本发明公开了一种新型鞋底制作工艺,包括步骤:对耐磨配件进行清洁处理;在耐磨配件的待粘合表面刷胶,将处理过的耐磨配件待粘合表面向上放置在模内;将伸缩膜放置在模内覆盖耐磨配件和模底,合框模固定伸缩膜,对模具进行加温;对模内进行抽真空处理使伸缩膜与模底之间平滑紧密贴合,然后向模内灌注发泡材料,合模成型即可。本发明将耐磨片材与伸缩膜在发泡物成型时一体成型为整体鞋底结构,工序流程短,生产周期短,可以流水线生产,工作效率高,本发明制作的鞋底不易开裂,耐磨片材与发泡材料粘结牢固,鞋底在制作过程中没有气泡,没有外露胶层,无泡,表面平顺,外形美观,色彩统一,产品物性稳定,容易控制。

一种新型鞋底制作工艺
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种新型鞋底制作工艺,属于鞋底加工技术领域。
【背景技术】
现有鞋底一般都包括耐磨片材与发泡物结构,此类鞋底的传统制作方法为后贴合组合方式,即将成型的耐磨片材与伸缩膜、成型的发泡物结构粘合在一起,传统制作方法制作时工作人员多,易杂乱,流程长,生产周期不固定,工作效率低,制作的鞋底易开裂,粘度不劳固,外观差,容易出现气泡,麻面,产品物性不稳定,较难控制。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服传统制作法的不足,提供一种一体成型的新型鞋底制作工艺。本发明工艺制作效率高,制作的鞋度结实,美观。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:
一种新型鞋底制作工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
a、对耐磨配件进行清洁处理;
b、在耐磨配件的待粘合表面刷胶,将处理过的耐磨配件待粘合表面向上放置在模内;
c、将伸缩膜放置在模内覆盖耐磨配件和模底,合框模固定伸缩膜,对模具进行加温;
d、对模内进行抽真空处理使伸缩膜与模底之间平滑紧密贴合,然后向模内灌注发泡材料,合模成型即可。
本发明的耐磨配件为橡胶配件或TPU配件,耐磨配件的厚度一般为3-10mm厚。
本发明伸缩膜优选拉伸强度为15~25kg/cm2,耐黄测试达到3~4级,剥离强度为:3~4kg。
本发明的伸缩膜进一步优选为TPU热粘膜。
本发明的步骤c中对模具的加温温度为35~55℃,加温时间为20~40min。
本发明的模具内抽真空时抽空气10~25秒。
本发明的发泡材料为PU。
与现有技术相比,本发明有如下优点:
本发明将耐磨片材与伸缩膜在发泡物成型时一体成型为整体鞋底结构,工序流程短,生产周期短,可以流水线生产,工作效率高,本发明制作的鞋底不易开裂,耐磨片材与发泡材料粘结牢固,鞋底在制作过程中没有气泡,没有外露胶层,无泡,表面平顺,外形美观,色彩统一,产品物性稳定,容易控制。
【具体实施方式】
以下结合具体实施方式对本发明做进一步更详细的说明。
一种新型鞋底制作工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
a、对耐磨配件进行清洁处理,去油污和灰尘;
b、在耐磨配件的待粘合表面刷胶,将处理过的耐磨配件待粘合表面向上放置在模内;
c、将伸缩膜放置在模内覆盖模底和耐磨配件,伸缩膜与耐磨配件的刷胶面相贴,合框模固定伸缩膜,避免加温时伸缩膜回缩,然后对以35~55℃对模具进行加温20~40min;
d、然后对模内进行抽真空10~25秒使伸缩膜与模底之间平滑紧密贴合,然后向模内灌注发泡材料,合模成型即可。
优选地,耐磨配件为橡胶配件或TPU配件。
进一步地,伸缩膜要求其拉伸强度为15~25kg/cm2,耐黄测试达到3~4级,剥离强度为:3~4kg,优选TPU热粘膜。
进一步地,放置伸缩膜后对模具进行加温,模具的加温温度和时间可以根据伸缩膜的厚度与模具的形状调整,以使得伸缩膜的粘性和弹性更好,与抽真空配合,使伸缩膜更好地与耐磨配件和模具底部相贴,包括与底部的花纹平滑紧密相贴,成型的鞋底不会发泡和麻面。
模具底模上设有连接真空泵的联接嘴,抽空气时用管连接即可。
实施例1:
将3mm厚TPU耐磨配件清洗处理后,刷胶放入模具内,将0.2mm厚TPU热粘膜放入模内覆盖模底,合框膜,然后以35℃对模具进行加温20-40min,对模内进行抽空气10-25秒,灌注PU发泡材料,合模成型即可。
实施例2:
将6mm厚橡胶耐磨配件清洗处理后,刷胶放入模具内,将0.2mm厚伸缩膜放入模内覆盖模底,合框膜,然后以45℃对模具进行加温20-40min,对模内进行抽空气10-25秒,灌注发泡材料,合模成型即可。
实施例3:
将10mm厚橡胶耐磨配件清洗处理后,刷胶放入模具内,将0.2mm厚TPU热粘膜放入模内覆盖模底,合框膜,然后以55℃对模具进行加温20-40min,对模内进行抽空气10-25秒,灌注发泡材料,合模成型即可。
实施例1-3制作的鞋底测试结果如下:
耐磨性:小于DIN 120(IN 53516);
撕裂:大于30kg/cm2(ASTM D412);
剥离强度:3.5kg以上;
水解:温度70度X湿度95RHX14天,保持率90%以上;
外观:无泡,表面平顺。

Claims (7)

1.一种新型鞋底制作工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
a、对耐磨配件进行清洁处理;
b、在耐磨配件的待粘合表面刷胶,将处理过的耐磨配件待粘合表面向上放置在模内;
c、将伸缩膜放置在模内覆盖耐磨配件和模底,合框模固定伸缩膜,对模具进行加温;
d、对模内进行抽真空处理使伸缩膜与模底之间平滑紧密贴合,然后向模内灌注发泡材料,合模成型即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型鞋底制作工艺,其特征在于所述的耐磨配件为橡胶配件或TPU配件。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型鞋底制作工艺,其特征在于所述伸缩膜的拉伸强度为15~25kg/cm2,耐黄测试达到3~4级,剥离强度为:3~4kg。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型鞋底制作工艺,其特征在于所述的伸缩膜为TPU热粘膜。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型鞋底制作工艺,其特征在于所述步骤c中对模具的加温温度为35~55℃,加温时间为20~40min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型鞋底制作工艺,其特征在于所述的模具内抽真空时抽空气10~25秒。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型鞋底制作工艺,其特征在于所述的发泡材料为PU。
