进一步,第二步中,达克罗处理液由铝粒、铬酐和树脂组成,经固化成膜层网状立体结构。
与现有技术相比较,本发明具有如下的有益效果:
本发明的好处在于,工艺熟练,步骤合理,使钢管表面附着保护层,从而起到防腐的目的,避免了钢管漏镀。该涂层具有无公害、无氢脆、优良的耐蚀性、浸透性、耐热性等特点,避免了钢管漏镀,产品质量好,不易生锈。
