Abstract

本发明公开一种工业用帆布的印染工艺,包括以下步骤:将氢氧化钠加入到蒸馏水中,升温至85℃,加入双氧水,将白坯帆布置于溶液中处理60min,取出经80℃水洗、60℃温水洗、25℃冷水洗,晾干;将预处理后的白坯帆布在蜡混合液中浸泡5min,50℃温度下烘干3h;置于染液中,将染液以2℃/min的速率升温至50℃;加入硫酸钠以1℃/min的速率升温至70℃保温10min,加入纯碱保温20min;以1℃/min的速率降温,染色过程完成。本发明染料染色牢度好,不易褪色,加入杀菌剂,抗菌性能佳;印染工艺通过对染色过程各温度段的控制,使其具有良好的上染效果,使织物染色均匀度好、色牢度高。

一种工业用帆布的印染工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及织物的染料领域,具体是一种工业用帆布的印染工艺。
背景技术
随着科技的不断进步,人们对衣物的品质、颜色都要求越来越高,染料就成了关键。1856年Perkin发明第一个合成染料——马尾紫,使整个织物行业发生了巨大的变化。20世纪50年代。Pattee和Stephen发现含二氯均三嗪基团的染料在碱性条件下与纤维上的羟基发生键合,标志着染料使纤维着色从物理过程发展到化学过程,开创了活性染料的合成应用时期。但是染料的毒性与环保性仍然是一个人们关注需要解决的问题,所以找到一种牢色度好,无公害无污染的染料就显得尤为重要。同样的,织物要有好的印染效果除了好的染料必不可少以外,印染工艺也占据着举足轻重的地位,直接关系到织物的综合质量,印染质量的好坏直接影响到织物的外观。工业用帆布的印染大部分为合成纤维,分子结构致密,需要用助剂把纤维分子之间迟缓膨胀,导致印染过程中分散性差,染色的坚牢度差。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提出一种工业用帆布的印染工艺。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种工业用帆布的印染工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)预处理:将氢氧化钠加入到蒸馏水中,升温至85℃,加入双氧水,将白坯帆布置于溶液中处理60min,取出经80℃水洗、60℃温水洗、25℃冷水洗,晾干;
(2)上蜡:将预处理后的白坯帆布在蜡混合液中浸泡5min,50℃温度下烘干3h;
(3)染色:将步骤(2)上蜡后的帆布置于染液中,将染液以2℃/min的速率升温至50℃;加入硫酸钠以1℃/min的速率升温至70℃保温10min,加入纯碱保温20min;以1℃/min的速率降温,染色过程完成;
所述染液由以下重量份的组分组成:阳离子染料40-60份、氢氧化钠15-30份、海藻酸钠5-10份、尿素5-20份、六偏磷酸钠0.2-0.5份、杀菌剂0.5-1份、蒸馏水10-30份。
所述蜡混合液由石蜡、白蜡、蜂蜡按2:1:1的重量比,在90℃恒温水浴锅中加热得到。
所述染色过程完成后还包括后处理,所述后处理为:120℃烘焙5min,70℃皂洗15min,30℃水洗10min,90℃烘干20min。
所述步骤(1)中蒸馏水、双氧水的体积比为100:30,氢氧化钠浓度为2-5%。
所述步骤(3)染液由以下重量份的组分组成:阳离子染料50份、氢氧化钠25份、海藻酸钠8份、尿素15份、六偏磷酸钠0.4份、杀菌剂0.8份、蒸馏水20份。
所述步骤(3)中硫酸钠的加入量为15g/L,纯碱的加入量为30g/L。
本发明的有益效果:本发明染料染色牢度好,不易褪色,加入杀菌剂,抗菌性能佳;印染工艺通过对染色过程各温度段的控制,使其具有良好的上染效果,使织物染色均匀度好、色牢度高;本发明印染工艺简单,易于实施和操作。
具体实施方式
实施例1
1、预处理:将氢氧化钠加入到蒸馏水中,升温至85℃,加入双氧水,蒸馏水、双氧水的体积比为100:30,氢氧化钠浓度为2%,将白坯帆布置于溶液中处理60min,取出经80℃水洗、60℃温水洗、25℃冷水洗,晾干。
2、上蜡:将石蜡、白蜡、蜂蜡按2:1:1的重量比,在90℃恒温水浴锅中加热得到蜡混合液,将预处理后的白坯帆布在蜡混合液中浸泡5min,50℃温度下烘干3h。
3、配制染液:取阳离子染料50份、氢氧化钠25份、海藻酸钠8份、尿素15份、六偏磷酸钠0.4份、杀菌剂0.8份、蒸馏水20份,混合均匀,得染液。
4、染色:将上蜡后的帆布置于染液中,将染液以2℃/min的速率升温至50℃;加入硫酸钠以1℃/min的速率升温至70℃保温10min,硫酸钠的加入量为15g/L,加入纯碱保温20min,纯碱的加入量为30g/L;以1℃/min的速率降温,染色过程完成。
5、后处理为:120℃烘焙5min,70℃皂洗15min,30℃水洗10min,90℃烘干20min。
实施例2
1、预处理:将氢氧化钠加入到蒸馏水中,升温至85℃,加入双氧水,蒸馏水、双氧水的体积比为100:30,氢氧化钠浓度为5%,将白坯帆布置于溶液中处理60min,取出经80℃水洗、60℃温水洗、25℃冷水洗,晾干。
2、上蜡:将石蜡、白蜡、蜂蜡按2:1:1的重量比,在90℃恒温水浴锅中加热得到蜡混合液,将预处理后的白坯帆布在蜡混合液中浸泡5min,50℃温度下烘干3h。
3、配制染液:取阳离子染料40份、氢氧化钠30份、海藻酸钠5份、尿素8份、六偏磷酸钠0.2份、杀菌剂0.5份、蒸馏水10份,混合均匀,得染液。
4、染色:将上蜡后的帆布置于染液中,将染液以2℃/min的速率升温至50℃;加入硫酸钠以1℃/min的速率升温至70℃保温10min,硫酸钠的加入量为15g/L,加入纯碱保温20min,纯碱的加入量为30g/L;以1℃/min的速率降温,染色过程完成。
5、后处理为:120℃烘焙5min,70℃皂洗15min,30℃水洗10min,90℃烘干20min。
实施例3
1、预处理:将氢氧化钠加入到蒸馏水中,升温至85℃,加入双氧水,蒸馏水、双氧水的体积比为100:30,氢氧化钠浓度为4%,将白坯帆布置于溶液中处理60min,取出经80℃水洗、60℃温水洗、25℃冷水洗,晾干。
2、上蜡:将石蜡、白蜡、蜂蜡按2:1:1的重量比,在90℃恒温水浴锅中加热得到蜡混合液,将预处理后的白坯帆布在蜡混合液中浸泡5min,50℃温度下烘干3h。
3、配制染液:取阳离子染料60份、氢氧化钠20份、海藻酸钠10份、尿素20份、六偏磷酸钠0.5份、杀菌剂1份、蒸馏水30份,混合均匀,得染液。
4、染色:将上蜡后的帆布置于染液中,将染液以2℃/min的速率升温至50℃;加入硫酸钠以1℃/min的速率升温至70℃保温10min,硫酸钠的加入量为15g/L,加入纯碱保温20min,纯碱的加入量为30g/L;以1℃/min的速率降温,染色过程完成。
5、后处理为:120℃烘焙5min,70℃皂洗15min,30℃水洗10min,90℃烘干20min。

1.一种工业用帆布的印染工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)预处理:将氢氧化钠加入到蒸馏水中,升温至85℃,加入双氧水,将白坯帆布置于溶液中处理60min,取出经80℃水洗、60℃温水洗、25℃冷水洗,晾干;
(2)上蜡:将预处理后的白坯帆布在蜡混合液中浸泡5min,50℃温度下烘干3h;
(3)染色:将步骤(2)上蜡后的帆布置于染液中,将染液以2℃/min的速率升温至50℃;加入硫酸钠以1℃/min的速率升温至70℃保温10min,加入纯碱保温20min;以1℃/min的速率降温,染色过程完成;
所述染液由以下重量份的组分组成:阳离子染料40-60份、氢氧化钠15-30份、海藻酸钠5-10份、尿素5-20份、六偏磷酸钠0.2-0.5份、杀菌剂0.5-1份、蒸馏水10-30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的工业用帆布的印染工艺,其特征在于,所述蜡混合液由石蜡、白蜡、蜂蜡按2:1:1的重量比,在90℃恒温水浴锅中加热得到。
3.根据权利要求1所述的工业用帆布的印染工艺,其特征在于,所述染色过程完成后还包括后处理,所述后处理为:120℃烘焙5min,70℃皂洗15min,30℃水洗10min,90℃烘干20min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的工业用帆布的印染工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中蒸馏水、双氧水的体积比为100:30,氢氧化钠浓度为2-5%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的工业用帆布的印染工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)染液由以下重量份的组分组成:阳离子染料50份、氢氧化钠25份、海藻酸钠8份、尿素15份、六偏磷酸钠0.4份、杀菌剂0.8份、蒸馏水20份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的工业用帆布的印染工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中硫酸钠的加入量为15g/L,纯碱的加入量为30g/L。
