本发明是一种水洗后不掉色的服饰染料剂，配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是：异丙基三钛酸酯1‑5%，磷酸氢二钠1‑5%，色浆2‑4%，冰醋酸5‑13%，匀染剂15‑20%，增稠剂8‑10%，粘合剂5‑7%，通过本方法制备的产品，通过在染料中加入粘合剂，使布料在印花后不变色、不损伤纤维、有一定弹性、手感好，且洗刷牢度更好，绿色环保，低碳无污染，适合于大批量生产各种纯棉、纤维面料、丝绸、毛线以及成衣、T恤等服装及服饰均可。

技术领域
本发明公开了一种水洗后不掉色的服饰染料剂。
背景技术
服饰染料是用于纺织品染色的一种染剂，多为植物果实，树液等植物提取物，也含有煤焦油等天然化学物质提取物，分为天然染料和合成染料，市面上多为合成染料，染料是有颜色的物质，但有颜色的物质并不一定是染料，作为染料，必须能够使一定颜色附着在纤维上，且不易脱落、变色，现有的纺织染料通常是根据需要通过人工配比的方式配置而成，但是现有的纺织染料在对布匹进行印花加工后的产品，其着色性较差，且色牢度不够，花布在经过多少清洗后容易出现褪色、掉色的情况。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题，本发明提供一种水洗后不掉色的服饰染料剂，通过在染料中加入粘合剂，使布料在印花后不变色、不损伤纤维、有一定弹性、手感好，且洗刷牢度更好，绿色环保，低碳无污染，适合于大批量生产各种纯棉、纤维面料、丝绸、毛线以及成衣、T恤等服装及服饰均可。
为了实现上述目的，本发明通过以下技术方案实现：一种水洗后不掉色的服饰染料剂，配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是：异丙基三钛酸酯1-5%，磷酸氢二钠1-5%，色浆2-4%，冰醋酸5-13%，匀染剂15-20%，增稠剂8-10%，粘合剂5-7%。
有益效果：通过本方法制备的产品，通过在染料中加入粘合剂，使布料在印花后不变色、不损伤纤维、有一定弹性、手感好，且洗刷牢度更好，绿色环保，低碳无污染，适合于大批量生产各种纯棉、纤维面料、丝绸、毛线以及成衣、T恤等服装及服饰均可。

一种水洗后不掉色的服饰染料剂，配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是：1%异丙基三钛酸酯，1%磷酸氢二钠，2%色浆，5%冰醋酸，15%匀染剂，8%增稠剂，5%粘合剂，此时水洗后不掉色的服饰染料剂绿色无污染，但是染色牢固程度不够。
实施例2
一种水洗后不掉色的服饰染料剂，配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是：5%异丙基三钛酸酯，5%磷酸氢二钠，4%色浆，13%冰醋酸，20%匀染剂，10%增稠剂，7%粘合剂，此时水洗后不掉色的服饰染料剂提高了染色牢固程度，但是会对环境造成一定程度的污染。
实施例3
一种水洗后不掉色的服饰染料剂，配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是：3%异丙基三钛酸酯，3%磷酸氢二钠，3%色浆，9%冰醋酸，17%匀染剂，9%增稠剂，6%粘合剂，此时水洗后不掉色的服饰染料剂绿色无污染且提高了染色牢固程度。

1.一种水洗后不掉色的服饰染料剂，其特征在于，配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是：异丙基三钛酸酯1-5%，磷酸氢二钠1-5%，色浆2-4%，冰醋酸5-13%，匀染剂15-20%，增稠剂8-10%，粘合剂5-7%。
