本发明公开了一种高压滤波补偿成套装置,包括壳体,所述壳体凃覆有保护层,所述保护层通过如下步骤制得:1)在9.6重量份去离子水中投入0.9重量份甲醚化氨基树脂、1.3重量份多乙烯多胺、3.6重量份叔丁基蒽醌、1.2重量份锰铁尖晶石粉,充分搅拌均匀,得底层保护涂料;2)在10.3重量份去离子水中投入2.1重量份丙烯酸树脂、1.7重量份聚氧乙烯烷基酚醚、2.3重量份丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、1.9重量份邻苯二甲酸二辛脂,充分搅拌均匀,得面层保护涂料;3)在壳体表面先喷涂底层保护涂料,固化干燥;4)再喷涂面层保护涂料,固化干燥。本发明高压滤波补偿成套装置,其壳体凃覆有保护层,能提高高压滤波补偿成套装置的使用寿命。

本发明涉及高压滤波补偿成套装置。
背景技术
现有的高压滤波补偿成套装置,其工作环境一般比较恶劣,且需要长时间工作,其自身需要得到有效保护。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高压滤波补偿成套装置,其壳体凃覆有保护层,使壳体具有隔热、耐腐、抗老化和抗静电的性能,能提高高压滤波补偿成套装置的使用寿命。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种高压滤波补偿成套装置,包括壳体,所述壳体凃覆有保护层,所述保护层通过如下步骤制得:
1)在9.6重量份去离子水中投入0.9重量份甲醚化氨基树脂、1.3重量份多乙烯多胺、3.6重量份叔丁基蒽醌、1.2重量份锰铁尖晶石粉,充分搅拌均匀,得底层保护涂料;
2)在10.3重量份去离子水中投入2.1重量份丙烯酸树脂、1.7重量份聚氧乙烯烷基酚醚、2.3重量份丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、1.9重量份邻苯二甲酸二辛脂,充分搅拌均匀,得面层保护涂料;
3)在壳体表面先喷涂底层保护涂料,固化干燥;
4)再喷涂面层保护涂料,固化干燥。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种高压滤波补偿成套装置,其壳体凃覆有保护层,使壳体具有隔热、耐腐、抗老化和抗静电的性能,能提高高压滤波补偿成套装置的使用寿命。

本发明具体实施的技术方案是:
一种高压滤波补偿成套装置,包括壳体,所述壳体凃覆有保护层,所述保护层通过如下步骤制得:
1)在9.6重量份去离子水中投入0.9重量份甲醚化氨基树脂、1.3重量份多乙烯多胺、3.6重量份叔丁基蒽醌、1.2重量份锰铁尖晶石粉,充分搅拌均匀,得底层保护涂料;
2)在10.3重量份去离子水中投入2.1重量份丙烯酸树脂、1.7重量份聚氧乙烯烷基酚醚、2.3重量份丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、1.9重量份邻苯二甲酸二辛脂,充分搅拌均匀,得面层保护涂料;
3)在壳体表面先喷涂底层保护涂料,固化干燥;
4)再喷涂面层保护涂料,固化干燥。

1.高压滤波补偿成套装置,其特征在于,包括壳体,所述壳体凃覆有保护层,所述保护层通过如下步骤制得:
1)在9.6重量份去离子水中投入0.9重量份甲醚化氨基树脂、1.3重量份多乙烯多胺、3.6重量份叔丁基蒽醌、1.2重量份锰铁尖晶石粉,充分搅拌均匀,得底层保护涂料;
2)在10.3重量份去离子水中投入2.1重量份丙烯酸树脂、1.7重量份聚氧乙烯烷基酚醚、2.3重量份丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、1.9重量份邻苯二甲酸二辛脂,充分搅拌均匀,得面层保护涂料;
3)在壳体表面先喷涂底层保护涂料,固化干燥;
4)再喷涂面层保护涂料,固化干燥。
