（3）将蜂胶加入植物粗提液，混合均匀，得中药提取液，向中药提取液中加入中药提取液体积1/5的乙醚，55转/分钟震荡50分钟，静置30分钟，分离乙醚层和水层，保留水层，得水层提取液，将水层提取液加入分子量为35kD的透析袋中，流水透析20小时，取出，于47℃真空浓缩至所有原料重量的1/2，加入低聚木糖、木犀草素和金丝桃苷，得抗龋齿口腔清新剂；
（4）灌装入喷雾瓶，38℃，112MPa超高压杀菌20分钟，得成品。
对比例
市售普通抗龋齿药物。
实施例和对比例药剂的抑菌效果：
分别取实施例和对比例的药剂100㎎，加等量的蒸馏水稀释，混合均匀，加入葡萄球菌、甲型链球菌和黏性放线菌的培养皿中，进行抑菌试验，培养12~14小时，利用游标卡尺测量抑菌圈的直径大小，实施例和对比例药剂的抑菌效果见表1。

从表1可以看出，实施例的抗龋齿口腔清新剂，作用于葡萄球菌、甲型链球菌和黏性放线菌，实施例的各细菌抑菌圈直径均明显大于对比例，对细菌的抑制效果明显优于对比例，说明实施例抗龋齿口腔清新剂有明显的抑菌效果。
实施例和对比例药剂抗龋齿的效果：
用法用量：饭后立即喷雾一次，饭后3~4小时喷雾一次，连续使用15天。
试验病例：
疗效判定标准：
有效：龋洞不再扩大，疼痛减轻；
治愈：龋洞不再扩大，疼痛消失。
随机选择患者200例，选择的标准是：符合西医诊断标准和中医辩证标准、年龄在18~55岁之间，其中，女性100例，男性100例。随机将上述病例分成实施例组和对比例组，各100人，男女各半，实施例和对比例药剂抗龋齿的效果见表2。

从表2可以看出，实施例的抗龋齿口腔清新剂，实施例的有效率为93%，治愈率为84%，作用效果快，说明实施例抗龋齿口腔清新剂具有明显的抗龋齿效果。

Claims (5)

1. 一种抗龋齿口腔清新剂，其特征在于，由以下重量份的原料制成：厚朴16~18、千根草16~18、寸金草15~17、翅叶槐15~17、广藿香13~15、绿茶13~15、桂枝12~14、皂角刺12~14、披萨草11~13、山慈菇11~13、木香10~12、翅叶槐10~12、荷莲豆草10~12、火殃勒9~11、昂天莲9~11、百日草9~11、郁金9~11、低聚木糖7~9、蜂胶4~6、纤维素酶0.2~0.4、果胶酶0.11~0.13、木犀草素0.08~0.10、金丝桃苷0.08~0.10。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗龋齿口腔清新剂，其特征在于，由以下重量份的原料制成：厚朴18、千根草17、寸金草17、翅叶槐16、广藿香15、绿茶15、桂枝14、皂角刺13、披萨草13、山慈菇12、木香12、翅叶槐11、荷莲豆草11、火殃勒10、昂天莲10、百日草9、郁金9、低聚木糖9、纤维素酶0.3、果胶酶0.12、蜂胶5、木犀草素0.09、金丝桃苷0.09。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗龋齿口腔清新剂，其特征在于，所述的金丝桃苷，取半边莲、黄蜀葵花、山楂及桔梗中的一种或几种，洗净，粉碎，过100~120目筛，得原料粉，加入原料粉重量2~3倍量的体积分数为80~85%的乙醇溶液，密闭，于4℃、54~56转/分钟震荡浸提14~16小时，过滤，得滤液和滤渣，向滤渣中加入滤渣重量2~3倍量的体积分数为70~75%的乙醇溶液，密闭，83~85℃、46~48kHz超声浸提30~35分钟，过滤，合并所有滤液，72~74℃烘干浓缩至原料粉重量的1/5，得金丝桃苷。
4.根据权利要求1所述抗龋齿口腔清新剂的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
（1）将厚朴、千根草、寸金草、翅叶槐、广藿香、绿茶、桂枝、皂角刺、披萨草、山慈菇、木香、翅叶槐、荷莲豆草、火殃勒、昂天莲、百日草和郁金粉碎，过80~100目筛，得植物料粉，加入植物料粉重量3~4倍量的蒸馏水，42~44℃水浴，加入纤维素酶和果胶酶，37~39转/分钟搅拌酶解220~240分钟，得植物酶解料；
（2）将植物酶解料置于90~95℃水浴，36~38kHz超声浸提35~40分钟，5000转/分钟离心10分钟，得提取液A和植物药渣A，向植物药渣A中加入植物药渣A重量2~3倍量的蒸馏水，33~35kHz超声浸提25~30分钟，5000转/分钟离心10分钟，得提取液B和植物药渣B，向植物药渣B中加入植物药渣B重量2~3倍量的体积分数为72~74%的酒精溶液，密闭，66~68℃水浴，38~40kHz超声浸提35~40分钟，5000转/分钟离心10分钟，得提取液C和植物药渣C，合并所有提取液，置于80~85℃烘箱，浓缩至原体积的1/3，得植物粗提液；
（3）将蜂胶加入植物粗提液，混合均匀，得中药提取液，向中药提取液中加入中药提取液体积1/5的乙醚，53~55转/分钟震荡40~50分钟，静置20~30分钟，分离乙醚层和水层，保留水层，得水层提取液，将水层提取液加入分子量为35kD的透析袋中，流水透析16~18小时，取出，于45~47℃真空浓缩至所有原料重量的1/2，加入低聚木糖、木犀草素和金丝桃苷，得抗龋齿口腔清新剂；
（4）灌装入喷雾瓶，36~38℃，112~114MPa超高压杀菌20~25分钟，得成品。
5.根据权利要求1~4所抗龋齿口腔清新剂的使用方法，其特征在于，饭后立即喷雾一次，饭后3~4小时喷雾一次。
