本发明公开了一种橡胶注射薄型入胶模具,包括模具主体,其特征在于,所述模具主体设置有安放金属中空框架的槽位,在金属中空框架的内圈沿周向设置有橡胶容置槽道,在橡胶容置槽道外紧贴设置有环形橡胶流道,橡胶容置槽道上设置有多个入胶口,该入胶口与环形橡胶流道之间连接有注胶通道。本发明结构简单,能分散橡胶注射多点入胶时的冲击力,避免金属骨架变形,操作工艺简单,质量稳定可靠。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车配件生产技术领域,尤其是涉及一种橡胶注射薄型入胶模具。
背景技术
发动机油底壳垫或变速箱密封件,为提高密封可靠性,常会采用外缘为铝金属或薄形钢板做骨架,内侧粘附橡胶作为密封件。生产此类橡胶密封件时,为保证产品质量稳定性及操作简便,一般采用注射橡胶生产。由于此类密封件多为中空框架形式,铝板及薄金属厚度为1-2mm,骨架单边宽度10-20mm,完全不能承受橡胶注射时的冲击力,出现金属骨架易变形,产品合格率不高的问题。为了防止骨架变形,大多采用多点进胶形式,或采用硬度偏低、流动性好的橡胶生产。因为此类密封件尺寸较大,多点进胶会出现多条橡胶流道,浪费材料;或者有时橡胶注射冲击力依然较大时,骨架仍然变形,生产模具合格率低;降低橡胶硬度增加流动性生产时,制品密封性能降低,使用寿命受影响。为解决现有注射模具不足之处,需研发一种更适宜的橡胶注射模具结构。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决现有技术之不足而提供的一种不仅结构简单,而且能分散橡胶注射多点入胶时的冲击力,避免金属骨架变形,操作工艺简单,质量稳定可靠的橡胶注射薄型入胶模具。
本发明是采用如下技术解决方案来实现上述目的:一种橡胶注射薄型入胶模具,包括模具主体,其特征在于,所述模具主体设置有安放金属中空框架的槽位,在金属中空框架的内圈沿周向设置有橡胶容置槽道,在橡胶容置槽道外紧贴设置有环形橡胶流道,橡胶容置槽道上设置有多个入胶口,该入胶口与环形橡胶流道之间连接有注胶通道,能分散橡胶注射多点入胶时的冲击力,避免金属骨架变形。
进一步地,注胶通道连接入胶口的一端设置有薄型注胶口,能够进一步缓冲入胶时的冲击力。
进一步地,所述注胶通道连接于环形橡胶流道的上侧,注胶通道的口径小于环形橡胶流道的内径。
所述环形橡胶流道的内圈中部连接于X型的连接管道,使环形橡胶流道内的橡胶材料流动更加均匀,稳定。
本发明采用上述技术解决方案所能达到的有益效果是:
本发明采用环形注射橡胶流道以及薄型注胶口相结合的形式,生产外露铝金属及薄金属中空框架式橡胶密封件,能分散橡胶注射多点入胶时的冲击力,避免金属骨架变形,操作工艺简单,质量稳定可靠。

具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本技术方案作详细的描述。
如图1-图2所示,本发明是一种橡胶注射薄型入胶模具,包括模具主体1,模具主体设置有安放金属中空框架2的槽位3,在金属中空框架的内圈沿周向设置有橡胶容置槽道4,使注入橡胶材料后能够在在金属中空框架的内缘形成橡胶密封件5;在橡胶容置槽道外紧贴设置有环形橡胶流道6,橡胶容置槽道上设置有多个入胶口7,该入胶口与环形橡胶流道之间连接有注胶通道8,能分散橡胶注射多点入胶时的冲击力,避免金属骨架变形。注胶通道8连接入胶口的一端设置有薄型注胶口8-1,能够进一步缓冲入胶时的冲击力。
进一步地,所述注胶通道连接于环形橡胶流道的上侧,注胶通道的口径小于环形橡胶流道的内径。环形橡胶流道的内圈中部连接于X型的连接管道9,使环形橡胶流道内的橡胶材料流动更加均匀,稳定。
本发明为提高制品密封性能及使用寿命,确保生产过程模具及制品合格率,通过环形流道薄形入胶设计分散橡胶注射冲击力。
本发明与现有技术相比,采用环形注射橡胶流道以及薄型注胶口相结合的形式,生产外露铝金属及薄金属中空框架式橡胶密封件,能分散橡胶注射多点入胶时的冲击力,避免金属骨架变形,操作工艺简单,质量稳定可靠。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种橡胶注射薄型入胶模具,包括模具主体,其特征在于,所述模具主体设置有安放金属中空框架的槽位,在金属中空框架的内圈沿周向设置有橡胶容置槽道,在橡胶容置槽道外紧贴设置有环形橡胶流道,橡胶容置槽道上设置有多个入胶口,该入胶口与环形橡胶流道之间连接有注胶通道,所述注胶通道连接入胶口的一端设置有薄型注胶口,所述注胶通道连接于所述环形橡胶流道的上侧,所述注胶通道的口径小于环形橡胶流道的内径。
2.根据权利要求1所述的橡胶注射薄型入胶模具,其特征在于,所述环形橡胶流道的内圈中部连接于X型的连接管道。
