Abstract
本发明公开了一种轮毂的表面处理方法,属于汽车轮毂表面处理技术领域,包括以下步骤:A.碱洗以除油,碱洗液的组分包含:磷酸、酸式氟化铵、硼酸;温度为室温;B.碱洗后采用常温的蒸馏水进行清洗;C.酸洗,酸洗液是戊二酸、乳酸、盐酸、缓蚀剂以及润湿剂的水溶液;D.镀镍后清洗烘干,采用丙烯酸树脂进行中涂,并干燥;E.在轮毂表面喷涂面漆。除油清洗后进行酸洗,除去表面的锈和氧化皮等,酸洗液能够将镁合金表面的氧化膜、变质层、腐蚀产物和金属偏析彻底清除,不会在合金表面残留灰膜,且不会腐蚀镁合金深层基材,使镁合金表面得到充分活化,耐腐蚀性以及与漆膜的结合力良好。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车轮毂表面处理技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种轮毂的表面处理方法。
背景技术
轮毂是轮胎内廓支撑轮胎的圆桶形的、中心装在轴上的金属部件。通常采用铝合金或镁合金等材质。轮毂作为车辆重要安全运动部件,用镁合金来替代铝合金更能发挥镁的减重、节能减排和提高驾乘舒适性的优势。但因镁的化学性质活泼、电极电位低、在自然环境中极易腐蚀,有效的腐蚀防护对镁合金在轮毂上实现商业应用就显得极其迫切和必要。镁合金的耐腐蚀性很差,制约了镁合金的使用。因此,镁合金结构材料在使用前要进行适当的表面处理,以提高它的耐腐蚀性,这对发挥镁及镁合金的性能优势有着重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种轮毂的表面处理方法,以解决镁合金轮毂的耐腐蚀问题。
为实现本发明目的,采用的技术方案为:一种轮毂的表面处理方法,包括以下步骤:
A.碱洗以除油,碱洗液的组分包含:磷酸、酸式氟化铵、硼酸;温度为室温;
B.碱洗后采用常温的蒸馏水进行清洗;
C.酸洗,酸洗液是戊二酸、乳酸、盐酸、缓蚀剂以及润湿剂的水溶液;
D.镀镍后清洗烘干,采用丙烯酸树脂进行中涂,并干燥;
E.在轮毂表面喷涂面漆。
进一步地,所述碱洗液的温度为75℃,碱洗时间为12min。
进一步地,步骤D中镀镍时,采用的镀液组分包含:柠檬酸、乳酸和丁二酸。
进一步地,所述镀液的Ph值为6.5。
本发明的有益效果是,除油清洗后进行酸洗,除去表面的锈和氧化皮等,酸洗液能够将镁合金表面的氧化膜、变质层、腐蚀产物和金属偏析彻底清除,不会在合金表面残留灰膜,且不会腐蚀镁合金深层基材,使镁合金表面得到充分活化,耐腐蚀性以及与漆膜的结合力良好。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体的实施例子对本发明做进一步的详细描述。
本发明提供的轮毂的表面处理方法,包括以下步骤:
A.碱洗以除油,碱洗液的组分包含:磷酸、酸式氟化铵、硼酸;温度为室温;
B.碱洗后采用常温的蒸馏水进行清洗;
C.酸洗,酸洗液是戊二酸、乳酸、盐酸、缓蚀剂以及润湿剂的水溶液;
D.镀镍后清洗烘干,采用丙烯酸树脂进行中涂,并干燥;
E.在轮毂表面喷涂面漆。
碱洗液的温度为75℃,碱洗时间为12min。
步骤D中镀镍时,采用的镀液组分包含:柠檬酸、乳酸和丁二酸。镀液的Ph值为6.5。电镀时的温度控制在40℃左右,电镀25min,获得覆盖完整的镀层,而后可添加光亮剂到镀层,光滑平整。

1.一种轮毂的表面处理方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A.碱洗以除油,碱洗液的组分包含:磷酸、酸式氟化铵、硼酸;温度为室温;
B.碱洗后采用常温的蒸馏水进行清洗;
C.酸洗,酸洗液是戊二酸、乳酸、盐酸、缓蚀剂以及润湿剂的水溶液;
D.镀镍后清洗烘干,采用丙烯酸树脂进行中涂,并干燥;
E.在轮毂表面喷涂面漆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轮毂的表面处理方法,其特征在于,所述碱洗液的温度为75℃,碱洗时间为12min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的轮毂的表面处理方法,其特征在于,步骤D中镀镍时,采用的镀液组分包含:柠檬酸、乳酸和丁二酸。
4.根据权利要求3所述的轮毂的表面处理方法,其特征在于,所述镀液的Ph值为6.5。
