Abstract
本发明公开了一种柱上式无功自动补偿装置,包括壳体,所述壳体凃覆有保护层,所述保护层通过如下步骤制得:1)在8.6重量份去离子水中投入0.8重量份改性聚丁二烯树脂、1.4重量份沉淀硫酸钡、1.1重量份对叔戊基苯酚、2.6重量份气相二氧化钛,充分搅拌均匀,得底层保护涂料;2)在7.6重量份去离子水中投入2.5重量份聚氨基树脂、1.7重量份聚氧乙烯烷基酚醚、3.1重量份四氟硼酸四乙胺、0.7重量份聚二甲基硅氧烷,充分搅拌均匀,得面层保护涂料;3)在壳体表面先喷涂底层保护涂料,固化干燥;4)再喷涂面层保护涂料,固化干燥。本发明柱上式无功自动补偿装置,其壳体凃覆有保护层,能提高柱上式无功自动补偿装置的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及柱上式无功自动补偿装置。
背景技术
现有的柱上式无功自动补偿装置,其工作环境一般比较恶劣,且需要长时间工作,其自身需要得到有效保护。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种柱上式无功自动补偿装置,其壳体凃覆有保护层,使壳体具有隔热、耐腐、抗老化和抗静电的性能,能提高柱上式无功自动补偿装置的使用寿命。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种柱上式无功自动补偿装置,包括壳体,所述壳体凃覆有保护层,所述保护层通过如下步骤制得:
1)在8.6重量份去离子水中投入0.8重量份改性聚丁二烯树脂、1.4重量份沉淀硫酸钡、1.1重量份对叔戊基苯酚、2.6重量份气相二氧化钛,充分搅拌均匀,得底层保护涂料;
2)在7.6重量份去离子水中投入2.5重量份聚氨基树脂、1.7重量份聚氧乙烯烷基酚醚、3.1重量份四氟硼酸四乙胺、0.7重量份聚二甲基硅氧烷,充分搅拌均匀,得面层保护涂料;
3)在壳体表面先喷涂底层保护涂料,固化干燥;
4)再喷涂面层保护涂料,固化干燥。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种柱上式无功自动补偿装置,其壳体凃覆有保护层,使壳体具有隔热、耐腐、抗老化和抗静电的性能,能提高柱上式无功自动补偿装置的使用寿命。

一种柱上式无功自动补偿装置,包括壳体,所述壳体凃覆有保护层,所述保护层通过如下步骤制得:
1)在8.6重量份去离子水中投入0.8重量份改性聚丁二烯树脂、1.4重量份沉淀硫酸钡、1.1重量份对叔戊基苯酚、2.6重量份气相二氧化钛,充分搅拌均匀,得底层保护涂料;
2)在7.6重量份去离子水中投入2.5重量份聚氨基树脂、1.7重量份聚氧乙烯烷基酚醚、3.1重量份四氟硼酸四乙胺、0.7重量份聚二甲基硅氧烷,充分搅拌均匀,得面层保护涂料;
3)在壳体表面先喷涂底层保护涂料,固化干燥;
4)再喷涂面层保护涂料,固化干燥。

1.柱上式无功自动补偿装置,其特征在于,包括壳体,所述壳体凃覆有保护层,所述保护层通过如下步骤制得:
1)在8.6重量份去离子水中投入0.8重量份改性聚丁二烯树脂、1.4重量份沉淀硫酸钡、1.1重量份对叔戊基苯酚、2.6重量份气相二氧化钛,充分搅拌均匀,得底层保护涂料;
2)在7.6重量份去离子水中投入2.5重量份聚氨基树脂、1.7重量份聚氧乙烯烷基酚醚、3.1重量份四氟硼酸四乙胺、0.7重量份聚二甲基硅氧烷,充分搅拌均匀,得面层保护涂料;
3)在壳体表面先喷涂底层保护涂料,固化干燥;
4)再喷涂面层保护涂料,固化干燥。
