Description

含装饰金属塑胶制品的制造工艺和用该工艺的制品及鞋 技术领域
本发明涉及在塑胶制品表面形成装饰金属的工艺,具体一种含装饰金属塑胶制品的制造工艺,采用该工艺制得的制品及鞋。
背景技术
目前,鞋子设计日趋时尚靓丽,制鞋所需材料种类也日益增多,其中金属色泽材料的应用有不断扩大的趋势,金属色泽反光性好,在鞋子上设计金属色能够有效提高鞋子的精美度及外观吸引度。
当前添加金属色泽主要为以下三种途径:第一种是直接采用片状或板状金属材料,加工成需要形状后缝制在鞋子表面;第二种是直接在柔性材质表面刷金属漆;第三种是在鞋子或相应配件注塑完成后,通过电镀工艺形成装饰金属。
上述三种途径存在以下缺陷:
对于上述第一种途径,其金属材料较厚,使得鞋子重量增加、且柔韧性变差,影响穿着舒适性,而且生产工艺复杂;
对于上述第二种途径,刷金属漆需要大量的人工,生产人工成本高,而且金属漆在实际生产与使用时容易受热脱落,造成斑驳色,严重影响鞋子质量;
对于上述第三种途径,生产完成后再另行电镀,导致生产周期变长,而且电镀会造成一定污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种含装饰金属塑胶制品的制造工艺,以解决相关技术存在的上述缺陷。
为达上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种含装饰金属的塑胶制品的制造工艺,其包括以下步骤:
选取金属箔;
裁切所述金属箔,获得装饰金属;
将所述装饰金属置于注塑模具中;
在所述模具注塑;
脱模,即获得表面含装饰金属的塑胶制品。
优选地,所述制造工艺还包括在裁切所述金属箔的步骤之前,在所述金属箔的表面覆保护膜的步骤。
优选地,所述金属箔的材质为不锈钢、铜、金、银或铝。
优选地,所述金属箔的厚度为10微米至100微米。
采用如上述任意一项所述制造工艺制得的塑胶制品。
具有如上述任意一项所述制造工艺制得的塑胶制品的鞋。
与现有技术相比,本发明至少具有以下有益效果:
本发明是在注塑塑胶制品的过程中直接形成装饰金属,不需要额外的缝制工序、刷漆工序和电镀工序,有效缩短了生产周期,提高了生产效率,降低了人工成本。
形成的装饰金属的牢固性好,受热不易脱落,而且柔韧性好。
不需要电镀工序,可减少环境污染。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
本发明中所述的含装饰金属的塑胶制品是指在塑胶制品的表面形成有起装饰作用的金属,该金属的装饰效果可以通过金属的颜色、图案、形状等方面实现,通常该金属的面积小于该塑胶制品的表面积。
图1中示意性表示了一种含装饰金属的塑胶制品,图2中示出了其断面结构。该塑胶制品10的表面具有装饰金属20,装饰金属20的表面还具有保护膜层30,可防止金属20被刮花。该塑胶制品10表面的金属20,一方面构成了图案,通过图案产生装饰效果,另一方面,金属20具有光亮的色泽,这也使得其在塑胶制品10的表面起到装饰效果。
参照图3,本塑胶制品的制造工艺如下:
首先选取金属箔。金属箔的材质优选不锈钢、铜、金、银或铝,可根据塑胶制品的装饰需求做出选择,例如,对于高端产生,优选金或银材质;要求反光性好的,优选不锈钢;需要金黄色的色泽装饰的,优先黄金或铜。金属箔的厚度优选10微米至100微米,过厚的金属箔,会影响基材塑胶的柔韧性。
接下来,裁切所述金属箔,获得所需形状的装饰金属。优选使用裁切设备裁切。为了避免裁切过程以及后序注塑过程将金属箔表面刮花,在裁切前,先在金属箔的表面覆保护膜。
接下来,将裁切获得的装饰金属挂于所述塑胶制品的注塑模具中的倒钉上,注塑,注塑完成后,脱模,即获得表面含装饰金属的塑胶制品。
上述工艺中,装饰金属是在注塑成型塑胶制品的过程中,直接和 塑胶材料熔结,形成含装饰金属的塑胶制品的,没有额外的缝制、刷金属漆、电镀等后处理工序。同时,上述工艺形成的装饰金属的厚度小,结合牢固,可与电镀效果媲美。
上述制造工艺可以制造多种表面含装饰金属的塑胶制品,包括但不限于鞋底、鞋帮、鞋垫、杯子、盒子等。
可见,相比现有的在制成产品后,再通过缝制工序、刷金属漆工序、电镀工序在产品表面形成装饰金属的制造工艺,本实施例是在注塑塑胶制品的过程中,直接形成装饰金属,具有工序少、生产周期短、人工成本低的特点。同时,减少电镀工序和刷金属漆工序,也使得对环境的污染减少。而且,本实施例工艺获得的装饰金属的厚度小,具有柔韧性好的特点,装饰金属和塑胶制品通过注塑结合,具有结合牢固的特点,整体效果可与电镀工艺形成的装饰金属相媲美。

  1. 一种含装饰金属的塑胶制品的制造工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    选取金属箔;
    裁切所述金属箔,获得装饰金属;
    将所述装饰金属置于注塑模具中;
    在所述模具注塑;
    脱模,即获得表面含装饰金属的塑胶制品。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的制造工艺,其特征在于,所述制造工艺还包括在裁切所述金属箔的步骤之前,在所述金属箔的表面覆保护膜的步骤。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的制造工艺,其特征在于,所述金属箔的材质为不锈钢、铜、金、银或铝。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的制造工艺,其特征在于,所述金属箔的厚度为10微米至100微米。
  5. 采用如权利要求1至4中任意一项所述制造工艺制得的塑胶制品。
  6. 具有如权利要求5所述的塑胶制品的鞋。
