（1）营养粉的制作：所述的营养粉的组成原料为：芒果果浆10-12、草莓汁5-8、山楂汁2-4、魔芋粉15-20、枸杞粉5-6、葵花籽粉6-10、茉莉花5-6、玫瑰花2-4、百合花6-8；制作方法如下：按重量份先将魔芋粉、枸杞粉、葵花籽粉混合文火炒制20-30分钟，将茉莉花、玫瑰花和百合花洗净、晒干、粉碎，然后与4-5倍量的纯净水混合均匀，将混合匀浆液总重的 0.1-0.5%的果胶酶、0.1-0.3%的纤维素酶， 加入混合匀浆液中，在30-40℃条件下酶解2-3h，过滤，得酶解液；再按酶解液的3-5倍量加入纯净水稀释，搅拌并加热至80-90℃，调pH 为至5-6，灭菌冷却；然后再向其中加入芒果果浆、草莓汁、山楂汁以及炒制后的混合粉，充分搅拌混合均匀，再经微波烘干、混合磨粉即得；
（2）按重量份称取蝉蜕、川贝母、女贞子、枸杞子、当归、麻黄、茯神、番石榴叶；按照上述重量配比混合加入3-5倍的水，在 80-100℃的水中煮1-3小时，滤过，将液体浓缩喷雾干燥后，制成 40-80 目的粉末；
（3）按重量份称取木薯淀粉、蚕豆粉、木耳粉、熟地粉，混合均匀后与刺梨汁、蜂王浆、麦芽糖浆混合炒制半个小时，然后再向其中加入适量的纯净水以及海藻酸钠、山梨酸钾混合煮熟，烘干再磨粉；
（4）按重量份称取紫苏叶、紫苏梗、太子参、富硒茶叶，研磨成细粉，然后与上述步骤（1）营养粉、步骤（2）粉末、步骤（3）混合粉混匀，用纱布袋包每包6克。
