背景技术
现有的矿用设备,使用环境比较恶劣,如矿用光控喷洒降尘装置,其金属壳体容易被腐蚀。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种矿用光控喷洒降尘装置,其金属壳体涂装有保护涂层,使金属壳体具有防静电、耐腐蚀、耐热、抗氧化性能,从而保证矿用光控喷洒降尘装置能长时间工作。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种矿用光控喷洒降尘装置,包括金属壳体,所述金属壳体涂装有保护涂层,涂装工艺包括如下步骤:
1)取2.4质量份氢氧化钾、3.2质量份三氟乙酰丙酮钴、1.7质量份丙烯酸树脂、2.6质量份乙撑基双硬脂酰胺、3.4质量份油酸钠、6.7质量份去离子水,搅拌均匀,制得涂料;
2)清理金属壳体表面油污、灰尘;
3)将金涂料喷涂至金属壳体表面;
4)将喷涂有涂料的金属壳体高温预烘烤。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种矿用光控喷洒降尘装置,其金属壳体涂装有保护涂层,使金属壳体具有防静电、耐腐蚀、耐热、抗氧化性能,从而保证矿用光控喷洒降尘装置能长时间工作。

3)将金涂料喷涂至金属壳体表面;
4)将喷涂有涂料的金属壳体高温预烘烤。
