目前市售的治疗牙龈出血的药物多为云南白药牙膏或维生素C，云南白药牙膏使用具有时间限制，只通过单纯的凝血来进行止血，而且效果缓慢，使用不便，成人的牙龈是不再从人体系统摄取营养的，因此补充维生素C也是一个误导，不会具有牙龈止血效果，因此临床亟需一种从根本上治疗牙龈出血的中药制剂，以口腔为主要病灶，全身为次要病灶，牙龈止血，效果持久。

一种治疗牙龈出血的中药制剂，由以下重量份的原料制成：枸杞18~20、粗叶榕根17~19、落葵薯叶15~17、假人参14~16、温郁金13~15、山姜12~14、黑老虎11~13、箬竹叶11~13、杨树花10~12、合欢花10~12、麻柳叶9~11、桃仁9~11、蒲黄9~11、槐花8~10、乳糖醇7~9、绿原酸0.13~0.15、黄芩素0.07~0.09。

（1）将枸杞、粗叶榕根、落葵薯叶、假人参、温郁金、山姜、黑老虎、箬竹叶、杨树花、合欢花、麻柳叶、桃仁、蒲黄和槐花粉碎，过120~140目筛，得植物料粉；

本发明的优点是：本发明提供的一种治疗牙龈出血的中药制剂，原料丰富，疗效快速，有效率高达100%；原料易得，价格低廉，减轻患者的经济负担；黄芩素经纯天然提取，安全健康，无毒副作用，提取率高达22.1%，提高利用率；所有中药经多次提取和纯化，得率提高14.1%，节约大量生产成本；口感清香淡甜，无中药异味，患者不会有抵触感，使用简单，以口腔病灶为主，调节各器官的功能，协调新陈代谢，抗菌消炎，增强机体免疫力，减少各类疾病的发生，不依靠单纯的凝血进行止血，通过全身保健治疗牙龈出血，持久有效，不反复发作。
具体实施方式
下面用具体实施例说明本发明。
实施例
一种治疗牙龈出血的中药制剂，由以下重量份的原料制成：枸杞20、粗叶榕根19、落葵薯叶17、假人参16、温郁金15、山姜14、黑老虎13、箬竹叶13、杨树花12、合欢花12、麻柳叶11、桃仁11、蒲黄10、槐花10、乳糖醇9、绿原酸0.14、黄芩素0.08。
所述的黄芩素，将黄芩粉碎，过80目筛，得黄芩粉，加入黄芩粉重量0.5%的纤维素酶，41℃水浴，56转/分钟搅拌酶解200分钟，取出，加入黄芩粉重量3倍量的体积分数为86%的酒精溶液，置于66℃，30kHz超声浸提40分钟，重复浸提3次，6000转/分钟离心15分钟，弃沉淀，合并所有浸提液，70℃烘干至原体积的1/5，加入体积分数为5%的盐酸溶液，调pH为1.4，置于3℃，静置22小时，过120目筛，取沉淀，水洗至pH为6.8，安全无毒，提取率高，-42℃冷冻干燥至无水分，得黄芩素。
一种治疗牙龈出血的中药制剂的制备方法，其具体步骤包括：
（1）将枸杞、粗叶榕根、落葵薯叶、假人参、温郁金、山姜、黑老虎、箬竹叶、杨树花、合欢花、麻柳叶、桃仁、蒲黄和槐花粉碎，过120目筛，得植物料粉；
（2）向植物料粉中加入植物料粉重量3倍量的蒸馏水，置于80℃水浴，30kHz超声浸提40分钟，5000转/分钟离心10分钟，得提取液A和植物药渣A，向植物药渣A中加入植物药渣A重量3倍量的蒸馏水，32kHz超声浸提35分钟，6000转/分钟离心10分钟，得提取液B和植物药渣B，向植物药渣B中加入植物药渣B重量3倍量的体积分数为76%的酒精溶液，密闭，62℃水浴，30kHz超声浸提40分钟，8000转/分钟离心10分钟，合并所有提取液，置于85℃烘箱，浓缩至原体积的1/3，得植物提取液；
（3）向植物提取液中加入植物提取液体积1/5量的乙醚，52转/分钟震荡50分钟，静置35分钟，去除乙醚层，得水层提取液，将水层提取液加入分子量为32kD的透析袋中，流水透析28小时，去除小分子杂质，使口感柔和，取出，加入乳糖醇、绿原酸和黄芩素，口感清香淡甜，于46℃真空浓缩至含水量为所有原料重量的43%，得治疗牙龈出血的中药制剂；
（4）分为120份，包装，于38℃、118MPa超高压杀菌30分钟，得成品。
对比例
市售普通治疗牙龈出血的药剂。
实施例和对比例药剂的抑菌效果：
分别取实施例和对比例的药剂100㎎，加等量的蒸馏水稀释，混合均匀，加入嗜酸乳杆菌、兼性类白喉杆菌、血型链球菌和唾液链球菌的培养皿中，进行抑菌试验，培养12~14小时，利用游标卡尺测量抑菌圈的直径大小，实施例和对比例药剂的抑菌效果见表1。

从表1可以看出，实施例的治疗牙龈出血的中药制剂，作用于嗜酸乳杆菌、兼性类白喉杆菌、血型链球菌和唾液链球菌，实施例的各细菌抑菌圈直径均明显大于对比例，对细菌的抑制效果明显优于对比例，说明实施例治疗牙龈出血的中药制剂有明显的抑菌效果。
实施例和对比例药剂的口腔护理效果：
用法用量：每日2次，早晚饭前15~20分钟各饮用1份，使用15天。
疗效判定标准：
有效：牙龈出血、口腔异味减轻，有所好转；
治愈：牙龈出血、口腔异味消失。
试验病例：
随机选择患者200例，选择的标准是：符合西医诊断标准和中医辩证标准、年龄在18~55岁之间，其中，女性100例，男性100例。随机将上述病例分成实施例组和对比例组，各100人，男女各半，实施例和对比例药剂的口腔护理效果见表2。

从表2可以看出，实施例的治疗牙龈出血的中药制剂，对牙龈出血的有效率为100%，治愈率为87%，抗龋齿有效率为74%，抗牙龈炎有效率为78%，作用效果快，效果持久，说明实施例治疗牙龈出血的中药制剂具有较好的牙龈止血，缓解龋齿和牙龈炎的效果。

Claims (5)

1.一种治疗牙龈出血的中药制剂，其特征在于，由以下重量份的原料制成：枸杞18~20、粗叶榕根17~19、落葵薯叶15~17、假人参14~16、温郁金13~15、山姜12~14、黑老虎11~13、箬竹叶11~13、杨树花10~12、合欢花10~12、麻柳叶9~11、桃仁9~11、蒲黄9~11、槐花8~10、乳糖醇7~9、绿原酸0.13~0.15、黄芩素0.07~0.09。
2.根据权利要求1所述治疗牙龈出血的中药制剂，其特征在于，由以下重量份的原料制成：枸杞20、粗叶榕根19、落葵薯叶17、假人参16、温郁金15、山姜14、黑老虎13、箬竹叶13、杨树花12、合欢花12、麻柳叶11、桃仁11、蒲黄10、槐花10、乳糖醇9、绿原酸0.14、黄芩素0.08。
3.根据权利要求1所述治疗牙龈出血的中药制剂，其特征在于，所述的黄芩素，将黄芩粉碎，过80~100目筛，得黄芩粉，加入黄芩粉重量0.3~0.5%的纤维素酶，41~43℃水浴，56~58转/分钟搅拌酶解180~200分钟，取出，加入黄芩粉重量2~3倍量的体积分数为84~86%的酒精溶液，置于66~68℃，28~30kHz超声浸提35~40分钟，重复浸提3次，6000转/分钟离心15分钟，弃沉淀，合并所有浸提液，70~72℃烘干至原体积的1/5，加入体积分数为5~7%的盐酸溶液，调pH为1.4~1.6，置于3~5℃，静置22~24小时，过120~140目筛，取沉淀，水洗至pH为6.4~7.2，-44~-42℃冷冻干燥至无水分，得黄芩素。
4.根据权利要求1所述治疗牙龈出血的中药制剂的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
（1）将枸杞、粗叶榕根、落葵薯叶、假人参、温郁金、山姜、黑老虎、箬竹叶、杨树花、合欢花、麻柳叶、桃仁、蒲黄和槐花粉碎，过120~140目筛，得植物料粉；
（2）向植物料粉中加入植物料粉重量3~4倍量的蒸馏水，置于80~85℃水浴，30~32kHz超声浸提40~45分钟，5000转/分钟离心10分钟，得提取液A和植物药渣A，向植物药渣A中加入植物药渣A重量2~3倍量的蒸馏水，32~34kHz超声浸提30~35分钟，6000转/分钟离心10分钟，得提取液B和植物药渣B，向植物药渣B中加入植物药渣B重量2~3倍量的体积分数为76~78%的酒精溶液，密闭，62~64℃水浴，28~30kHz超声浸提35~40分钟，8000转/分钟离心10分钟，合并所有提取液，置于80~85℃烘箱，浓缩至原体积的1/3，得植物提取液；
（3）向植物提取液中加入植物提取液体积1/5量的乙醚，50~52转/分钟震荡45~50分钟，静置30~35分钟，去除乙醚层，得水层提取液，将水层提取液加入分子量为32kD的透析袋中，流水透析24~28小时，加入乳糖醇、绿原酸和黄芩素，于46~48℃真空浓缩至含水量为所有原料重量的41~43%，得治疗牙龈出血的中药制剂；
（4）分为120份，包装，于36~38℃、118~120MPa超高压杀菌25~30分钟，得成品。
5.根据权利要求1~4所述治疗牙龈出血的中药制剂的使用方法，其特征在于，每日2次，早晚饭前15~20分钟各饮用1份。
