本发明公开了一种新型高压动态无功自动补偿装置,包括壳体,所述壳体凃覆有保护层,所述保护层通过如下步骤制得:1)在12.5重量份去离子水中投入2.6重量份聚酯树脂、1.4重量份锰铁尖晶石粉、0.8重量份四氟硼酸四乙胺、1.7重量份磷酸二氢锌,充分搅拌均匀,得底层保护涂料;2)在5.8重量份去离子水中投入3.2重量份氟西烃树脂、1.7重量份二氧化硅、0.8重量份改性硅藻土、1.4重量份多聚磷酸铝,充分搅拌均匀,得面层保护涂料;3)在壳体表面先喷涂底层保护涂料,固化干燥;4)再喷涂面层保护涂料,固化干燥。本发明新型高压动态无功自动补偿装置,其壳体凃覆有保护层,能提高新型高压动态无功自动补偿装置的使用寿命。

本发明涉及新型高压动态无功自动补偿装置。
背景技术
现有的新型高压动态无功自动补偿装置,其工作环境一般比较恶劣,且需要长时间工作,其自身需要得到有效保护。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型高压动态无功自动补偿装置,其壳体凃覆有保护层,使壳体具有隔热、耐腐、抗老化和抗静电的性能,能提高新型高压动态无功自动补偿装置的使用寿命。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种新型高压动态无功自动补偿装置,包括壳体,所述壳体凃覆有保护层,所述保护层通过如下步骤制得:
1)在12.5重量份去离子水中投入2.6重量份聚酯树脂、1.4重量份锰铁尖晶石粉、0.8重量份四氟硼酸四乙胺、1.7重量份磷酸二氢锌,充分搅拌均匀,得底层保护涂料;
2)在5.8重量份去离子水中投入3.2重量份氟西烃树脂、1.7重量份二氧化硅、0.8重量份改性硅藻土、1.4重量份多聚磷酸铝,充分搅拌均匀,得面层保护涂料;
3)在壳体表面先喷涂底层保护涂料,固化干燥;
4)再喷涂面层保护涂料,固化干燥。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种新型高压动态无功自动补偿装置,其壳体凃覆有保护层,使壳体具有隔热、耐腐、抗老化和抗静电的性能,能提高新型高压动态无功自动补偿装置的使用寿命。

本发明具体实施的技术方案是:
一种新型高压动态无功自动补偿装置,包括壳体,所述壳体凃覆有保护层,所述保护层通过如下步骤制得:
1)在12.5重量份去离子水中投入2.6重量份聚酯树脂、1.4重量份锰铁尖晶石粉、0.8重量份四氟硼酸四乙胺、1.7重量份磷酸二氢锌,充分搅拌均匀,得底层保护涂料;
2)在5.8重量份去离子水中投入3.2重量份氟西烃树脂、1.7重量份二氧化硅、0.8重量份改性硅藻土、1.4重量份多聚磷酸铝,充分搅拌均匀,得面层保护涂料;
3)在壳体表面先喷涂底层保护涂料,固化干燥;
4)再喷涂面层保护涂料,固化干燥。

1)在12.5重量份去离子水中投入2.6重量份聚酯树脂、1.4重量份锰铁尖晶石粉、0.8重量份四氟硼酸四乙胺、1.7重量份磷酸二氢锌,充分搅拌均匀,得底层保护涂料;
2)在5.8重量份去离子水中投入3.2重量份氟西烃树脂、1.7重量份二氧化硅、0.8重量份改性硅藻土、1.4重量份多聚磷酸铝,充分搅拌均匀,得面层保护涂料;
3)在壳体表面先喷涂底层保护涂料,固化干燥;
4)再喷涂面层保护涂料,固化干燥。
