本发明涉及一种门窗型材,具体是一种塑料和加强内衬复合一体门窗型材。解决了传统门窗型材制作工艺复杂,制作成本较高的问题,一种塑料和加强内衬复合一体门窗型材,包括外部塑料层和加强内衬,外部塑料层与加强内衬之间通过连接桥连接。本发明制作工艺简单、制作成本低、加工工艺稳定、产品质量可控,形成的多个腔体使其保温、隔热以及力学性能、降噪性能较好,具有很好的推广应用价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种门窗型材,具体是一种塑料和加强内衬复合一体门窗型材。
背景技术
现有的以钢管为内衬,塑料外包结构的塑钢门窗型材相比传统的全塑或全金属门窗型材具有强度高,总重量轻便等优点,其制作工艺一般采用钢塑共挤式硬皮发泡一次成型工艺,但是目前受制造工艺的限制,要形成这种结构就必须使用发泡塑料来实现硬皮发泡工艺,在实际制作过程中受到诸多因素的影响,带来的显著后果是表面容易形成微气孔结构,这种缺陷导致窗体表面粗糙,容易藏污垢,滋生细菌;在操作中容易导致塑料层薄厚不均匀,使成型的型材变形较大,精度较差,型腔不正,组装门窗时难度大,问题多,由于采用硬皮发泡一次成型工艺,其表面硬度低,在日常使用过程中容易因碰撞使表面产生凹坑或破损。故而实际应用并不广泛。
申请人在专利号为200720138490.7的专利申请中公开了一种新型的三层复合门窗型材,采用硬皮发泡一次成型工艺和二次复合工艺制成,在原有由木塑、发泡塑料制成的中间层外又复合了一层加厚层,加厚层由硬质PVC、工程塑料制成,可有效提高型材的力学性能,达到使用要求,而且窗体表面易清理。在此基础上,为了进一步降低生产成本,简化制作工艺,申请人在专利号为200920103496.X的专利申请中公开了一种多层复合门窗型材,仅在门窗型材的可视面上增设成型加厚层,大大简化了模具的制作,降低了制作成本。
但是在实际使用中,门窗型材主体采用发泡塑料进行硬皮发泡一次成型,容易形成微气孔结构,整体硬度低,强度较差,使成型的型材变形较大,成型不稳定,精度较差,型腔不正,组装门窗时难度大,尤其是对于具有保温空腔结构、并且在型材安装时位于室外的一端头,对整体强度要求较高的部位,更是存在上述问题,即使是采用在型材的室外侧面上增设成型加厚层,也无法满足强度要求及使用要求,而且此种做法模具结构比较复杂、工艺复杂、制作成本较高、加工工艺不稳定,产品质量难以控制。
发明内容
本发明为了解决背景技术中传统门窗型材存在的问题,提供一种塑料和加强内衬复合一体门窗型材。
本发明采取以下技术方案:一种塑料和加强内衬复合一体门窗型材,包括外部塑料层和加强内衬,外部塑料层与加强内衬之间通过连接桥连接。
所述的外部塑料层和加强内衬之间设有若干支撑桥。
外部塑料层和加强内衬之间设立有若干空腔,空腔内注入有保温材料。
所述的加强内衬内设有若干腔体,腔体内注入有保温材料。
所述的加强内衬设有若干个,加强内衬之间连接有连接桥。连接桥可起到降低热传递作用。
所述的连接桥的连接点为子母锁扣式。
所述的连接桥与外部塑料层一体同材质,连接桥端部设有子扣,加强内衬与其对应部位设有母扣。
所述的连接桥与加强内衬一体同材质,连接桥端部设有子扣,外部塑料层其对应部位设有母扣。
所述的加强内衬上设有结合孔,连接桥与外部塑料层一体同材质,外部塑料层上的连接桥融化注入内衬的结合孔内。
与现有技术相比,本发明外部塑料层和加强内衬根据两者装配形式的区别,可采用两种工艺制作,一是先将外部塑料层或加强内衬与连接桥一体成型,再将加强内衬穿入,加强内衬周围开设各个作为母扣的装配槽,装配槽与连接桥采用二次锁紧复合工艺紧密配合锁紧;二是外部塑料层与连接桥一体成型,并与加强内衬采用塑料共挤一体成型,加强内衬周侧上开设多个结合孔,在外部塑料层成型过程中,料液直接浇筑在结合孔内,实现连接桥与加强内衬多点连接,保证强度。总之,本发明制作工艺简单、制作成本低、加工工艺稳定、产品质量可控,形成的多个腔体使其保温、隔热以及力学性能、降噪性能较好,具有很好的推广应用价值。

具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种塑料和加强内衬复合一体门窗型材,包括外部塑料层1和加强内衬2,外部塑料层1与加强内衬2之间通过连接桥3连接。
所述的外部塑料层1和加强内衬2之间设有若干支撑桥4。
外部塑料层1和加强内衬2之间设立有若干空腔,空腔内注入有保温材料。
如图13、14所示,所述的加强内衬2内设有若干腔体6,腔体6内注入有保温材料。
如图8、9、15所示,所述的加强内衬2设有若干个,加强内衬2之间连接有连接桥3,连接桥可起到降低热传递作用。
所述的连接桥3的连接点为子母锁扣式。
如图1、2、3、4所示,所述的连接桥3与外部塑料层1一体同材质,连接桥3端部设有子扣,加强内衬2与其对应部位设有母扣。子母扣的形状有圆形、梯形、U型或锯齿形等。
制作工艺如下:先将外部塑料层与连接件一体成型,再将加强内衬穿入,加强内衬周围开设各个作为母扣的装配槽,装配槽与连接件紧密配合锁紧。
实施例2:
一种塑料和加强内衬复合一体门窗型材,包括外部塑料层1和加强内衬2,外部塑料层1与加强内衬2之间通过连接桥3连接。
所述的外部塑料层1和加强内衬2之间设有若干支撑桥4。
外部塑料层1和加强内衬2之间设立有若干空腔,空腔内注入有保温材料。
如图13、14所示,所述的加强内衬2内设有若干腔体6,腔体6内注入有保温材料。
如图5、6、7所示,所述的连接桥3与加强内衬2一体同材质,连接桥3端部设有子扣,外部塑料层1其对应部位设有母扣。子母扣的形状有圆形、梯形、U型或锯齿形等。
制作工艺如下:
先将加强内衬与连接件一体成型,再穿入外部塑料层内,外部塑料层内侧开设各个作为母扣的装配槽,装配槽与连接件紧密配合锁紧。
实施例3:
一种塑料和加强内衬复合一体门窗型材,包括外部塑料层1和加强内衬2,外部塑料层1与加强内衬2之间通过连接桥3连接。
所述的外部塑料层1和加强内衬2之间设有若干支撑桥4。
外部塑料层1和加强内衬2之间设立有若干空腔,空腔内注入有保温材料。
如图13、14所示,所述的加强内衬2内设有若干腔体6,腔体6内注入有保温材料。
如图11所示,所述的加强内衬2上设有结合孔5。如图10所示,连接桥3与外部塑料层1一体同材质,外部塑料层1上的连接桥3融化注入内衬的结合孔5内。
制作工艺如下:
外部塑料层1与连接桥3一体成型,并与加强内衬2采用塑料共挤一体成型,连接体与加强内衬上点连接。
加强内衬周侧上开设多个结合孔,在外部塑料层1成型过程中,料液直接浇筑在结合孔内,保证强度。

1.一种塑料和加强内衬复合一体门窗型材,其特征在于:包括外部塑料层(1)和加强内衬(2),外部塑料层(1)与加强内衬(2)之间通过连接桥(3)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料和加强内衬复合一体门窗型材,其特征在于:所述的外部塑料层(1)和加强内衬(2)之间设有若干支撑桥(4)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的塑料和加强内衬复合一体门窗型材,其特征在于:外部塑料层(1)和加强内衬(2)之间设立有若干空腔,空腔内注入有保温材料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的塑料和加强内衬复合一体门窗型材,其特征在于:所述的加强内衬(2)内设有若干腔体(6),腔体(6)内注入有保温材料。
5.根据权利要求3所述的塑料和加强内衬复合一体门窗型材,其特征在于:所述的加强内衬(2)设有若干个,相邻加强内衬(2)之间连接有连接桥(3)。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的塑料和加强内衬复合一体门窗型材,其特征在于:所述的连接桥(3)的连接点为子母锁扣式。
7.根据权利要求6所述的塑料和加强内衬复合一体门窗型材,其特征在于:所述的连接桥(3)与外部塑料层(1)一体同材质,连接桥(3)端部设有子扣,加强内衬(2)与其对应部位设有母扣。
8.根据权利要求6所述的塑料和加强内衬复合一体门窗型材,其特征在于:所述的连接桥(3)与加强内衬(2)一体同材质,连接桥(3)端部设有子扣,外部塑料层(1)与其对应部位设有母扣。
9.根据权利要求4或5所述的塑料和加强内衬复合一体门窗型材,其特征在于:所述的加强内衬(2)上间隔设有若干结合孔(5),连接桥(3)与外部塑料层(1)一体同材质,外部塑料层(1)上的连接桥(3)融化注入内衬的结合孔(5)内。
