本发明公开了一种制冷设备用储液器,包括壳体,所述壳体凃覆有保护层,所述保护层通过如下步骤制得:1)取4.1重量份聚氨基树脂、1.8重量份锰铁尖晶石粉、0.9重量份醋酸乙酯、1.2重量份聚醋酸乙烯投入12.6重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得甲组分保护涂料;2)取3.1重量份丙烯酸树脂、2.6重量份聚有机硅氧烷、1.7重量份对甲苯磺酸、0.6重量份叔丁基蒽醌投入10.2重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得乙组分保护涂料;3)在壳体表面先喷涂甲组分保护涂料,固化干燥;4)再喷涂乙组分保护涂料,固化干燥。本发明制冷设备用储液器,其壳体凃覆有保护层,能提高制冷设备用储液器的使用寿命。

本发明涉及制冷设备用储液器。
背景技术
现有的制冷设备用储液器,其工作环境比较恶劣,特别是其壳体容易被腐蚀生锈,影响制冷设备用储液器的使用寿命。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种制冷设备用储液器,其壳体凃覆有保护层,使壳体具有防锈、耐腐、抗氧化性能,能提高制冷设备用储液器的使用寿命。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种制冷设备用储液器,包括壳体,所述壳体凃覆有保护层,所述保护层通过如下步骤制得:
1)取4.1重量份聚氨基树脂、1.8重量份锰铁尖晶石粉、0.9重量份醋酸乙酯、1.2重量份聚醋酸乙烯投入12.6重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得甲组分保护涂料;
2)取3.1重量份丙烯酸树脂、2.6重量份聚有机硅氧烷、1.7重量份对甲苯磺酸、0.6重量份叔丁基蒽醌投入10.2重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得乙组分保护涂料;
3)在壳体表面先喷涂甲组分保护涂料,固化干燥;
4)再喷涂乙组分保护涂料,固化干燥。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种制冷设备用储液器,制冷设备用储液器,其壳体凃覆有保护层,使壳体具有防锈、耐腐、抗氧化性能,能提高制冷设备用储液器的使用寿命。

1)取4.1重量份聚氨基树脂、1.8重量份锰铁尖晶石粉、0.9重量份醋酸乙酯、1.2重量份聚醋酸乙烯投入12.6重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得甲组分保护涂料;
2)取3.1重量份丙烯酸树脂、2.6重量份聚有机硅氧烷、1.7重量份对甲苯磺酸、0.6重量份叔丁基蒽醌投入10.2重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得乙组分保护涂料;
3)在壳体表面先喷涂甲组分保护涂料,固化干燥;
4)再喷涂乙组分保护涂料,固化干燥。

2)取3.1重量份丙烯酸树脂、2.6重量份聚有机硅氧烷、1.7重量份对甲苯磺酸、0.6重量份叔丁基蒽醌投入10.2重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得乙组分保护涂料;
3)在壳体表面先喷涂甲组分保护涂料,固化干燥;
