本发明公开了一种高温抗磨性能优异的链条油组合物,该组合物所包含的组分及各组分在组合物中的质量百分比为:季戊四醇复酯92~96%、抗氧剂组合1~3%、抗磨剂组合2~4%、抗腐蚀剂0.2~0.8%、防锈剂0.2~0.6%;季戊四醇复酯是以季戊四醇、二元酸、一元饱和脂肪酸在催化剂存在下在160~200℃反应12~16h,然后经过减压蒸馏、白土吸附、过滤制得;抗氧剂组合为二苯胺类抗氧剂、萘胺类抗氧剂和胺类抗氧剂低聚物的组合;抗磨剂组合为亚磷酸酯、磷酸酯和二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼的组合。本发明采用季戊四醇复酯作为链条油的基础油,具有高闪点、低倾点、粘度指数高、蒸发损失小、不易结焦等特点,通过与添加剂的合理复配,获得具有优异高温抗磨性能的高温链条油组合物。

一种高温抗磨性能优异的链条油组合物
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高温抗磨性能优异的链条油组合物,属于润滑油领域。
背景技术
链条油是工业润滑油的一种,用于各种链条的润滑、防锈、减少摩擦、磨损,可以提高传动效率和延长链条寿命。随着现代工业的发展,链条的使用工况越来越苛刻,使用温度愈来愈高,传动速度愈来愈快,因此要求相应的高温链条油具有优异的高温稳定性和高温抗磨性。
高温链条油的基础油可分为矿物油型、聚醚型、合成酯型。普通的矿物油使用温度一般不会超过150℃,且使用寿命短,经过加氢处理的矿物油具有更好的高温稳定性,如专利CN102250672B报道的一种矿物油型高温链条油及其制备方法,该发明以釜底减压渣油的高压加氢矿物油为基础油,通过加入适当的添加剂,可适用于低于300℃的链条润滑场合,并且该高温链条油在250℃、2h的蒸发损失小于同粘度的双季戊四醇复合酯。聚醚型基础油相比普通矿物油具有更高的使用温度,可达到220℃,且不易结焦、成漆膜、积碳,专利CN102618363A报道了一种汽车烤漆专用高温链条油及其制备方法,该发明以环氧乙烷、环氧丙烷聚合物(聚醚)为基础油,加入适当的添加剂,使产品具有良好的油漆相容性,不易结焦、积碳小,但是聚醚型链条油闪点低、蒸发损失大,在一定程度上限制了其应用。合成酯型基础油是近年发展较快、应用需求不断增长的高温链条油基础油,如专利CN100580069C报道的一种清净复合酯型高温链条油及其调配方法,该发明以双季戊四醇复合酯、均苯四酸酯为基础油,加入适当的添加剂,使产品适用温度达到260℃,且在高温环境下蒸发损失小、结焦少、清净性好。专利CN1537157A公开了一种高温润滑剂组合物,该组合物以新戊基多元醇酯为基础油,尤其以双季戊四醇酯为主,该组合物在230℃、168h烤炉蒸发实验后损失率只有36.9%,且仍为液态;通过282℃、20h的成漆板实验表明该组合物比聚α烯烃类链条油抗结焦性能优越,该组合物被证明可用于250℃以上的高温工况。专利CN101117609A公开了一种高温链条油及其制备方法,所述高温链条油以双季戊四醇酯、芳香酯为基础油,通过加入高温抗氧剂(如胺类)、抗磨剂(如磷酸酯、亚磷酸酯)、抗腐蚀剂(如苯并三唑)、高分子酯型清净分散剂获得,具有蒸发损失小,结焦量小的特点。除上述几种类型链条油外,专利CN103409209B报道了一种合成高温链条油,以苯甲基硅油和特定的水不溶性聚醚为基础油,这两种原料是互溶的,解决了长期存在的硅油和聚醚不相溶的问题,该基础油中大量存在Si-H键和C-O键,因此苯甲基硅油和聚醚都不会出现积炭和结焦的情况,对设备链条的保护明显更好;此外,该合成链条油四球摩擦试验(40Kg、30min、75℃)的磨斑直径最低为0.42mm,抗磨性能很好。
上述专利在解决高温链条油的热氧化稳定性(如蒸发损失、结焦和积碳性能)做了很多工作,对高温链条油的抗磨性能研究主要集中在常温,而对高温链条油的高温抗磨性能关注较少,在实际工况愈来愈苛刻的形势下,有必要开发一种高温抗磨性能优异的高温链条油,有效保护链条的平稳传动、延长使用寿命,为安全生产提供保障。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高温抗磨性能优异的链条油组合物。
一种高温抗磨性能优异的链条油组合物,其特征在于该组合物所包含的组分及各组分在组合物中的质量百分比为:季戊四醇复酯92~96%、抗氧剂组合1~3%、抗磨剂组合2~4%、抗腐蚀剂0.2~0.8%、防锈剂0.2~0.6%;所述季戊四醇复酯是以季戊四醇、二元酸、一元饱和脂肪酸在催化剂存在下在160~200℃反应12~16h,然后经过减压蒸馏、白土吸附、过滤制得;所述抗氧剂组合为二苯胺类抗氧剂、萘胺类抗氧剂和胺类抗氧剂低聚物的组合;所述抗磨剂组合为亚磷酸酯、磷酸酯和二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼的组合。
所述季戊四醇、二元酸、一元饱和脂肪酸的摩尔比为1:0.29~0.46:3.04~3.37,所述催化剂与季戊四醇的质量比为0.004:1。
所述二元酸为己二酸,所述一元饱和脂肪酸为正辛酸和异壬酸,所述催化剂为固体超强酸SO4 2-/ZrO2
所述季戊四醇复酯在40℃的粘度为110~320mm2/s。
所述二苯胺类抗氧剂、萘胺类抗氧剂和胺类抗氧剂低聚物在组合物中的质量百分比依次为0.5~1.5%、0.2~1%、0.3~0.5%。

本发明的有益效果是:本发明制备的一种高温抗磨性能优异的高温链条油组合物,采用独特的季戊四醇复酯结构,辅以高效的抗氧剂组合、高效的抗磨剂组合、抗腐蚀剂及防锈剂制备获得,具有优异的高温抗磨性、减摩性以及良好的高温热氧化安定性,特别适用于苛刻工况下链条的润滑防护。本发明采用季戊四醇复酯作为链条油的基础油,具有高闪点、低倾点、粘度指数高、蒸发损失小、不易结焦等特点,通过与添加剂的合理复配,获得具有优异高温抗磨性能的高温链条油组合物。

具体实施方式
实施例1
在装有冷凝管及分水器的500ml三口烧瓶中加入季戊四醇0.36mol(49g)、己二酸0.1075mol(15.7g)、正辛酸0.67mol(96.7g)、异壬酸0.54mol(85.4g)、固体超强酸SO4 2-/ZrO20.196g、石油醚(90~120)20ml,开启搅拌,升温至160℃回流反应4h,然后以10℃/h的速率升温至200℃,继续保温反应4h,反应结束。在真空度0.95MPa、200℃下减压蒸馏脱除溶剂和过量酸,然后加入5%活性白土于100℃搅拌2h过滤,得到最终产品季戊四醇复酯1。
实施例2
在装有冷凝管及分水器的500ml三口烧瓶中加入季戊四醇0.36mol(49g)、己二酸0.164mol(24g)、正辛酸0.397mol(57.3g)、异壬酸0.699mol(110.6g)、固体超强酸SO4 2-/ZrO20.196g、石油醚(90~120)20ml,开启搅拌,升温至160℃回流反应4h,然后以10℃/h的速率升温至200℃,保温反应8h,反应结束。在真空度0.95MPa、200℃下减压蒸馏脱除溶剂和过量酸,然后加入5%活性白土于100℃搅拌2h过滤,得到最终产品季戊四醇复酯2。
实施例3
取92g季戊四醇复酯1加入250ml烧杯,依次加入1.5g丁基/辛基二苯胺、1g氮苯基-α-萘胺、0.5gV9317、1.5g亚磷酸三辛酯、1g磷酸三甲酚酯、1.5gN,N-二(十二烷基)二硫代氨基甲酸钼、0.8g苯并三氮唑、0.2gT746,加热至80℃搅拌1h,得到最终产品,记为组合物1。
实施例4
取47g季戊四醇复酯1、47g季戊四醇复酯2加入250ml烧杯,依次加入0.5g二辛基二苯胺、1g氮苯基-α-萘胺、0.3gV9317、1.5g亚磷酸三月桂醇酯、1.2g磷酸三甲酚酯、0.7gN,N-二(2-乙基己基)二硫代氨基甲酸钼、0.2g苯并三氮唑、0.6gT746,加热至80℃搅拌1h,得到最终产品,记为组合物2。
实施例5
取96g季戊四醇复酯2加入250ml烧杯,依次加入0.5g二辛基二苯胺、0.2g辛基苯基-α-萘胺、0.3gV9317、0.5g亚磷酸三硬脂醇酯、0.5g磷酸二甲酚酯、1gN,N-二(十二烷基)二硫代氨基甲酸钼、0.5gN,N-二烷基氨基亚甲基苯三唑、0.5gT747,加热至80℃搅拌1h,得到最终产品,记为组合物3。

1.一种高温抗磨性能优异的链条油组合物,其特征在于该组合物所包含的组分及各组分在组合物中的质量百分比为:季戊四醇复酯92~96%、抗氧剂组合1~3%、抗磨剂组合2~4%、抗腐蚀剂0.2~0.8%、防锈剂0.2~0.6%;所述季戊四醇复酯是以季戊四醇、二元酸、一元饱和脂肪酸在催化剂存在下在160~200℃反应12~16h,然后经过减压蒸馏、白土吸附、过滤制得;所述抗氧剂组合为二苯胺类抗氧剂、萘胺类抗氧剂和胺类抗氧剂低聚物的组合;所述抗磨剂组合为亚磷酸酯、磷酸酯和二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼的组合。

3.如权利要求1或2所述的链条油组合物,其特征在于所述二元酸为己二酸,所述一元饱和脂肪酸为正辛酸和异壬酸,所述催化剂为固体超强酸SO4 2-/ZrO2
4.如权利要求1所述的链条油组合物,其特征在于所述季戊四醇复酯在40℃的粘度为110~320mm2/s。
5.如权利要求1所述的链条油组合物,其特征在于所述二苯胺类抗氧剂、萘胺类抗氧剂和胺类抗氧剂低聚物在组合物中的质量百分比依次为0.5~1.5%、0.2~1%、0.3~0.5%。
6.如权利要求1或5所述的链条油组合物,其特征在于所述的二苯胺类抗氧剂为丁基/辛基二苯胺、二辛基二苯胺的一种;所述萘胺类抗氧剂为氮苯基-α-萘胺、辛基苯基-α-萘胺的一种;所述胺类抗氧剂低聚物为范德比尔特产品V9317。
7.如权利要求1所述的链条油组合物,其特征在于所述亚磷酸酯、磷酸酯和二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼在组合物中的质量百分比依次为0.5~1.5%、0.5~1.2%、0.7~1.5%。
8.如权利要求1或7所述的链条油组合物,其特征在于所述亚磷酸酯为亚磷酸三辛酯、亚磷酸三月桂醇酯、亚磷酸三硬脂醇酯中的一种;所述磷酸酯为磷酸三甲酚酯、磷酸二甲酚酯中的一种;所述二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼为N,N-二(2-乙基己基)二硫代氨基甲酸钼、N,N-二(十二烷基)二硫代氨基甲酸钼中的一种。
9.如权利要求1所述的链条油组合物,其特征在于所述抗腐蚀剂为苯并三氮唑、N,N-二烷基氨基亚甲基苯三唑中的一种。
10.如权利要求1所述的链条油组合物,其特征在于所述防锈剂为T746、T747中的一种。
