本发明一种冰氧混纺纱,涉及纤维纺织产品领域,包括棉纱、黏胶纤维、冰丝纤维和玉石粉末;所述棉纱、黏胶纤维、冰丝纤维呈螺旋状交捻成一股;在交捻过程中添加入所述玉石粉末。本发明提供一种冰氧混纺纱,其中冰丝纤维的含湿率最符合人体皮肤的生理要求,具有光滑凉爽、透气、抗静电、防紫外线,色彩绚丽等特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及纤维纺织产品领域,特别是涉及一种冰氧混纺纱。
背景技术
纱线广泛应用于织布、制线、制衣、针织、刺绣等领域,在制衣领域,棉纱线以其舒适、吸湿、耐热等特点备受人们青睐,尤其是制作夏装,由于夏季天气较热,需借助空调、风扇之类的设备来解暑降温,但是采用这些设备具有局限性,只能在某个地方的室内使用,当需要外出时,仍然避免不了天气较热带来的不适。因此,提供一种抗热的棉纱线具有重要意义。冰丝主要是一种化学纤维,准确的讲是一种变性聚粘胶纤维。这种纤维的吸湿性、透气性比普通粘胶纤维要好一些,同时还具有比较好的保型性和悬垂性。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种冰氧混纺纱,解决了普通冰丝材料锁水能力不佳的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是提供一种冰氧混纺纱,包括棉纱、黏胶纤维、冰丝纤维和玉石粉末;所述棉纱、黏胶纤维、冰丝纤维呈螺旋状交捻成一股;在交捻过程中添加入所述玉石粉末。
优选的是,所述玉石粉末被研磨成次微米等级的颗粒。
优选的是,所述棉纱的直径小于冰丝纤维的直径。
本发明的有益效果是:提供一种冰氧混纺纱,其中冰丝纤维的含湿率最符合人体皮肤的生理要求,具有光滑凉爽、透气、抗静电、防紫外线,色彩绚丽 等特点。

一种冰氧混纺纱,包括棉纱、黏胶纤维、冰丝纤维和玉石粉末;所述棉纱、黏胶纤维、冰丝纤维呈螺旋状交捻成一股;在交捻过程中添加入所述玉石粉末。所述玉石粉末被研磨成次微米等级的颗粒。所述棉纱的直径小于冰丝纤维的直径。

该冰氧混纺纱的纤维素含量在99.5%以上,而棉纱中纤维素含量在95~97%;冰氧混纺纱的脂肪和腊质占0.2~0.3%,而棉纱中脂肪和腊质占0.5~0.6%;冰氧混纺纱无含氯物质,棉纱中含氯物质占1~1.1%,冰氧混纺纱不含果胶及多缩戍糖。冰氧混纺纱具有棉的本质,丝的品质是地道的生态纤维,源于天然而优于天然。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种冰氧混纺纱,其特征在于:所述玉石粉末被研磨成次微米等级的颗粒。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种冰氧混纺纱,其特征在于:所述棉纱的直径小于冰丝纤维的直径。
