一种带有涂层的消防泵泵轴的制作工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤,前处理,除去泵轴表面的油污、铁和氧化皮杂物后,用抛丸机进行表面氧化层处理;涂覆是用达克罗溶液喷涂或浸渍消防泵泵轴,然后再采用离心甩干、自然垂流、刷除去多于的处理液;烘烤是将泵轴基体上的达克罗处理液转变成膜层的过程,经300℃左右的温度进行烧结固化氧化还原,然后清洗、打磨泵轴即可完工。
进一步,第一步中,前处理为有机溶剂、碱性清洗剂脱脂或喷砂。
进一步,第二步中,达克罗处理液由铝粒、铬酐和树脂组成,经固化成膜层网状立体结构。
与现有技术相比较,本发明具有如下的有益效果:
本发明的好处在于,工艺熟练,既提高了产品质量,又保护了自然生态环境。该涂层具有无公害、无氢脆、优良的耐蚀性、浸透性、耐热性等特点,避免了钢管漏镀,产品质量好,不易生锈。
