本发明公开一种带有涂层的施肥盘片的制备方法,包括如下步骤,前处理,除去零部件施肥盘片表面的油污、铁和氧化皮杂物后;涂覆是用达克罗溶液喷涂或浸渍零部件施肥盘片,然后再采用离心甩干、自然垂流、刷除去多于的处理液;烘烤是将施肥盘片基体上的达克罗处理液转变成膜层的过程,在网带式循环热风烘烤炉中进行;然后清洗、打磨施肥盘片即可完工。

技术领域
本发明属于农业工具技术领域,尤其涉及一种带有涂层的施肥盘片的制备方法。
背景技术
农作物在生长过程中,由于各种原因会产生病害和虫害,为此需要对农作物进行施肥作业,但是现有的施肥盘片存在好多问题,如施肥盘放置时间较长后金属制品的特征容易生锈,需要使用者更换施肥盘,而达克罗涂层是由片状锌粉、铝粉、含铬的金属盐及粘合剂组成的涂液涂覆于零件表面,经烧结而形成的一种全新结构和性能的防护层,技术人员在此基础上进行了改进和完善。
发明内容
本发明旨在克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种带有涂层的施肥盘片的制备方法,具有无公害、防锈性能好,质量稳定的特点。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种带有涂层的施肥盘片的制备方法,包括如下步骤,前处理,除去零部件施肥盘片表面的油污、铁和氧化皮杂物后;涂覆是用达克罗溶液喷涂或浸渍零部件施肥盘片,然后再采用离心甩干、自然垂流、刷除去多于的处理液;烘烤是将施肥盘片基体上的达克罗处理液转变成膜层的过程,常在网带式循环热风烘烤炉中进行;然后清洗、打磨施肥盘片即可完工。
进一步,第一步中,前处理的方法为有机溶剂、碱性清洗剂脱脂、抛丸、喷丸或喷砂。
进一步,第二步中,达克罗处理液由铝粒、铬酐和树脂组成,经固化成膜。
与现有技术相比较,本发明具有如下的有益效果:
本发明的好处在于,该涂层具有无公害、无氢脆、优良的耐蚀性、浸透性、耐热性等特点,避免了钢管漏镀,产品质量好,不易生锈。作为汽车、铁路、公路交通、电力、建筑、桥梁等行业中小零部件的防腐处理,已在世界范围内得到了广泛的应用。

实施例 一种带有涂层的施肥盘片的制备方法,包括如下步骤,前处理,除去零部件施肥盘片表面的油污、铁和氧化皮杂物后;第一步中,前处理的方法为有机溶剂、碱性清洗剂脱脂、抛丸、喷丸或喷砂。涂覆是用达克罗溶液喷涂或浸渍零部件施肥盘片,然后再采用离心甩干、自然垂流、刷除去多于的处理液;第二步中,达克罗处理液由铝粒、铬酐和树脂组成,经固化成膜。烘烤是将施肥盘片基体上的达克罗处理液转变成膜层的过程,常在网带式循环热风烘烤炉中进行;然后清洗、打磨施肥盘片即可完工。

1.一种带有涂层的施肥盘片的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤,前处理,除去零部件施肥盘片表面的油污、铁和氧化皮杂物后;涂覆是用达克罗溶液喷涂或浸渍零部件施肥盘片,然后再采用离心甩干、自然垂流、刷除去多于的处理液;烘烤是将施肥盘片基体上的达克罗处理液转变成膜层的过程,在网带式循环热风烘烤炉中进行;然后清洗、打磨施肥盘片即可完工。
2.根据权利要求 1所述带有涂层的施肥盘片的制备方法,其特征在于:第一步中,前处理的方法为有机溶剂、碱性清洗剂脱脂、抛丸、喷丸或喷砂。
