本发明揭示了一种轴承用高温耐磨润滑油,由聚α‑烯烃、原油降凝剂、粘度指数改进剂、摩擦改善剂、防腐防锈剂以及极压抗磨剂组成,所述轴承用高温耐磨润滑油中各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述聚α‑烯烃占88‑105份,所述原油降凝剂占12‑17份,所述粘度指数改进剂占7‑13份,所述摩擦改善剂占5‑11份,所述防腐防锈剂占3‑10份,所述极压抗磨剂占18‑26份。本发明具有环保、防止磨损及擦伤、润滑性好、抗老化、耐高温、流动性好、稳定性好的特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种轴承用高温耐磨润滑油。
背景技术
润滑油是用在各种类型汽车、机械设备上以减少摩擦,保护机械及加工件的液体或半固体润滑剂,主要起润滑、辅助冷却、防锈、清洁、密封和缓冲等作用。只要是应用于两个相对运动的物体之间,而可以减少两物体因接触而产生的磨擦与磨损之功能,即为润滑油。但是润滑油同样存在很多不足,如润滑性达不到要求,在高温情况下容易发生变性,耐磨性降低,稳定性欠佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有环保、防止磨损及擦伤、润滑性好、抗老化、耐高温、流动性好、稳定性好的特点的轴承用高温耐磨润滑油。
本发明的技术方案是,一种轴承用高温耐磨润滑油,由聚α-烯烃、原油降凝剂、粘度指数改进剂、摩擦改善剂、防腐防锈剂以及极压抗磨剂组成,所述轴承用高温耐磨润滑油中各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述聚α-烯烃占88-105份,所述原油降凝剂占12-17份,所述粘度指数改进剂占7-13份,所述摩擦改善剂占5-11份,所述防腐防锈剂占3-10份,所述极压抗磨剂占18-26份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述原油降凝剂为烷基萘磺酸钠。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述粘度指数改进剂为聚丙烯酸酯。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述摩擦改善剂为鲸蜡基胺。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述防腐防锈剂为椰子油脂肪酰二乙醇胺。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述极压抗磨剂为硫化异丁烯。
本发明所述为一种轴承用高温耐磨润滑油,本发明具有环保、防止磨损及擦伤、润滑性好、抗老化、耐高温、流动性好、稳定性好的特点。

本发明所述为一种轴承用高温耐磨润滑油,由聚α-烯烃、原油降凝剂、粘度指数改进剂、摩擦改善剂、防腐防锈剂以及极压抗磨剂组成,所述轴承用高温耐磨润滑油中各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述聚α-烯烃占88-105份,所述烷基萘磺酸钠占12-17份,所述聚丙烯酸酯占7-13份,所述鲸蜡基胺占5-11份,所述椰子油脂肪酰二乙醇胺占3-10份,所述硫化异丁烯占18-26份。
实施例一
一种轴承用高温耐磨润滑油,所述轴承用高温耐磨润滑油中各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述聚α-烯烃占88份,所述烷基萘磺酸钠占13份,所述聚丙烯酸酯占7份,所述鲸蜡基胺占5份,所述椰子油脂肪酰二乙醇胺占4份,所述硫化异丁烯占18份。
实施例二
一种轴承用高温耐磨润滑油,所述轴承用高温耐磨润滑油中各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述聚α-烯烃占105份,所述烷基萘磺酸钠占17份,所述聚丙烯酸酯占12份,所述鲸蜡基胺占10份,所述椰子油脂肪酰二乙醇胺占9份,所述硫化异丁烯占25份。
本发明所述为一种轴承用高温耐磨润滑油,本发明具有环保、防止磨损及擦伤、润滑性好、抗老化、耐高温、流动性好、稳定性好的特点。

1.一种轴承用高温耐磨润滑油,其特征在于:所述轴承用高温耐磨润滑油由聚α-烯烃、原油降凝剂、粘度指数改进剂、摩擦改善剂、防腐防锈剂以及极压抗磨剂组成,所述轴承用高温耐磨润滑油中各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述聚α-烯烃占88-105份,所述原油降凝剂占12-17份,所述粘度指数改进剂占7-13份,所述摩擦改善剂占5-11份,所述防腐防锈剂占3-10份,所述极压抗磨剂占18-26份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轴承用高温耐磨润滑油,其特征在于:所述原油降凝剂为烷基萘磺酸钠。
3.根据权利要求1所述的轴承用高温耐磨润滑油,其特征在于:所述粘度指数改进剂为聚丙烯酸酯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的轴承用高温耐磨润滑油,其特征在于:所述摩擦改善剂为鲸蜡基胺。
5.根据权利要求1所述的轴承用高温耐磨润滑油,其特征在于:所述防腐防锈剂为椰子油脂肪酰二乙醇胺。
6.根据权利要求1所述的轴承用高温耐磨润滑油,其特征在于:所述极压抗磨剂为硫化异丁烯。
