Abstract
本发明公开了一种有源电力滤波器,包括壳体,所述壳体凃覆有保护层,所述保护层通过如下步骤制得:1)在16.5重量份去离子水中投入4.1重量份丙烯酸树脂、2.9重量份亚硫酸化油、1.8重量份乙撑基双硬脂酰胺、2.4重量份聚氨酯粉末,充分搅拌均匀,得底层保护涂料;2)在13.6重量份去离子水中投入2.7重量份石油树脂、1.5重量份铝碳质耐火砖粉、1.9重量份三乙醇胺、1.4重量份锌铝尖晶石粉,充分搅拌均匀,得面层保护涂料;3)在壳体表面先喷涂底层保护涂料,固化干燥;4)再喷涂面层保护涂料,固化干燥。本发明有源电力滤波器,其壳体凃覆有保护层,能提高有源电力滤波器的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及有源电力滤波器。
背景技术
现有的有源电力滤波器,其工作环境一般比较恶劣,且需要长时间工作,其自身需要得到有效保护。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种有源电力滤波器,其壳体凃覆有保护层,使壳体具有隔热、耐腐、抗老化和抗静电的性能,能提高有源电力滤波器的使用寿命。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种有源电力滤波器,包括壳体,所述壳体凃覆有保护层,所述保护层通过如下步骤制得:
1)在16.5重量份去离子水中投入4.1重量份丙烯酸树脂、2.9重量份亚硫酸化油、1.8重量份乙撑基双硬脂酰胺、2.4重量份聚氨酯粉末,充分搅拌均匀,得底层保护涂料;
2)在13.6重量份去离子水中投入2.7重量份石油树脂、1.5重量份铝碳质耐火砖粉、1.9重量份三乙醇胺、1.4重量份锌铝尖晶石粉,充分搅拌均匀,得面层保护涂料;
3)在壳体表面先喷涂底层保护涂料,固化干燥;
4)再喷涂面层保护涂料,固化干燥。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种有源电力滤波器,其壳体凃覆有保护层,使壳体具有隔热、耐腐、抗老化和抗静电的性能,能提高有源电力滤波器的使用寿命。

本发明具体实施的技术方案是:
一种有源电力滤波器,包括壳体,所述壳体凃覆有保护层,所述保护层通过如下步骤制得:
1)在16.5重量份去离子水中投入4.1重量份丙烯酸树脂、2.9重量份亚硫酸化油、1.8重量份乙撑基双硬脂酰胺、2.4重量份聚氨酯粉末,充分搅拌均匀,得底层保护涂料;
2)在13.6重量份去离子水中投入2.7重量份石油树脂、1.5重量份铝碳质耐火砖粉、1.9重量份三乙醇胺、1.4重量份锌铝尖晶石粉,充分搅拌均匀,得面层保护涂料;
3)在壳体表面先喷涂底层保护涂料,固化干燥;
4)再喷涂面层保护涂料,固化干燥。

1)在16.5重量份去离子水中投入4.1重量份丙烯酸树脂、2.9重量份亚硫酸化油、1.8重量份乙撑基双硬脂酰胺、2.4重量份聚氨酯粉末,充分搅拌均匀,得底层保护涂料;
2)在13.6重量份去离子水中投入2.7重量份石油树脂、1.5重量份铝碳质耐火砖粉、1.9重量份三乙醇胺、1.4重量份锌铝尖晶石粉,充分搅拌均匀,得面层保护涂料;
3)在壳体表面先喷涂底层保护涂料,固化干燥;
