Abstract
本发明涉及一种口腔清新液，它是由下述重量配比的物质制成：淡竹叶3-7份、茵陈5-10份、芦荟1-5份、厚朴5-15份、冰片0.1-0.5份、薄荷1-5份、儿茶5-10份、吴茱萸3-8份、连翘5-10份、青黛3-8份和水20-100份。本发明还涉及该口腔清新液的制备方法。本发明所述的口腔清新液具有矫正或消除口腔中的异味、异臭、清洁口腔、改善口腔内卫生状况的功效，无任何不良反应，制造成本低，效果好的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及医药领域，具体地说，涉及一种口腔清新液及其制备方法。
背景技术
口腔保健是保证人类身体健康的一个重要方面。在现有技术中有多种含有药物、食用香料、调味剂和辅料的制品，如含片、口胶、气雾剂等，用以杀灭口腔中细菌，同时这类制品还可以适当改善口腔的气味，例如“草珊瑚”含片等。但现有技术中的这些制品效果相对单一，对口腔中异味的去除效果较差，特别是食用刺激性食品后使用这类的制品效果甚微。因此，对于新的口腔清新药剂的寻找从未停止。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种口腔清新液。
本发明的目的还在于提供该口腔清新液的制备方法。
为了实现本发明的目的，本发明提供一种口腔清新液，它是由下述重量配比的物质制成：淡竹叶3-7份、茵陈5-10份、芦荟1-5份、厚朴5-15份、冰片0.1-0.5份、薄荷1-5份、儿茶5-10份、吴茱萸3-8份、连翘5-10份、青黛3-8份、和水20-100份。
优选地，本发明所述的口腔清新液是由下述重量配比的物质制成：淡竹叶5份、茵陈8份、芦荟4份、厚朴12份、冰片0.3份、薄荷5份、儿茶7份、吴茱萸5份、连翘10份、青黛5份、和水50份。
本发明还提供一种口腔清新液的制备方法，该方法包括：称取淡竹叶50克、茵陈80克、芦荟40克、厚朴120克、冰片3克、薄荷50克、儿茶70克、吴茱萸50克、连翘100克、青黛50克、和水500克，置于密封的烧瓶内，在30℃的水浴下加热5小时，过滤，收集滤液即得。
本发明所述的口腔清新液具有矫正或消除口腔中的异味、异臭、清洁口腔、改善口腔内卫生状况的功效，无任何不良反应，制造成本低，矫正效果好的特点。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施方式的描述对本发明作进一步说明，但这并非是对本发明的限制，本领域技术人员根据本发明的基本思想，可以做出各种修改或改进，但是只要不脱离本发明的基本思想，均在本发明的范围之内。
实施例1本发明口腔清新液的制备
称取淡竹叶50克、茵陈80克、芦荟40克、厚朴120克、冰片3克、薄荷50克、儿茶70克、吴茱萸50克、连翘100克、青黛50克、和水500克，置于密封的烧瓶内。在30℃的水浴下加热5小时，过滤，收集滤液即得。
实验例1
使用实施例1中制备的口腔清新液对100例口腔门诊患者进行治疗，男50例，女50例，年龄最小者22岁，最大者53岁，患病时间最短为1个月，最长为1年，全部病例皆排除口腔不洁疾病引起的口腔异味。患者使用实施例1中制备的口腔清新液时，一次使用20ml，一次口含数分钟。使用后，所有100例患者的口臭完全消失，治愈率100％。
实验例2
对20位具有口腔异味的患者使用实施例1中制备的口腔清新液进行治疗，一次使用20ml，一次口含数分钟。并请另外5人对测试结果进行评价，认为口腔异味消除的为1分，认为口腔异味未消除的为0分，评分结果为3分以上的表明口腔异味消除，评分结果低于3分的表明口腔异味未消除。每隔1小时对测试结果进行一次评分。
结果表明，使用后立即进行评分，20位患者的得分均为5分，表明口腔异味消除。一直到3小时时，才第一次出现评分结果低于3分。这表明本发明的口腔清新液的效果可以持续至少2小时以上。而一般常规清新剂的保持时间也不超过1小时。
实验例3：具体病例
张某，女，33岁，就诊时病龄已有半年，使用实施例1中制备的口腔清新液进行治疗，使用后口腔异味消失。连续使用1周，每天使用3次。之后停止使用，发现口腔异味基本消失，并且复诊无复发症状。
王某某，男，27岁，口腔异味的病龄为1年，使用实施例1中制备的口腔清新液进行治疗，使用后口腔异味消失。连续使用1周，每天使用3次。之后停止使用，发现口腔异味基本消失，并且复诊无复发症状。
李某某，男，36岁，口臭之疾已有3月，使用实施例1中制备的口腔清新液进行治疗，使用后口腔异味消失。连续使用1周，每天使用3次。之后停止使用，发现口腔异味基本消失，并且复诊无复发症状。
Claims (3)
1.一种口腔清新液，其特征在于它是由下述重量配比的物质制成：淡竹叶3-7份、茵陈5-10份、芦荟1-5份、厚朴5-15份、冰片0.1-0.5份、薄荷1-5份、儿茶5-10份、吴茱萸3-8份、连翘5-10份、青黛3-8份、和/或水20-100份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的口腔清新液，其特征在于它是由下述重量配比的物质制成：淡竹叶5份、茵陈8份、芦荟4份、厚朴12份、冰片0.3份、薄荷5份、儿茶7份、吴茱萸5份、连翘10份、青黛5份、和/或水50份。
3.一种口腔清新液的制备方法，该方法包括：称取淡竹叶50克、茵陈80克、芦荟40克、厚朴120克、冰片3克、薄荷50克、儿茶70克、吴茱萸50克、连翘100克、青黛50克、和水500克，置于密封的烧瓶内，在30℃的水浴下加热5小时，过滤，收集滤液即得。
