本发明的优点是：本发明提供的一种中药口腔清新液，原料丰富，疗效快速，有效率高达100%；原料易得，价格低廉，减轻患者的经济负担；黄芩素经纯天然提取，安全健康，无毒副作用，提取率高达22.1%，提高利用率；所有中药经多次提取和纯化，得率提高13.4%，节约大量生产成本；口感清香淡甜，无中药异味，患者不会有抵触感，使用简单，不限制在口腔病灶，能够调节各器官的功能，排除机体毒素，抗菌消炎，从根本上清新口气，持久有效。
具体实施方式
下面用具体实施例说明本发明。
实施例
一种中药口腔清新液，由以下重量份的原料制成：垂果南芥19、蓝刺头18、落葵薯叶17、假人参15、温郁金14、天花粉14、蚤休13、秦皮13、炒扁豆12、家独行菜12、风花菜11、云木香11、漆姑草11、蛇舌草10、低聚木糖9、甘草酸0.17、黄芩素0.08。
所述的黄芩素，将黄芩粉碎，过100目筛，得黄芩粉，加入黄芩粉重量0.4%的纤维素酶，42℃水浴，57转/分钟搅拌酶解200分钟，取出，加入黄芩粉重量3倍量的体积分数为85%的酒精溶液，置于67℃，30kHz超声浸提40分钟，重复浸提3次，6000转/分钟离心15分钟，弃沉淀，合并所有浸提液，72℃烘干至原体积的1/5，加入体积分数为6%的盐酸溶液，调pH为1.5，置于4℃，静置24小时，过120目筛，取沉淀，水洗至pH为6.8，安全无毒，提取率高，-42℃冷冻干燥至无水分，得黄芩素。
一种中药口腔清新液的制备方法，其具体步骤包括：
（1）将垂果南芥、蓝刺头、落葵薯叶、假人参、温郁金、天花粉、蚤休、秦皮、炒扁豆、家独行菜、风花菜、云木香、漆姑草和蛇舌草粉碎，过120目筛，得植物料粉；
（2）向植物料粉中加入植物料粉重量4倍量的蒸馏水，置于80℃水浴，32kHz超声浸提45分钟，5000转/分钟离心10分钟，得提取液A和植物药渣A，向植物药渣A中加入植物药渣A重量2倍量的蒸馏水，34kHz超声浸提30分钟，6000转/分钟离心10分钟，得提取液B和植物药渣B，向植物药渣B中加入植物药渣B重量2倍量的体积分数为76%的酒精溶液，密闭，64℃水浴，28kHz超声浸提40分钟，8000转/分钟离心10分钟，合并所有提取液，置于80℃烘箱，浓缩至原体积的1/3，得植物提取液；
（3）向植物提取液中加入植物提取液体积1/5量的乙醚，50转/分钟震荡50分钟，静置35分钟，去除乙醚层，得水层提取液，将水层提取液加入分子量为32kD的透析袋中，流水透析28小时，去除小分子杂质，使口感柔和，取出，加入低聚木糖、甘草酸和黄芩素，口感清香淡甜，于47℃真空浓缩至含水量为所有原料重量的42%，得中药口腔清新液；
（4）分为120份，包装，于37℃、120MPa超高压杀菌30分钟，得成品。
对比例
市售普通口腔清新液。
实施例和对比例药液的抑菌效果：
分别取实施例和对比例的药剂100㎎，加等量的蒸馏水稀释，混合均匀，加入变形链球菌、梭形杆菌和黏性放线菌的培养皿中，进行抑菌试验，培养12~14小时，利用游标卡尺测量抑菌圈的直径大小，实施例和对比例药液的抑菌效果见表1。

从表1可以看出，实施例的中药口腔清新液，作用于变形链球菌、梭形杆菌和黏性放线菌，实施例的各细菌抑菌圈直径均明显大于对比例，对细菌的抑制效果明显优于对比例，说明实施例中药口腔清新液有明显的抑菌效果。
实施例和对比例药液的口腔护理效果：
用法用量：每日2次，早晚饭后15~20分钟各饮用1份，使用20天。
疗效判定标准：
有效：口腔异味减轻，有所好转；
治愈：口腔异味消失。
试验病例：
随机选择患者200例，选择的标准是：符合西医诊断标准和中医辩证标准、年龄在18~55岁之间，其中，女性100例，男性100例。随机将上述病例分成实施例组和对比例组，各100人，男女各半，实施例和对比例药液的口腔护理效果见表2。

从表2可以看出，实施例的中药口腔清新液，对清新口腔的有效率为100%，治愈率为82%，抗龋齿有效率为75%，抗牙龈炎有效率为76%，作用效果快，说明实施例中药口腔清新液具有持久清新口气，缓解龋齿和牙龈炎的效果。

Claims (5)

1.一种中药口腔清新液，其特征在于，由以下重量份的原料制成：垂果南芥17~19、蓝刺头16~18、落葵薯叶15~17、假人参13~15、温郁金12~14、天花粉12~14、蚤休11~13、秦皮11~13、炒扁豆10~12、家独行菜10~12、风花菜9~11、云木香9~11、漆姑草9~11、蛇舌草8~10、低聚木糖7~9、甘草酸0.16~0.18、黄芩素0.07~0.09。
2.根据权利要求1所述中药口腔清新液，其特征在于，由以下重量份的原料制成：垂果南芥19、蓝刺头18、落葵薯叶17、假人参15、温郁金14、天花粉14、蚤休13、秦皮13、炒扁豆12、家独行菜12、风花菜11、云木香11、漆姑草11、蛇舌草10、低聚木糖9、甘草酸0.17、黄芩素0.08。
3.根据权利要求1所述中药口腔清新液，其特征在于，所述的黄芩素，将黄芩粉碎，过80~100目筛，得黄芩粉，加入黄芩粉重量0.3~0.5%的纤维素酶，41~43℃水浴，56~58转/分钟搅拌酶解180~200分钟，取出，加入黄芩粉重量2~3倍量的体积分数为84~86%的酒精溶液，置于66~68℃，28~30kHz超声浸提35~40分钟，重复浸提3次，6000转/分钟离心15分钟，弃沉淀，合并所有浸提液，70~72℃烘干至原体积的1/5，加入体积分数为5~7%的盐酸溶液，调pH为1.4~1.6，置于3~5℃，静置22~24小时，过120~140目筛，取沉淀，水洗至pH为6.4~7.2，-44~-42℃冷冻干燥至无水分，得黄芩素。
4.根据权利要求1所述中药口腔清新液的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
（1）将垂果南芥、蓝刺头、落葵薯叶、假人参、温郁金、天花粉、蚤休、秦皮、炒扁豆、家独行菜、风花菜、云木香、漆姑草和蛇舌草粉碎，过120~140目筛，得植物料粉；
（2）向植物料粉中加入植物料粉重量3~4倍量的蒸馏水，置于80~85℃水浴，30~32kHz超声浸提40~45分钟，5000转/分钟离心10分钟，得提取液A和植物药渣A，向植物药渣A中加入植物药渣A重量2~3倍量的蒸馏水，32~34kHz超声浸提30~35分钟，6000转/分钟离心10分钟，得提取液B和植物药渣B，向植物药渣B中加入植物药渣B重量2~3倍量的体积分数为76~78%的酒精溶液，密闭，62~64℃水浴，28~30kHz超声浸提35~40分钟，8000转/分钟离心10分钟，合并所有提取液，置于80~85℃烘箱，浓缩至原体积的1/3，得植物提取液；
（3）向植物提取液中加入植物提取液体积1/5量的乙醚，50~52转/分钟震荡45~50分钟，静置30~35分钟，去除乙醚层，得水层提取液，将水层提取液加入分子量为32kD的透析袋中，流水透析24~28小时，取出，加入低聚木糖、甘草酸和黄芩素，于46~48℃真空浓缩至含水量为所有原料重量的22~24%，得中药口腔清新液；
（4）分为120份，包装，于36~38℃、118~120MPa超高压杀菌25~30分钟，得成品。
5.根据权利要求1~4所述中药口腔清新液的使用方法，其特征在于，每日2次，早晚饭后15~20分钟各饮用1份。
