本发明公开了一种多工艺组合印花的制备工艺,其工艺步骤如下,白坯—预定—染色—拉毛—定型—直接印花—烘干—蒸化—水洗—还原清洗—水洗—烘干—定型,所述直接印花包括拔染印花、烂花、烫金和压胶,所述拔染印花中的印花浆料包括分散染料,增稠剂5‑10%,pH调节剂1‑3%,匀染剂1‑3%和水;所述拔染浆料包括糊料、增稠剂5‑10%,拔染剂HB 25%‑40%,还原保护剂1‑3%,助拔剂ZB 1‑5%,柠檬酸1%和水;所述烂花浆料包括NaOH碱剂5‑15%,耐碱糊料25‑40%,渗透剂2%‑5%和水。本发明较传统工艺节省了4次高温烘干和4次水洗过程,大大减少工艺步骤,制作的面料手感好,更具立体感。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种印花的制备工艺,具体涉及一种多工艺组合印花的制备工艺。
背景技术
目前,涤纶超柔短毛绒面料因其细腻的手感,是应用极为广泛的窗帘、床罩等装饰用面料的首选。为了满足市场对产品的花型、色彩、立体感等的要求,以及不断变化的流行元素在面料上的应用,针对涤纶装饰绒面料的印花、拔染、烂花、烫金、压胶等工艺得以深入研究。传统的印花、拔染、烂花、烫金、压胶工艺都比较成熟,但如果按工艺需求进行分布整理,整个加工流程冗长,既浪费时间,又浪费能源,降低了生产效率,大幅提高了生产成本,且印花、拔染、烂花、烫金、压胶时每个工艺都需要经过一次高温烤干和水洗过程,使整个工艺过程中的高温处理时间过长,影响布面效果和手感。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种多工艺组合印花的制备工艺,较传统工艺节省了4次高温烘干和4次水洗过程,大大减少工艺步骤,制作的面料手感好,更具立体感。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种多工艺组合印花的制备工艺,其工艺步骤如下,白坯—预定—染色—拉毛—定型—直接印花—烘干—蒸化—水洗—还原清洗—水洗—烘干—定型,所述直接印花包括拔染印花、烂花、烫金和压胶,所述拔染印花中的印花浆料包括分散染料,增稠剂5-10%,pH调节剂1-3%,匀染剂1-3%和水;所述拔染浆料包括糊料、增稠剂5-10%,拔染剂HB 25%-40%,还原保护剂1-3%,助拔剂ZB 1-5%,柠檬酸1%和水;所述烂花浆料包括NaOH碱剂5-15%,耐碱糊料25-40%,渗透剂2%-5%和水。
作为一种优待,所述直接印花中的拔染印花、烂花、烫金和压胶每个步骤的处理温度均为140℃,处理时间均为20min。
作为一种优待,所述分散染料为Terasil红P-4BS、Terasil蓝 P-2BR和Terasil黄GWL-01。
作为一种优待,所述糊料为醚化刺槐豆胶糊和醚化淀粉糊的混合糊。
作为一种优待,所述拔染剂为氯化亚锡,所述助拔剂为蒽醌粉和聚乙二醇。
作为一种优待,所述印花胶浆的pH值应为5.0~6.0。
本发明染料的选择,选择提升性好,三原色上色同步性好,耐汽蒸,升华牢度高的分散染料。织物及织造工艺设计要合理,结构太密,不利于烂花浆料的渗透,太疏松,易造成烂花过度,影响最终产品品质。起毛要求浓、密,毛面清洁,否则影响印制效果。套色极为复杂,印花及套色的准确性直接影响成品的美观及质量等级。印花与烂花工艺,拔染印花与烂花工艺所用浆料酸碱性相反,如产生浆料互渗,会严重破坏花型效果。烂花时,必须保持浆料浓度和印浆压力与工艺要求一致,以防止烂花深浅度差异。烂花浆的配制,主要选择稳定的耐酸糊料或耐碱糊料,要保持浆料的稠度,达到印制轮廓清晰。合理选择拔染剂与助拔剂(拔染剂为氯化亚锡,助拔剂为蒽醌粉和聚乙二醇),并优化最佳用量。使用醋酸钠缓冲剂,控制印花胶浆的pH值,防止涤纶织物在酸性较高温度条件下受损。
本发明的有益效果是: 较传统工艺节省了4次高温烘干和4次水洗过程,大大减少工艺步骤,制作的面料手感好,更具立体感。分散染料选用三原色上色同步性好,耐汽蒸,升华牢度高;印花胶浆中加入蒽醌粉,能改进拔染部分的白度,且有助于在蒸汽压力波动条件下提高重现性,在印花胶浆中加入的聚乙二醇,能得到较好的拔白效果,加入柠檬酸减少织物的泛黄倾向。
具体实施方式
实施例1:一种多工艺组合印花的制备工艺,其工艺步骤如下,白坯—预定—染色—拉毛—定型—直接印花—烘干—蒸化—水洗—还原清洗—水洗—烘干—定型,所述直接印花包括拔染印花、烂花、烫金和压胶,所述拔染印花中的印花浆料包括分散染料、增稠剂5%,聚乙二醇1%,蒽醌粉1%和水,基中分散染料以Terasil红P-4BS、Terasil蓝 P-2BR和Terasil黄 GWL-01作为三原色,所述印花胶浆的pH值应为5.0;所述拔染浆料包括糊料、增稠剂5%,拔染剂HB 25%%,还原保护剂1%,助拔剂ZB 1%,柠檬酸1%和水,其中糊料为醚化刺槐豆胶糊和醚化淀粉糊的混合糊,拔染剂为氯化亚锡,所述助拔剂为蒽醌粉和聚乙二醇;所述烂花浆料包括NaOH碱剂5%,耐碱糊料25%,渗透剂2%%和水。所述直接印花中的拔染印花、烂花、烫金和压胶每个步骤的处理温度均为140℃,处理时间均为20min。
实施例2:第二种多工艺组合印花的制备工艺,其工艺步骤如下,白坯—预定—染色—拉毛—定型—直接印花—烘干—蒸化—水洗—还原清洗—水洗—烘干—定型,所述直接印花包括拔染印花、烂花、烫金和压胶,所述拔染印花中的印花浆料包括分散染料、增稠剂8%,聚乙二醇2%,蒽醌粉2%和水,基中分散染料以Terasil红P-4BS、Terasil蓝 P-2BR和Terasil黄 GWL-01作为三原色,所述印花胶浆的pH值应为5.5;所述拔染浆料包括糊料、增稠剂7%,拔染剂HB 30%,还原保护剂2.1%,助拔剂ZB 3.4%,柠檬酸1%和水,其中糊料为醚化刺槐豆胶糊和醚化淀粉糊的混合糊,拔染剂为氯化亚锡,所述助拔剂为蒽醌粉和聚乙二醇;所述烂花浆料包括NaOH碱剂10%,耐碱糊料32%,渗透剂4%和水。所述直接印花中的拔染印花、烂花、烫金和压胶每个步骤的处理温度均为140℃,处理时间均为20min。
实施例3:第三种多工艺组合印花的制备工艺,其工艺步骤如下,白坯—预定—染色—拉毛—定型—直接印花—烘干—蒸化—水洗—还原清洗—水洗—烘干—定型,所述直接印花包括拔染印花、烂花、烫金和压胶,所述拔染印花中的印花浆料包括分散染料、增稠剂10%,聚乙二醇2%,蒽醌粉3%和水,基中分散染料以Terasil红P-4BS、Terasil蓝 P-2BR和Terasil黄 GWL-01作为三原色,所述印花胶浆的pH值应为6.0;所述拔染浆料包括糊料、增稠剂10%,拔染剂HB 40%,还原保护剂3%,助拔剂ZB 5%,柠檬酸1%和水,其中糊料为醚化刺槐豆胶糊和醚化淀粉糊的混合糊,拔染剂为氯化亚锡,所述助拔剂为蒽醌粉和聚乙二醇;所述烂花浆料包括NaOH碱剂15%,耐碱糊料40%,渗透剂5%和水。所述直接印花中的拔染印花、烂花、烫金和压胶每个步骤的处理温度均为140℃,处理时间均为20min。

1.一种多工艺组合印花的制备工艺,其特征在于:其工艺步骤如下,白坯—预定—染色—拉毛—定型—直接印花—烘干—蒸化—水洗—还原清洗—水洗—烘干—定型,所述直接印花包括拔染印花、烂花、烫金和压胶,所述拔染印花中的印花浆料包括分散染料,增稠剂5-10%,pH调节剂1-3%,匀染剂1-3%和水;所述拔染浆料包括糊料、增稠剂5-10%,拔染剂HB25%-40%,还原保护剂1-3%,助拔剂ZB 1-5%,柠檬酸1%和水;所述烂花浆料包括NaOH碱剂5-15%,耐碱糊料25-40%,渗透剂2%-5%和水。
