业润滑油需要经常更换,耗时耗力,比较浪费。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是提供一种可在高速、高温、高压的条件下工作,且耐高温,可长期使用的石墨润滑油。
技术方案:本发明的一种石墨润滑油,按质量份数计包括如下原料:石墨30-50份,硫化异丁烯5-15份,环己胺2-3份,镁粉3-8份,油酸甲酯5-8份,基础油10-20份,硼酸钾3-10份,石油磺酸钙2-5份,抗磨剂3-5份、分散剂1-3份以及石蜡2-8份。
优选的,所述石墨40份,硫化异丁烯10份,环己胺2.5份,镁粉5份,油酸甲酯6份,基础油15份,硼酸钾6份,石油磺酸钙3份,抗磨剂4份、分散剂2份以及石蜡5份。

优选的,所述石墨45份,硫化异丁烯12份,环己胺3份,镁粉7份,油酸甲酯7份,基础油18份,硼酸钾8份,石油磺酸钙4份,抗磨剂5份、分散剂3份以及石蜡7份。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明的显著优点为:可在高速、高温、高压的条件下工作,而且耐高温性好,可在各种恶劣工况下工作,从而避免润滑剂的长时间使用导致的失效,降低更换频率。

原料:石墨40份,硫化异丁烯10份,环己胺2.5份,镁粉5份,油酸甲酯6份,基础油15份,硼酸钾6份,石油磺酸钙3份,抗磨剂4份、分散剂2份以及石蜡5份。

原料:石墨30份,硫化异丁烯5份,环己胺2份,镁粉3份,油酸甲酯5份,基础油10份,硼酸钾3份,石油磺酸钙2份,抗磨剂3份、分散剂1份以及石蜡2份。

1.一种石墨润滑油,其特征在于,按质量份数计包括如下原料:石墨30-50份,硫化异丁烯5-15份,环己胺2-3份,镁粉3-8份,油酸甲酯5-8份,基础油10-20份,硼酸钾3-10份,石油磺酸钙2-5份,抗磨剂3-5份、分散剂1-3份以及石蜡2-8份。
